As they walked out of the marriage registry office, Hector kept looking at the photo in the little book and giggling like a big boy. Eloise couldn't help but poke him.

"What are you laughing at, so silly."

Hector sniffed and picked Eloise up straight away, saying excitedly, "I've got a wife, I'm finally married!"

His joy drove Eloise's mood too, and she couldn't help but smile as she wrapped her arms around his neck.

Who would have thought that Mr Hector, the man who holds the lifeblood of the city's economy, would be smiling like a child at this moment?

After a long time, Eloise was released and she looked at Hector and said, "Well, Hector, we should let the family know about this news as soon as possible."
