Love Comes To Me
Chapter 504: I hope you will like me

Seeing Maryam like this, Eloise asked very nervously, "Mum, what's wrong with you?"

Hector had straightened up and ran out to call the paramedics in.

Not long afterwards the door to the ward was pushed open and the paramedics came in to check on the eyes.

"The patient is just too tired, he has just had too many mood swings and his body did not slow down for a while, this is a normal situation, the family should go out first." "But..."

Eloise held her mother's hand reluctantly.

She had only been here a short time and didn't want to leave so soon.

Hector naturally knew what she was thinking and stroked her head and said softly, "Eloise, let's let Mum rest first and come back to see her tomorrow. You've just got off the plane and your body won't survive." Maryam moved her fingers and together they persuaded, "Eloise, just listen to Hector, Mum is awake now. You can come over whenever you want later, but for now go back and get some rest!" "All right then."

Eloise rises fondly.

Following Hector, he walked out of the ward three steps at a time.

After coming out of the hospital, Eloise was in a better mood and hummed a little tune on her way home.

When they entered the house, Solomon looked at them with surprise before coming up on his short legs to greet them.

Eloise knelt down and took Solomon in her arms and kissed him fiercely, the joy on her face could not be hidden.

"Mummy, why are you and Daddy back so soon?"

When he was told by his grandmother the other day that Eloise and Hector were going away for a few days without him, he was aggravated and didn't sleep for a few days. "Grandma woke up, so Daddy and I rushed back." Eloise said gently.

Solomon's dark eyes flashed brightly, then asked cautiously, "Really? That's great, can I go and see grandma?"

He had never met Mummy's mother before and wondered if she would like him as much as Grandma did.

Solomon was particularly nervous and excited to see his grandmother, whom he had never met before.

Scratching the tip of Solomon's high nose, Eloise said lovingly, "Yes, but it's a bit late today, let's go together tomorrow, okay?"

"Yeah! Come along, Solomon's going!"

Solomon clapped his hands and cheered.

Mrs Matriarch came out of the kitchen at the sound of her voice and was stunned to see her son and daughter-in-law, "Where are you going? I thought you were supposed to be in Milan, why are you back?" Hector came over and picked up the little one clinging to Eloise, answering his own mother's words, "Said we'd be back in time for the hospital tomorrow when Eloise's mum woke up."

Solomon broke away from Eloise's warm embrace and looked at Hector with resentment, but was too angry to say anything, and could only pout.

Mrs Matriarch was overjoyed, with drops of water still on her hands, and she turned to the two men and said, "My in-laws are awake, that's great, it's a good thing, we really should go and visit the family, I'll have to thank my in-laws in person sometime. I'll have to thank her in person sometime. Thanks to her, Hector won't be a bachelor thanks to a girl like Eloise."

Eloise sniffed and smiled coyly.

"Mum, you've said too much."

She looks at Hector and blushes slightly at the appropriation.

Mrs Matriarch looked at her iceberg son and nodded solemnly, "Alas, no words, no exaggeration at all!"

The next day, Mrs Matriarch was due to tag along.

But suddenly there was a dispute on the side of the family and she was needed to mediate.

Eloise suggested that the two families could meet later and it would be fine.

Finally it was just the couple with Solomon, a whole family of three, heading for the hospital.

Hector was followed by a host of bodyguards, each carrying a pile of tonic and flower baskets.

The vastness of the event caused a crowd of hospital personnel to gather.

The whole thing makes Eloise embarrassed.

The spacious ward had become crowded with the arrival of a large family.

"Mum, let me introduce you, this is Solomon, your grandson ..."

Eloise has her hand behind her back, encircling Solomon, implicitly introducing Solomon's identity.

She knew Solomon was sensitive and didn't want to worry her mother, let alone give her a hard time about Hector. So no mention of Solomon not being her own.

"Solomon, call someone." Eloise gently reminded Solomon.

Solomon looked a little apprehensive throughout from the moment he entered.

He was a little worried that Maryam didn't like him.

Hearing Eloise's voice, he called out timidly, "Hello Grandma."

Then sheepishly, she hides behind Eloise and Hector.

Only a small head peeked out, peeking at the person in the hospital bed.

The moment Maryam saw Solomon, she was surprised to see that she had such a big grandson.

But when you think about how long you've been ill, it's normal that you don't know these things.

After being taken aback, she responded joyfully, "Hey, Grandma's here."

The sound of a grandmother is sweet to the heart.

She stared at the little one behind the two, and the more she looked at that frown, the happier she felt.

This child is so endearing to look at.

Waving at Solomon, Maryam said, "Solomon, come over here and let Grandma have a good look."

Solomon looked up, hesitantly, at his parents.

"Go on, weren't you talking about wanting to see your grandma earlier?" Hector gave Solomon an encouraging look and pushed him out. Encouraged, Solomon boldly took a step towards the bed.

His eyes darted up and down, focusing on Maryam in her hospital bed.

"Hello Grandmother, my name is Solomon and I hope you like me." He reached out his small hand and tentatively touched Maryam's withered wood hand. "Hey, Solomon is so good, Grandma especially likes you."

Maryam felt the soft little hand and her heart was filled with warmth as she nodded lovingly, her eyes lighting up with a starry glow.

Solomon smiled at that and smiled back for a moment, hugging Maryam and giving her a sweet kiss, "Solomon likes Grandma too."

He really did replace the old man in front of him very affectionate.

Like Mummy, it made him unconsciously want to lean in to see it.

Pulling Solomon along, Maryam, with a smile on her face, began to ask questions. "Solomon, tell grandma how old are you and do you go to kindergarten?" The two chatted away as if no one was watching, and it wasn't just Maryam who was asking, Solomon managed to pop in a few tear-jerking questions too. Eloise and Hector looked at each other and smiled.

Seeing how happy the grandchildren were talking, they withdrew from the room for the time being.

They went out of the ward and went to see Dr Dawson, the attending doctor.

After asking about the general situation, Dawson said, "The patient is stable and it is a medical miracle that he is awake so soon. With consistent rehabilitation, the body will recover soon, which will take about a year." With this answer from the doctor, a huge stone was lifted from Eloise's heart.

She was thrilled to hear this and thanked the doctor over and over again.
