Love Comes To Me
Chapter 667: Identification results

Solomon's health is gradually improving and Eloise's heart is dropping.

But out of guilt and worry, he remains with Solomon most of the time.

Mrs Darlington was lying in a hospital bed and she was much better after being toned.

The matter of Eloise was always on his mind, and his anger at his son's failure to fight for it was unbearable. "Rowson, not that I'm talking about you, you need to see Eloise once in a while!"

Rowson's movements paused, thinking of the apologetic look and torn expression in Eloise's eyes that day.

He smiled bitterly and spoke, "Mom, Eloise has been so busy with Solomon lately that I can't be bothered..."

Mrs Darlington glared at Rowson, secretly anxious for him.

Nudging him in the side he said, "She's raising a child for someone else! If you don't hurry, she'll go off with someone else, so you can stop staying with me and go replace Eloise!" "Mom..."

Rowson smiled helplessly and had to exit the ward and walk down the long corridor to Solomon's ward.

He glanced inside but saw a man in a suit, with an erect figure, sitting in a chair gazing at the long-haired woman to one side.

Despite the side face it was enough to make one's heart pound, and the fine sweat on his forehead revealed the fact that he had come in a hurry.

Rowson paused slightly in his stride and subconsciously took a step back, but he couldn't help but look into the ward.

Hector had just finished his business at the office and rushed to the hospital before he had a chance to change into casual clothes.

Cherish every minute or even every second you spend with Eloise.

I can't help but suddenly think about the paternity test I kept from Eloise and how great it would be if ... Solomon was Eloise's child.

There was a hint of luck in my heart, but I was scared.

Hector, who had been a great success in the business world, was afraid to think any further, simply because the greater the hope, the greater the disappointment. He stroked Solomon's hair with a loving gaze and pretended to mention it unintentionally.

"Eloise, Solomon is so obedient do you wish he was your own child?"

"Hmm?"

For a moment Eloise didn't understand the meaning of his words and took it to mean that he was worried about Solomon's health.

Then he spoke soothingly, "Whether Solomon is related to me or not, I will treat him as if he were my own child."

When she didn't say anything, Hector nodded and didn't pursue the subject any further.

The ward was once again silent, yet with an unexplained ambiguity and warmth.

Rowson witnessed this as a privileged bystander and lowered his eyes slightly, his heart filled with bitterness and depression. He turned his head around and drove away from the hospital.

...

Rogers family.

Mrs Matriarch knows that Eloise has been putting all her energy into Solomon lately and is heartbroken about her health.

Days were spent in the kitchen working with her aunties on foods to replenish her blood and Qi, so Eloise's eating was transformed qualitatively.

Today it's fragrant chicken soup, tomorrow it's ginseng soup.

Every day is a non-recurring food.

Eloise was talking to Hector just as Mrs Matriarch approached with a thermos lunchbox.

She began to warm up to Eloise, "It's been so hard on Eloise, sitting here every day her body is probably numb, today I made fish soup with Auntie Li, it's delicious!" "Auntie ... no need for ..."

Eloise was just about to excuse herself when Hector took the insulated lunchbox with a grin on his face.

Inwardly ecstatic, her mother was really giving, she said, "Eloise, you should be hungry after all this time, eat."

Eloise sniffed and glared at Hector and turned to Mrs Matriarch, "What's your hurry, has Auntie eaten yet?"

Mrs Matriarch hastened to reply, "I've eaten, so hurry up and eat, it won't be fresh if it gets cold."

After saying that he was thinking of giving the two of them space alone together, he happily left the ward.

The only people left in the ward were an unconscious Solomon, Eloise and Hector.

Hector carefully served the fish soup in a bowl and raised an eyebrow.

She then handed it to Eloise, who was about to decline when she saw Hector's "I'm going to keep looking at you if you don't drink it" attitude. After thinking about it, she took the bowl and whispered back, "Thank you."

Hector's heart warmed to see her take a small sip.

Bowl after bowl, until Eloise's stomach just couldn't hold any more.

For three consecutive days, Mrs Matriarch has been contracted to provide three meals a day for Eloise.

Since some time, Hector's three meals a day have also been taken care of in the hospital ward.

On this day, Hector and Eloise are sitting in chairs sipping warm chicken soup.

Suddenly his phone vibrated in his suit pocket and he frowned, just about to hang up when he glanced at the name of his contact.

It's a hospital doctor.

Hector hesitated a little.

When Eloise saw him looking at his phone for a moment and not moving, she just assumed it was a temporary company matter.

With a gentle voice, he spoke, "Is it something at work?"

Hector nodded subconsciously and went out to take the call.

"Is this Mr Hector? I'm the doctor in charge of this paternity test."

Hearing the words on the other end, Hector tensed up.

Perhaps he hadn't been so apprehensive when negotiating hundreds of millions of dollars in contracts with his business partners, and he tried to keep his voice as low as possible, keeping his otherwise clear and crisp tone. "Well, I am."

"The results of the paternity test have come out, the two are related, when are you free to come and pick up the report form?"

The doctor's words were like a bombshell that exploded in Hector's ears.

Hector froze in place, his good housekeeping and upbringing allowing him to maintain his composure for the moment.

He replied, "I'll send my assistant to pick it up, please."

"No trouble, Mr Hector goodbye."

"Bye."

After hanging up the phone, Hector was almost ecstatic.

It is no wonder that Solomon liked Eloise when he first met her; he originally thought that Eloise was just a gentle, child-friendly person.

In hindsight, it was probably a tug between bloodlines.

He silently counted Solomon's age and the eighth month of pregnancy.

It turns out that he, Hector, was involved with Eloise's destiny so long ago.

Sweetness, excitement and joy filled his heart.

But after the ecstasy Hector calms down and suddenly realises the question of how to tell Eloise the truth.

As long as things don't get straightened out, Eloise won't be able to regain her memory.

His heart sank hard, and the rollercoaster-like experience was not a pleasant one for Hector.

After thinking about it, Hector decided to keep the matter quietly inside for the time being.

The most important thing now is the results of Rupert's investigation, and once they are in, everything will be clear.

Hector planned everything and returned inside the ward to see Eloise finishing her lunch.

With her, he could take off all his defences.
