Love Comes To Me
Chapter 772: Leaving with a woman

But Katerina didn't give him the opportunity to do so, and she unceremoniously sprayed him several more times. She hadn't expected Hector to react so quickly to being sprayed; after all, this drug is very powerful.

After the drug broke into his nostrils, Hector's vision began to ghost, his body swayed and he fell straight down... Katerina reached out to hold the man in place, the distinctive smell of Hector's body darting between her nostrils.

She couldn't help but inhale deeply, her heart swirling.

The body held in the hand is too lean to feel good in the hand.

Katerina's heart snaps with joy, expecting a little revenge on Eloise, but she never expected that Hector would have such a great body.

Hector's eyes went black for a moment, and even then he resisted the stranger's approach.

At that moment, he said in a stern voice, "Get lost!"

He tried to keep his eyes open, but the drug was taking effect and he couldn't see at all, he just instinctively rejected the smell from his body to his mind. The man's voice was like an aphrodisiac, overwhelming Katerina.

While Hector was completely unconscious, Katerina wrapped her arms intimately around his waist.

Leaning his entire body against Hector in a gesture of unparalleled intimacy.

For those who don't know, the two are an intimate couple.

Not far away, Rowson watched the scene in silence.

The goblet in his hand is gently shaken, the maroon liquid bloodily brilliant.

He didn't move to avert his gaze.

...

In the washroom.

Three minutes passed and Eloise finally got rid of the cream, still leaving a small puddle of water on her chest.

But it would have to do, not expecting this to happen and she had no spare dresses ready.

Afraid that Hector would be waiting impatiently, she casually drew an absorbent paper, dried the water droplets on her hands and emerged from the bathroom. But after looking around I couldn't replace Hector.

She was in no hurry, Hector should have had something to do and left first.

After all, there should be quite a few people looking for him at such parties.

She then straightened her skirt and went to the ballroom to look for someone.

The hall was crowded with guests chatting in twos and threes.

Eloise saw Thomas with a broken face being held in Sweety's lap, not daring to push or scold.

A look of raw emotion, unable to resist a slight smile.

Sweety is very naughty when it comes to familiar people, no less naughty than a boy.

For a moment Eloise suspected that she had been born the wrong sex.

Solomon is slightly older, a little more understanding than she is, and unfortunately a sisterly man. Even knowing that Uncle Thomas was devastated, he just smiled and watched from the sidelines. What a poor Thomas.

Eloise gave Thomas a small heart attack in her mind.

I wonder if he will be left with a mental image later on, people are not married now.

Eloise was about to go over and relieve herself, asking in the meantime where Hector had gone.

But looking up she saw Rowson coming this way and Eloise had to stop.

Rowson walked in looking a little strange, Eloise didn't notice and just asked in passing, "Have you seen Hector?" Rowson was a little upset to see Eloise come in and look for Hector.

However, thinking of Hector's current situation, he pushed that down and said nothing, but frowned with some difficulty. Eloise sensed that something was wrong and had a strange feeling in her heart, asking after her, "What's wrong?"

Rowson sighed, gazed at Eloise and whispered, "Eloise, don't ask him, you don't want to know."

At that, Eloise felt a little strange.

What do you mean she wouldn't want to know? Did it mean something had happened to Hector?

But with Hector's abilities, no one can do anything to him yet, I guess.

But Rowson's eyes are really ...

The more he indicated this, the more doubts grew in Eloise's mind.

When he didn't say anything, Eloise speculated to herself, "He's away? Then it's probably because he's got something going on at work, and he's actually taking time out of his busy schedule to be here today, so it's okay." Hearing her say that, Rowson simply hated it; he had clearly not said anything and Eloise had made a good excuse for Hector.

Well, in that case, don't blame him for not being polite.

"Eloise, it's not."

Rowson said in a somber tone, "Hector is still here, only, only ..."

Eloise waited anxiously for Rowson to say more.

The heart was racing with anxiety as to what had happened to make it so difficult for Rowson to talk about it.

Mind you, Rowson never does that.

The more Rowson didn't want to talk about it, the more Eloise wanted to know and kept pushing him to talk.

As if rushed, Rowson gritted his teeth and said, "Don't be upset when I say so."

"What am I upset about, come on." Eloise couldn't help but feel a little puzzled.

Rowson sighed and finally said, "Hector left the ballroom with a woman, and the two were hugging when they left."

As he spoke, he stole a glance at Eloise's expression.

Eloise froze and flatly denied his words, "No way."

Even with her memory loss, after all this time, she has discovered that Hector is not that kind of person.

He is one of the rare men in this circle who has cleaned himself up.

On second thought, Rowson had always been hostile to Hector, and Eloise had to wonder what Rowson was up to when he said that.

She frowned, displeased, "Rowson, I expect you to take responsibility for what you say and leave any personal feelings out of it."

Rowson's expression twisted slightly for a moment before quickly regaining his composure.

He fixed Eloise with an incredulous stare and said in frustration, "You suspect I'm framing him?"

Eloise pursed her lips and did not speak.

Seeing that she didn't deny it, Rowson expressed a look of sadness.

He pointed to the door, "I saw it with my own eyes, could it be a lie? Hector and I are fair game, whether it's business or otherwise.

Do I have to slander him and discredit him? Eloise, would you rather believe him than me?"

Realising that her attitude had just been faulty, Eloise looked at Rowson with a slightly apologetic look.

"I'm sorry, I said the wrong thing."

Despite this, she could not believe that Hector would leave with another woman.

After a moment's reprieve, Rowson spoke again, "As you saw earlier, countless women in the ballroom were looking at him, and Hector ignored them, just because you were there." Hearing him say this, Eloise felt more and more uncomfortable inside.

The way those women looked at Hector flashed in front of his eyes, and somehow, his heart tingled slightly.

Seeing the change in Eloise's expression, Rowson continued to add fuel to the fire, "Hector is just a nice guy who talks about liking you, but when he sees a hotter woman, he's still hooked."
