When Rocky got inside, he was dazed. Compared to the darkness outside, the interior of theHeavenly God Temple was brightly lit, as if it was daytime. However, no matter where Rocky looked,there didn't seem to be any light source. It was as though the temple itself was glowing.

What lay before Rocky was a very long, spacious corridor. The ceiling was quite high, making thehall look majestic, as though it was meant for an emperor. Around him was a continuous stone wall,engraved with a lifelike picture of all kinds of beasts. He had never seen those strange beastsbefore. They looked like prehistoric creatures.

Rocky kept walking along the corridor, studying the wall reliefs from time to time. After a while, hestumbled upon a row of tall and smooth stone pillars, and at the other end of them was a great hall.Rocky quickened his pace. After he passed the stone pillars, he was shocked by what he saw.

It was indeed a very grand hall, circular in form, surrounded by twelve crystal-made chairs at itsperimeter. They looked like imposing thrones.

On each crystal chair sat a transparent crystal statue, each one assuming a different posture. Theywere so vividly carved that Rocky thought they were real people at first glance. Moreover, eachfigure looked like a human being. There were men and women, young and old, but each of themseemed to emit a terrifying aura, like superior gods that would intimidate any human beings.Rocky walked around the hall and studied each statue. He looked at their faces carefully. At the laststatue, his mouth fell open in shock.

"This man..." Rocky's eyes widened as he stared at the face of the last statue. It looked exactly likehim—not his current self, but the one in the modern world.

If the Dragon-shaped Soul Beast hadn't fallen asleep, Rocky would have pulled it out and asked itright then and there. On the other hand, he was also very curious about the other eleven statues,because he felt that the twelve statues were not just decorations. However, he could not replace areasonable reason for the existence of these statues, nor could he know why one of them lookedexactly like him.
