Chapter 1223 Release A Ferocious Ghost

However, Rocky somehow felt that there seemed to be a lot of strong auras coming from the stonechamber. It reminded him of the way he felt in the Ethereal Void Cave before.

"Wait, let me go to the other side first," Rocky said with a frown on his face. He was obviously waryof his situation. Ever since the Dragon-shaped Soul Beast told him not to be reckless, he wasextremely cautious in his every move.

Rocky went to the passage on the other side and found several more stone chambers. The doorswere also closed, and it looked like they were tightly sealed. There were also some writings on thedoors that he couldn't decipher.

"The remains of Glutton must have been sealed in one of these stone chambers, but which one isit?" Rocky murmured. He couldn't understand the writings on the stone doors. Since the Dragon-shaped Soul Beast was now in deep sleep, he had to figure it out on his own. It would be too slow ifhe opened the stone chambers one by one. Maybe there was something dangerous behind one ofthe doors. So, he had to replace a less risky way.

'The corpse of Glutton is sealed by Divine King Belial, and the evil power inside me originates fromhim. Perhaps, I can use the evil power within me to determine which stone chamber the corpse issealed, ' Rocky thought to himself. It was the only idea he could think of. He came up with the ideabecause the evil power inside him had once resonated with the Demonic Soul Cauldron held byDivine King Belial before.

With this idea, Rocky stood still and released the evil power within him. It spread around,enveloping several stone chambers. Soon enough, he sensed that there were many strange forces inthe chambers that resonated with his evil power.

"It's not this one.

Not this one either. Huh?

Where in the hell is it?"

Not long after, Rocky stopped in front of one of the chambers because he sensed the aura ofGlutton from it.

"It must be sealed in here.” Rocky narrowed his eyes and gently pressed his hand on the door. Thedoor immediately swung open the moment his hand touched it.

What appeared in front of Rocky seemed like a tableau from a museum of history. There were manyuneven stone pillars inside the chamber, and each pillar was topped with strange objects. All thesestrange objects emitted an incredibly strong evil aura. What was even more intriguing was that theywere all sealed in a black light barrier.

Rocky looked around and noticed a small bone pile in the innermost part of the chamber. The pileexuded an extremely strong demonic aura.

"That must be the remains of Glutton,” Rocky said to himself as he walked over. The pile was theonly thing in the chamber that resembled a cadaver.

"I wonder how I can remove the seal,” Rocky murmured. When he was about to try to remove theseal, he suddenly heard a strange sound from the far left side of the chamber. He couldn't help butlook back and check out where the sound was coming from. On a vertical tablet on the far left sideof the chamber, there was a stone like amber with the size of about two palms. There were blackand blue lines faintly flashing through the amber. It would flash brightly or darkly from time to time,emitting a gloomy aura.

Rocky was about to ignore it, but suddenly he heard a ringing sound in his ears. It was like a magicaltune, and its pitch was alternately shifting from high to low. This attracted him more to movetowards the dark amber stone.

When he approached the amber stone, he heard a piercing voice saying, “Let me out right now. Iwill fulfill all your wishes if you do!"

When Rocky heard that, he felt as if he was totally bewitched. He couldn't help but put his hand onthe amber stone. The moment he put his hand on it, the light cover covering it completelydisappeared in an instant. The seal had been removed.

At the very moment, the amber stone released an extremely evil gray light. The light immediatelyilluminated the entire chamber. The other sealed objects began to tremble restlessly.

"What the hell? Damn it!" Finally, Rocky came back to his senses. As he looked at the unsealedamber stone in front of him, he knew he had made a terrible mistake. His expression darkened andhe was feeling extremely anxious and worried.

Then, the amber stone began to crack slowly, as if something were about to break out of it. Soonenough, wisps of gray smoke rose from the crack, looking rather ghostly.

Suddenly, Rocky felt a chill down his spine. Obviously, something very terrible was sealed in theamber stone.

"Ha-ha, I finally come out after all those years!" Rocky heard something from the amber stonespeak, followed by a burst of wild laughter.

The gray smoke that came out of the amber stone condensed in midair and finally formed aghostlike shadow which emitted astonishing evil energy.

"I didn't expect that you will be able to remove the seal. It seems that you have the power of DivineKing Belial. However, you are just a weak human being. It is really strange that you can possess hispower. How could a mere mortal possess his power? I have no idea. Do you know? Oh, forget it. Itdoesn't matter anyway. Tell me, where is Divine King Belial?" The shadow stared at Rocky and askedforcefully.

Rocky didn't expect that a ghost was sealed in the amber stone. He was quite surprised. Judging bythe shadow's words, it seemed that Divine King Belial and the shadow bore grudges against eachother. Otherwise, it would not have been sealed in the amber stone in the first place. Moreover, assoon as the shadow came out, it began to look for Divine King Belial with such a ferocious look.Their dispute must be really serious.

"He is right outside,” Rocky replied briefly.

"Oh, is that so? He's exactly right outside?” The shadow suddenly laughed and said, "Such anignorant human! Do you really think I will believe your words? Although I was sealed by Divine KingBelial, my power still remains. I can feel that he is not in this temple. As a matter of fact, none ofthem is here. Tell me, what happened?”

As the shadow spoke, an intrigued look appeared on its face.

When Rocky saw that the shadow could actually perceive the movements of the entire HeavenlyGod Temple, his face became more serious. It seemed that the ghost he released was extremelypowerful.

"Tell me at once, where is Divine King Belial?" the shadow continued to ask aggressively.

"I'm not going to tell you.” Rocky's eyes narrowed. If he told the shadow that Divine King Belial hadalready died, then the shadow would definitely kill him without any hesitation.
