"Holy Lord?" Rocky exclaimed in surprise.

"I can't believe we're meeting again so soon. This encounter is happening earlier than I predicted,”Holy Lord said calmly. From his tone and lack of surprise, it was evident that he had foreseen this."Why are you here?" Rocky asked. Bewilderment and curiosity were evident in his voice as heglanced at Holy Lord.

"As I belong to this world, it is only natural that you would replace me here. You, on the contrary,shouldn't be here. But now that you are, it means you have inherited the full power of Divine KingBelial. Otherwise, King Apollyon wouldn't have allowed you to come here.” Holy Lord's observationwas so accurate that it surprised Rocky.

Rocky didn't deny it, but his eyes conveyed the doubt coursing through him.

"This place was initially a very peaceful world. There was no war, no killing, and no rulers. Everyonewas self-sufficient, and it was a happy and promising land. The Star Divine Race beings were bornwith extreme power and the ability to control all kinds of spiritual power with different attributes.Even so, they coexisted peacefully with the other creatures of this world. One day, the power thatmaintained this world suddenly lost its balance, hurling this world toward imminent danger. Later,tens of thousands of our people died, and fewer than a thousand remained. To protect this world,the Star Divine Race selected twelve of their strongest race members to go to the Alien World toreplace a way to save this world," Holy Lord explained as he fixed his gaze on the twelve statues. Heseemed to be in a daze, as though reliving a memory.

Rocky nodded silently. He could guess that these twelve members later became the twelve deities."In the end, these twelve powerful members brought back a powerful source, the Divine SpiritualSource. Once they brought the source to this world, it formed a connection between both worlds.The other world, as you would know by now, is the world where the Wild Spirit Land is located.”"Did the Divine Spiritual Source originally belong to the Wild Spirit Land?" Rocky asked withwidened eyes. He hadn't expected to learn that the Divine Spiritual Source originated in the WildSpirit Land, not the Star Divine Race.

"Yes, that is correct." Holy Lord nodded as he continued, "The twelve members that retrieved theDivine Spiritual Source were conferred the title of deity by the other members as they had savedtheir world and the Star Divine Race. This is how the twelve deities came to be."

"Didn't you say that the twelve members were the saviors of the Wild Spirit Land the last time wespoke? How can that be when you just explained that they saved their own world, not the wildSpirit Land?" Confusion coursed through Rocky. He had assumed that the twelve deities hadprotected the Wild Spirit Land. But as per Holy Lord's story, they had only saved their world

"The twelve deities did save the Wild Spirit Land as well. Or, who else could have the power to sealthe calamity beasts that were endangering everyone's life? It is true that the subsequent disastersthat befell the Wild Spirit Land were due to the removal of the Divine Spiritual Source..." Holy Lordclarified.

"What happened then? What does any of this have to do with the resistance of the spiritual race?”Rocky pressed for more information.

"This is all that I can tell you now. You'll learn the rest after you activate the memory in the OracleJade." Just like the Dragon-shaped Soul Beast, Holy Lord refused to say more. It was as though theyboth enjoyed tantalizing Rocky with only half the story.

Rocky voiced the question that was bothering him"He is the only one from among the twelve deities to have the strength to match Divine King Belial.A lot of trouble will betide now that you released him.” Holy Lord's face darkened as he spoke. Aftera brief pause, he continued, "Fortunately, his strength has not yet been restored, or theconsequences would be unimaginable. It seems that you have to deal with him first, but yourcurrent strength is insufficient to trap him again.”

"So that's why I am here,” Rocky muttered as enlightenment surged within him.
