Chapter 540 The Rare Treasure Emerged

"Get out of here,” the clan spirit manipulators shouted at Rocky. "You are not allowed here!" Theirfaces were scrunched up into a fierce frown. They carried a sense of overflowing confidence. It wasobvious that they did not take Rocky seriously; perhaps they assumed that he was merely a fighterof the Earthly Stage.

Suddenly, their faces lit up. They averted their deathly gaze from Rocky and all looked behind himwhere Tasha stood. The clan spirit manipulators hurried towards her.

"Wow, what a beautiful woman," remarked one clan spirit manipulator. "Although not as pretty asErica.” The group chuckled.

"She looks young. She must still be a virgin,” added another.

"Being posted as a guard here, I thought it was bad luck not to be able to see the treasure... I didn'texpect to encounter such beauty. We must enjoy ourselves.”

"Let's waste no time. Let's kill this man and feast on this woman."

The clan spirit manipulators gazed longingly at Tasha.

Tasha was infuriated, but she also knew that if she fought back she wouldn't win. The clan spiritmanipulators were stronger than her. Then, Rocky's presence gave her an idea. "You'll never winagainst my brother,” she hollered at the spirit manipulators. "He's much stronger than you!"

The clan spirit manipulators felt insulted. They did not appreciate anyone looking down on them.They returned their deathly stare towards Rocky.

"What are you trying to do? When did I become your brother?" Rocky looked at Tasha.

"You're much more powerful than them. Go teach them a lesson," Tasha replied sweetly. "I'll giveyou a handsome reward after.” When she said the last line, she made sure that the spiritmanipulators heard it.

The spirit manipulators perked up. They became more angry and more motivated to defeat Rocky."Get ready to die!" one of them shouted. Then, he ordered his spirit-manipulated beast to rushtowards Rocky.

A smug smile crept up on Rocky's face. He took a deep breath, gathered his spiritual energy, andopened the Magic Spiritual Space to call on Uriah.

The spirit-manipulated beast rushed out. Its black flaming wings flapped furiously. Once the EvilFlame covered its body, it lurched forward to launch an attack.

The clan spirit manipulators’ beasts scattered and howled in fear of Uriah.

As Uriah landed on the ground, it only faced the spirit manipulators who all looked petrified. Uriahwas a four-star beast at the fourth grade and they did not expect that Rocky had such powerfulspirit-manipulated beast.

Unsurprisingly, the clan masters all met their downfall.

In a flash, the clan spirit manipulators were burnt all over. They were lying on the ground andbegging to be saved. With their eyebrows turned into ashes, it was impossible for them to regaintheir authority.

"That should put you back in your place. Don't you dare play tricks with me anymore,” Tashathreatened. Tasha finally had the courage to approach the spirit manipulators. In her anger, she gavethem all a kick.

"Please spare us! We were being foolish. Forgive us, please!" they begged. The clan spiritmanipulators were all down on their knees.

"Which clan are you from?" asked Rocky with a cold stare.

"The Snow Ease Clan," one of them responded.

"That's a prominent clan in the Wild Spirit Land!" Tasha remarked. "How come black sheep like youexist in the clan?" Tasha was from the Magic Phoenix Empire. She was well aware of the biggernames in the Wild Spirit Land. She was baffled that the weak yet arrogant spirit manipulatorsbowing in front of them at that moment were from such great family.

"Yes, you are right. We are sorry!" the spirit manipulators apologized. They looked deathly afraid.They were all nodding in agreement as if careful not to offend Rocky or Tasha.

"Just leave,” Rocky ordered. He no longer wanted to waste any more time.

The clan spirit manipulators hurriedly got on their feet and ran out.

Rocky and Tasha continued their journey. As they neared the magnificent building, they noticedvague figures approach it too.

Then, light shone from the building and overwhelmed the air. At the same time, Tasha and Rockyfelt the ground shaking as if by force.

The bright light disappeared and was replaced by streaks of blue light that spread out from themagnificent building. The strong spiritual power remained in the air was gaining strength.

"There it is!" Rocky pointed. He looked serious. "A fight will ensue inside. You'd better stay here,”Rocky suggested with a look of concern directed at Tasha.

"No way. I'll look for Erica. They must be worried." Tasha shook her head.

Rocky's lips tightened. "You're still my hostage,” he reminded. "This is not your decision to make.”His lips turned into a smug smile. Then, he called on Uriah and pushed Tasha towards the beast."Protect her well,” he commanded Uriah. Then, he rushed towards the building.

There were already about thirty spirit manipulators of at least the Heavenly Stage crowding thebuilding. Rocky could see Erica and Sheehan, masters at the Supernal Stage, in the crowd. Oddly, hecould not seem to replace Sabina.

Everyone was huddled into groups. All of them had their eyes toward a single direction. They wereall staring at the blue jade emitting blue light that was sitting on the altar.

"Is that the legendary Sea Blue Magic Jade?" spirit manipulators whispered among themselves."We're luck. This is the rarest Sea Blue Magic Jade in the world," Sheehan remarked with a lightlaugh. He looked confident and determined to obtain the jade.

The room was tense. Everyone knew that they could not all share the rare treasure. Only those whowould obtain it would get out of the magnificent building with a smile.

Some clan spirit manipulators looked at their team and felt regretful. They had travelled all that wayonly to be faced in competition with other strong spirit manipulators. If they had known of the truevalue of the treasure, they would have brought more martial artists with them. But they werealready there, and so they had no choice but to fight with all their might.

A fierce battle to obtain the treasure was about to break out!
