Since the lab's establishment, Rocky often found injured spirit-manipulated beasts and wouldconduct surgeries on them as experiments for practice such as organ transplants, limb anatomy, andso on.

He and Uriah landed by the gate of the branch of the Super Beast Farm. However, he noticed that agroup of soldiers awaited him along with their Frontline Commander. An excited and satisfied lookakin to a hungry tiger seeing its prey was washed all over their faces.

"There you are, Commander Rocky!" the Frontline Commander exclaimed in delight. He and hissoldiers had spent the past half month turning the whole Evian City upside down, searching for him."What's up?" Rocky fixed his eyes on the Frontline Commander.

"Well, the Commander in Chief has ordered your immediate return to the base camp once we replaceyou," replied the Frontline Commander.

"I'm busy. Tell your Commander in Chief not to worry. I have no desire to interfere in the CrimsonDragon Army's affairs anymore,” Rocky responded coldly.

"Please..." the Frontline Commander pleaded with a helpless expression upon hearing Rocky'sresponse.

Rocky proceeded to head towards the branch of the Super Beast Farm.

"Commander Rocky, I'm begging you. We haven't been able to sleep well for half a month, sleepinglate and waking up early to look everywhere for you day after day. If you leave, the Commander inChief will be greatly disappointed in us all. Please..." the Frontline Commander pleaded further withtears rolling down his face.

Upon hearing this, Rocky noticed the other soldiers’ beseeching eyes. After hesitating for a moment,he finally relented and said, "Alright. It'll probably be better if I explain to the Commander in Chief inperson.”

"Thank you, Commander Rocky. We are grateful!” the Frontline Commander exclaimed with joy.Rocky returned to the base camp along with the Frontline Commander and his troops.

Everyone in the camp was delighted and excited upon seeing Rocky return. After all, Rockyprotected the Evian City and assisted the Crimson Dragon Group. If it weren't for him, the armywould've been destroyed. He was deeply admired by the Crimson Dragon Group soldiers.

Upon learning of Rocky's arrival, many Commanders rushed to have a look including Sabina andMarin.

"Where on earth have you been? You've disappeared for so long..." Marin asked as she rushed up tohim.

"What do you mean? I was always nearby," Rocky said calmly. Then his eyes fell on Sabina whostayed behind Marin. Immediately, his eyes flashed with a complex expression.

Sabina, likewise, had a similar expression painted on. She guessed that the reason for hisdisappearance was that he wanted to avoid seeing her.

Rocky stopped staring at her and proceeded to head towards the meeting room where Lance was.Hearing the news, Lance rushed to the meeting room door to welcome Rocky back. His faceimmediately lit up with relief upon seeing him.

"If you all will excuse us, please. I need to speak with Rocky alone,” Lance addressed to everyone inthe room, gesturing them towards the exit. He nodded his head to signal Rocky to come in.

Rocky took a few steps in before closing the door shut behind him.
