After giving it a thought, Lucas nodded to Lucilla.

"Thank you for your willingness, Mr. Rookie.” Lucilla chose to keep the other details to herself. It waspointless to say at that time anyway. No one would think that Rocky had a chance against Carter,but Lucas and Lucilla were hopeful. Rocky had been mysterious. Perhaps he would do somethingthat would surprise all of them. Lucilla knew that she was probably holding on to empty hope, butshe took any chance she got. As the chief of Cao Clan, she was willing to take the risk of beinghumiliated.

Lucilla's decision to let Rocky participate surprised everyone in the Cao Clan.

"Are you sure you're sending him on stage?" Queenie asked in disbelief.

Lucilla gave Queenie a meaningful look then turned her attention towards Rocky. He gave her aslight smile and reached out his hand. Suddenly, a silver butterfly shaped mask appeared on hispalm. It was a mask originally made for emergency, yet it looked like he'd be needing it soon.Rocky put on the mask in front of everyone from the Cao Clan. Under the mask, he could pass for areputable general. Even Lucilla and Lucas looked impressed.

Then, Rocky stepped out of the resting area of the Cao Clan. He looked up at Alyssa who was sittingon the platform. She was the judge of the beast evaluating competition. Rocky also noticed Woodswho was sitting beside her.

Woods waited for Rocky to appear. Suddenly, a figure walking out of the resting area of the CaoClan caught his attention. The man piqued his curiosity. He wore a mask but Woods knew exactlywho he was. A smile crept up Woods's face.

"Woods, why are you laughing?" Alyssa asked in confusion.

"I think we're about to witness a very interesting show," Woods said with great interest as hewatched Rocky walk on the round stage.

"A good show? Carter was a mighty beast evaluator at the seventh grade. Even Queenie, anexcellent disciple of Lucas, failed as his opponent. No one can compare to him in the beastevaluating competition. I don't think the Cao Clan would let themselves lose the competition. Beastevaluation has always been their field of advantage after all.” Alyssa raised her eyebrows and saidflatly. The truth was, she helped the Qi Clan get ahold of Carter. She clearly knew how strong Carterreally was. He was one only known to the Roaring Flame Empire. After the competition he would befamous across the world. Of course, she recruited him, so she could get the Qi Clan to continueserving her.

"Watch and see,” Woods uttered with a mischievous smile.

Rocky had come up to the stage and was face-to-face with Carter.

The moment he stepped on the stage, the crowd murmured with curiosity. He had an air of mysteryaround him. No one in the audience knew anything about him. They didn't think the Cao Clan had amasked beast evaluator.

Rocky's appearance attracted attention. He looked like an ordinary man yet people could not helpbut think there was something more to him.

"Hey, why do you wear a mask? Are you embarrassed or something?" Carter mocked.

"Hey, fat ass, long time no see!" Rocky greeted with a smile.

"What? I don't know who you are!" Obviously, Carter didn't recognize Rocky, the man who haddefeated him in the Super Beast Farm using the Magical Evaluation Skill.

Rocky smiled without saying anything.

Carter was confused, but he didn't want to entertain Rocky's remarks. He just wanted to get rid ofhim as soon as possible.

The Qi Clan also found the Cao Clan’s candidate strange.

"Tate, do you know anything about this person?" Alexander stared at Rocky and asked.

Tate shook his head. There was something familiar about the man, but he couldn't recognize himbecause of the mask.

Finally, the last battle of the beast evaluating competition began. Everyone believed that the CaoClan would lose. Carter was strong and he would easily defeat the masked beast evaluator.

At the beginning of the first round, a scarlet spirit-manipulated beast was brought on the stage andlocked in a cage. As soon as Rocky saw it, all the information about it entered his mind. However, itwasn't enough. He had to identify the star level and properties of the beast.

Meanwhile, Carter used his Eight-trigram Mirror to display the Radiance Evaluation Skill. He shot aray of spiritual light into the body of the spirit-manipulated beast so that the body of the beastreflected the light to the Eight-trigram Mirror.

Everyone in the audience was rooting for Carter after seeing his first move.

But then, a triangular light barrier suddenly rose under the body of the spirit-manipulated beast inthe cage. Then, lights of multiple colors bounced off on its reflection.

This was similar to the Radiance Evaluation Skill used by Carter. It was used to identify the star leveland properties of the spirit-manipulated beasts

"Radiance Evaluation Skill? He can also do Radiance Evaluation Skill?!" someone shouted.

Suddenly, the hall was in an uproar.

All people's eyes were focused on Rocky at once. They saw that Rocky's hands kept twitching, andthe light barrier around the beast kept rapidly changing. Everyone could see that this light barrierwas released by Rocky.

To everyone's surprise, Rocky also used the Radiance Evaluation Skill but in a more direct way.
