Just as the two of them were talking, Lucas came in and saw that Rocky was back. His face lit up likethe sky on new year's eve. However, his movements slowed down as he approached, and his browsscrunched up in confusion, as he studied Rocky intensely. He gasped in shock and exclaimed, "Mr.Rookie! Your aura has suddenly...”

"I can't hide it from you, can I?" Seeing that Lucas had sensed the change in his aura, Rocky smiledcalmly. With Lucas’ strength, it was easy for him to sense that his aura was stronger than before.However, because of the existance of the power of the Holy Dragon Bead in his body, even Lucasdidn't know how strong Rocky was now. He could only feel that Rocky's aura was much strongerthan before, which was the reason that he was so surprised.

"Master Lucas, what's wrong with Mr. Rookie?" Noticing the unspoken conversation between thetwo, Lucilla couldn't help but ask.

"Nothing. I just feel that I have a new appraisal of him since we haven't seen each other for a fewdays." Lucas knew that Rocky didn't like it when others probed into his affairs, so he didn't sayanything more.

Lucilla seemed to realize that she would not get a straight answer, so she didn't push for more.Instead, she walked back to her seat, as something suddenly occurred to her. "By the way, Mr.Rookie, the chief of the Xiao Clan sent you a letter,” she said, rummaging the documents that werepiled high on her table until she finally found what she was looking for. It was a letter addressed toRocky.

"Is this from Juey?" Rocky took the letter with a smile. Once he verified that there was nothing elsethey needed, he said goodbye and left the Magnificent Hall.

On the way back to the big room, Rocky opened the letter and read it. Greetings of good fortunestarted the letter, and it was eloquently followed by Juey's narration of how the beast hospital wasprogressing so far.

He was pleasantly surprised that the beast hospital was progressing faster than he had expected. Inless than half a month, the Xiao Clan had almost completed the first part of the construction plan,which was to establish the first beast hospital. From what Juey had said in the letter, the firsthospital was built based on the Magical Beast House, and it also used the beast curing resourcesowned by the Magical Beast House, which explained why it was built so fast.

"She's quite smart. It seems that the first beast hospital will appear in the Wild Spirit Land soon,”Rocky murmured to himself, as he nodded with satisfaction

He put away the letter, as he walked into the big room, where he saw a delicate figure that wasstanding before a table for dismemberment. She was skillfully dismembering a corpse of a spirit-manipulated beast, and she was so focused on what she was doing that she didn't notice Rocky atall.

After a while, the figure finally sensed his aura. At first, she was alarmed by the sudden presence,but when she turned around, she saw that it was just Rocky. She snorted lightly then went back towhat she was doing with no care for him.

Rocky looked around the big room and found that the corpses of the spirit-manipulated beasts,which he had asked Thomas to collect, were already dismembered, and several big vats were alsofilled with classified organs.

"It seems that you didn't slack off these days when I was away. That's good!" Rocky nodded with afaint smile.

"You are back! You smell of a woman's perfume! You must have dated somebody else behind mysister's back, didn't you? How dare you propose to my sister..." Queenie glared at Rocky as if shewas looking at an unfaithful husband.

"You know that I proposed to your sister just to help the Cao Clan out," Rocky replied.

"Even so, you proposed to my sister in front of so many people, and now the whole country knowsthat my sister has accepted your proposal and will marry you soon. So, whether you are sincere ornot, you have to marry her.” Queenie discovered the truth two days after Rocky left. She wassurprised that he had proposed to her sister just to help the Cao Clan, and not for his personalinterest. However, the marriage proposal was spread wide in the capital of the country, so even if itwas not true, she felt that for the sake of her sister's reputation, Rocky had to marry her sister.

"It has nothing to do with you. Just do your job," Rocky replied calmly, although he saw thatQueenie was not happy about it.

"If you don't marry my sister, I won't let you go easily. I won't allow anyone to hurt her again,”Queenie declared as she stared at Rocky.

"Your sister is a strong woman. She is stronger than you know, and she is much more mature thanyou. If she is affected badly by this kind of thing, she doesn't deserve to be the chief of the CaoClan,” Rocky said with a smile.

"You..." Queenie stuttered. She knew that from the beginning, Rocky saw her as a little girl, whichmade her very unhappy.

"Summon the larva of the Dark Heaven Insect that I sent to your sister. Let me see if it has beenmistreated by you.” Rocky then changed the topic.

"I didn’t mistreat it! For your information, I took care of it very well." Despite her protests, sheopened the Magic Spiritual Space to summon the larva.

"Not bad..." Rocky squatted down in front of the larva and examined it. After a while, he noddedwith satisfaction and said, "It seems that you are quite attentive to it. But don't feed it too much,and you should let it exercise. Otherwise, it will become fat like your spiritual beast.”

"Hey! That's none of your business,” Queenie retorted angrily.

"I have some personal things to do. You can go back now and rest.” Rocky dismissed her lightly, buthe could see that she didn't want to go yet.

"I can finish the dismemberment in an hour. Shouldn't you teach me the real Beast Curing Skill?"Queenie asked, glancing at Rocky and pouting.

He knew that she would not take no for an answer, so he just sighed and asked, "Can we do thattomorrow instead?"

"Okay. Don't go back on your word!" Queenie said before she left.

As soon as she was gone, he immediately opened the Magic Spiritual Space and entered it. He sawthe body of the ancient spiritual beast crawling in a corner. It looked very quiet without any sign ofpower that was out of control, and it did not have any impact on his Magic Spiritual Space.

"Hello, can you hear me?" Rocky looked at the ancient spiritual beast and called out to see if theDragon-shaped Soul Beast had any response. He was not sure if the Dragon-shaped Soul Beast wasstill attached to the body of the ancient spiritual beast.

However, Rocky received no response after a long while.

“Maybe it is asleep..." Rocky thought, raising his eyebrows. He observed how the two larvae of theDark Heaven Insect were doing, as they underwent the genetic modification experiments. He foundthat in just three days, the two larvae had shown obvious changes, and their progress was verysmooth.

"It seems that good progress has been made. This means that I can continue to experiment withtwo more larvae.” He studied his larvae for a while more before he took two of the remaining fourlarvae into the laboratory.
