Gabi’s POV

EPILOGUE

TEN YEARS LATER

I was making plans for the twin’s 10th birthday party. It is a beautiful day, and we have several things for the children to do as it hasn’t rained, and it is about 50 degrees out today so it will be a really nice day.

As Werewolves, we are naturally warmer, so it will be OK to have the party outside. We have a bounce house for the little ones, and a boxing ring bounce house with the blow-up arms on the sides and no roof to it, so the bigger kids could bounce high and not hurt the little ones.

We had decided to get a few inflatables bought for the pack, to save money, as with renting them just 4 times the whole thing could be totally paid for. I love that we have 5 of them now, that we can keep reusing, for free. We have used them numerous times for the last 5 years, adding one when we need to.

I am not going to say I am cheap, I am just frugal. With so many pups in our pack, we need them on a regular basis.

Our pack has grown on many occasions, as word has gotten out for rogues that had it bad, to come here, or Ever Green, or Red River to have a place to live.

We usually take in families, or females, but there have been a handful of times that I have taken in a lone male into the pack, and I don’t know how I know that they are good and won’t cause trouble. It is just a feeling that comes over me while I am speaking to them.

I think the Goddess helps me with each of my decisions, and I am thankful that we have had no problems resulting in any of these refugees in any of our packs. It has gone smoothly, and all of our packs have increased in pack members for it.

I am so excited to see everyone today, as we don’t get together as a whole group for too many occasions, as the Alpha have to have a backup for them to be able to leave their packs with the Beta or Gammas to take over for the day. Like Derek and Marie, for instance.

Both Beta Justin and his family, and Beta Anthony and Alicia will be coming in today. So, both Gammas will be running the show over there, in each packhouse.

Derek and Marie have three beautiful pups of their own. Gage Stryker is 9 years old. He is the cutest pup and is a miniature version of Derek with his blonde hair and brown eyes.

He is such a good little boy and Marie has been the very best person to have turned Derek into the very best version of himself. They have two more children, Ashton who looks just like her mother with her light brown hair and her honey-colored eyes.

She is a stunner and a fireball, smart and free-spirited, even at 6 years old. The baby is Grant, and he is such a cutie at 3 years old. He has his father’s blond hair, and his mother’s eyes, and he could probably grow up and model, he is so cute.

Tanner and Derek buried the hatchet a long time ago and all has been well since I was rescued from being kidnapped, as Tanner finally realized that the 2nd rejection using my birth name worked.

Anthony (the former rogue Alpha) and Alicia (Tanner’s younger sister) also have three children as well. The oldest Anthony Michael Johnson named after his father will be 10 in four months.

They wasted no time in having babies, and they are excellent parents. Anthony Jr. has brown hair and honey-colored eyes like his father and is a handsome young man.

He has a little sister that just turned 6 years old and looks like her beautiful mother and grandmother with her blonde hair, but she has her father’s honey-colored eyes making her look a little exotic.

Andrea Lauren Johnson is a stunner, and they will really be having to fight the boys off in a few years. Their youngest just turned 4 years old and he has so much energy. Archer Owen Johnson has brown hair like his daddy but got his mother’s grey-blue eyes like her brother’s and father, Archer is sweet, but if he wants to do something, you can’t stop him. He will take the punishment and keep on going along. They have their hands full with him.

Justin (Dereks Beta) and Anita will be coming with them from Red River. They had 3 children too. Their oldest is 9 years old and they named him Finn, and he is his father’s clone with his brown hair and brown eyes.

They were only planning on having two babies, but their second child was also a boy, named Graham, and he was 7 years old, and he is a great kid.

He also has his father’s dark hair, but he has his mother’s blue eyes, and he is just a handsome little guy.

He is a pleasure to be around, and he has such a big hean. Originally, they were going to stop at two, but then they said they would try again, as they both wanted a baby girl so much.

So little Bridget is just now 3 years old, and the apple of her father’s eye. She looks just like her mommy with her blonde hair and big blue eyes, she looks like a living doll. I feel bad for whoever wants to date her because unless it is her mate, that is not going to happen.

They all still live on Red River grounds with Justin still the Beats in the original packhouse, and Anthony as Beta in the old River Bed packhouse. Derek and Marie live in the packhouse that he was building exactly between the two older packhouses, and thankfully he found out about Piper’s deceit before the building was complete so no one would have to put up with the horrible eyesore that Piper would have done decorating it, as her taste was gaudy, and the newest packhouse was decorated very tastefully, and on a budget, as I helped Marie when she asked me too.

I love trying to replace deals, and it was a pleasure to go and see how much they had done, and how much the pack had changed since I was there.

Derek now pays the Omegas, Tanner helped him out with that, and the atmosphere there is so much better. Jack had tried to touch someone at River Bed, about a year after he went there, and Alicia was the one who caught him in the act. She killed him on the spot.

She is her mother’s daughter and a warrior, and I guess since she was so cute, he never thought she could do it. That is until she phased into her large wolf and ripped his head off. I am quite sure that that came as a real surprise to him, and he is NOT missed at all.

Heath and Von will be coming from the Ever Green pack with four of their trainers. I know Heath is excited because now that they are double digits, he will be teaching them to use a crossbow, and a gun in the Summer. He really wanted to do it, earlier, but Von and I argued the point of them being 10 years old.

I know that he will be showing up with the crossbows today, and then taking them to get their guns this summer when they are both with him. We do that week first, and then whatever they buy in that week, he will work with them, one on one with them during their week, for them to excel at it.

Dawson always goes first, as we don’t want him to think Heath loves Percy more than him, because he doesn’t. He loves them both, very much, and is so proud of them both.

He is also so very proud of our daughter Elena Claire Wright, she will be 8 on the 10th of May next year, and she is a tomboy, and so-so loved.

She was the first granddaughter and was doted as the only princess for a few months. She has black hair like her father and my blue eyes, so she is half Dawson, and half Percy and they think that is so cool.

They are very protective of her, but I have been training her to fight since she was four. She can take care of herself, even up to a teenager, but I told her to stop trying to take on the warriors to see how well she fares against them.

But I bet by the time she is 14, she will be hard to beat, even by the warriors as she is clearly going to be tall, just like her father. He loves the twins so much, but when Elena showed up, he just lost his heart completely. I am assuming that it is because she looks so much like me.

Just a miniature version of me. Her little delicate face, kind of trips you up into not realizing that she is going to take you down.

She is so focused while fighting, and I know that she will not be taking any crap from anyone. I hope her mate is a strong man because she is going to be hard to handle. My teammates are all coming. Four stay at Ever Green with their mates.

Jameson and Evelyn waited a little while to have pups because Evelyn wanted to make the training

team. She did make the team, so far only Evelyn and I have made the training team as the only females to have been successful in doing that.

They have three children so far with little Jasmine Renee being 7 years old and an absolute princess. She looks like mommy, just with a little darker skin tone and she is doted over. Jameson trained her from an early age, as they love what they do, and they want to give all of their children a base in it, even if it is only for their own protection.

They took a break on children for a little while as the team was needed for rogue attacks in different areas for an extended period. Von watched Jasmine while they went out to train, and Jasmin and Von have a very tight bond. I almost get jealous of how close they are sometimes.

Their second child is named Evander Jameson and he is so handsome, he is just a miniature version of his handsome father and is now 3 years old. They have a 1-year-old, who is named Nolan Grier and he is so cute as well, looking just like his father, but with his mother’s blue eyes.

Easton and Angela had Brendan as their firstborn child, and he is 10 years old he was born a little before my twins were and he is such a cutie.

Easton is already training him and couldn’t be more proud of him. Their second child is Xavier, and he is 6 years old. He is smart as a he can be, and is always two steps ahead of others, like he is playing chess with them, and has already won. He seems like a 15-year-old in a 6-year-olds body.

They waited a little while as they were going to be done but since Justin and Anita had tried again for their little girl and were successful, they figured they would try again too.

Little Amesha is her mother made over and at 2 years old, has her father completely wrapped around her finger. She is the apple of his eye, and although he would die for his son’s too, you can kind of tell where he dotes on his baby girl. She thinks he hung the moon too. Easton was also made the leader of the elite team for Ever Green, as Alan stayed at B***d Rose.

Hudson and Elenore have three children as well and I just love Elenore so much. She, Angela, Eden, and I are all really good friends and I visit them about once a month for us to grab coffee and talk. Their oldest is a son named Jamie, and he is 8 years old, and he is Hudson made over.

Tall for his age and lanky, he is all arms and legs right now. He is already shooting and can already knock a can off a post at 1000 feet.

He will be a sharpshooter just like his father. He also trains him to fight, as he hopes his son will want to also be on the elite training team as well. Their second child is Owen, and he is great at figuring things out.

They discovered this when they were getting ready to go on a training mission and Owen got into a chair to look at the diagrams of the attacks, and the pack territory layout.

He figured out how they were getting in, just by looking at the plans, as he was still 5 years old and will be 6 next month, but that is high-level thinking, and it is coming easily to him.

They, at first, didn’t put much stock into it, as he was 5, but Heath was watching him and he believed in what Owen said, so Heath took about 20 warriors and waited in the spot Owen told them they were coming in at.

They managed to capture all 50 of the rouges coming into the packlands, with no loss of our lives. The rogues were all put down, as they were all feral, and too far gone. Their daughter is 3 years old and looks just like her mother, and they couldn’t be a happier family.

Eden and Caden went on to have two more children of their own. Jackson is now 11 years old, and he is a cutie, he looks just like his father with his brown eyes, but with his mother’s hair, he is a handsome young man and a great child.

They have a daughter who is 10 years old, named Faith who looked like her mother, with dark hair and cornflower blue eyes. She is a beautiful young lady, and I think Percy has a crush on her.

They also have a son that is almost 5 years old, named Christopher who was his father made over with his brown hair and grey eyes, and he is really super smart.

He was showing signs of following in his father’s footsteps and being really smart, and one day might be an excellent Strategist.

Jason and Liz Farmer, Derek’s mom, ended up having two babies, a boy named Carson who is 9 years old and looks just like his handsome father. Jason is running the Black Night pack right now until it is turned over to his son in 9 or 10 years.

Carson is already a well trainer fighter, and he also comes and trains with either me or Heath, to learn to shoot as well. Jason agrees with our philosophy of why should we lose any lives in our packs if we can take them down at a distance.

Jason and Liz also have a girl who is 7 years old named Ava, and she is beautiful like her mother. With her blonde hair and brown eyes, she looks just like Derek, but in the female form.

Derek loves both his brother and sister, and they are good friends with his own children. They haven’t told them yet as to the age gap reason, when they get older and ask, they will be told then.

Stone and Isabella will be coming from Crimson Shadow today with their children. They wanted to wait a little bit on their babies, as Emily was a baby and they wanted to help with her too. It helped them as they got a real introduction on how much work a baby can be.

They also got to know each other really well. They have two so far, Crew is 6 years old, and Cutter is 3 years old.

They are so cute, and they both look like me and Stone with their black hair and blue eyes. We are hoping that their wolfs will have the same trait as us, and have the same blue eyes. Isabella is pregnant with their third child, and it is a baby

girl we are told. She is 4 and a half months pregnant, so this is the last trip out for them is this one, until their daughter who will be called Kenna arrives. We are all very excited to see her.

Former Alpha Wyatt and former Luna Everly will bring little Emily Grace. We all decided to not tell her that she was adopted, as she looks very much like Stone and me.

Both of her parents are gone, but if she ever asks them, we all said it would be best to tell her the truth, that they were dead, and she was chosen to be their daughter.

So far it has never come up, and she is just a joy to be around. She enjoys gardening and cooking in the kitchen. She loves cutting some flowers for the foyer and serving something that she made at dinner. She is sweet, quiet, and thoughtful.

She isn’t spoiled, she just enjoys time spent with Wyatt and Everly, and they think she hung the moon too. Emily loves her nephews, Crew, and Cutter.

Even if she is just a few years older than them and will be 10 this coming summer. She is most excited about the new baby being a girl, and Everly and Emily have been coming over to work with Sarah, who is now the head pastry chef, and head designer for us at B***d Rose.

Tanner loves Sarah’s cookies and pastries, but I love her designing and making such cute clothes for us to have here available to our pack members, and in case of emergency.

Emily already learned how to make Sarah’s great cookies, and now she and Everly want to learn how to sew, as they thought it would be fun to make the new baby and Emily matching dresses. If they do a good job with that, then they will make one for all of the women, Everly, Isabella, Emily, and Kenna, for pictures to be made of them all matching together in the garden.

Gavin and Amanda live here at B***d Rose, and our children play together every day. I am so glad to have one of my best friends from Ever Green living here with me. They love each other so much, Gavin still growls at anyone who gets near her, mated or not. It is really cute.

Greyson is Gavin’s oldest child, and he is 9 years old, and he is an excellent fighter like his father. He has black hair and blue-grey eyes and looks just like Gavin.

He is also really smart like his mother. He will probably grow up and become Beta for Dawson, or Percy, as all three of them trust each other completely.

They have a daughter Alyssa who looks just like Amanda, with her blonde hair and brown eyes, and she is really smart too. They dote on their precious babies. Aria is in seventh heaven with all of her beautiful grandchildren.

Alan and Melody live here at B***d Rose too, Alan became the lead trainer of the elite team here. They have four children.

The oldest is Harrison and he is 9 years old and looks just like his dad, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is strong, and silent, speaking only when he has something that he really wants to say. Lucas is their second child, and he looks like his mother, with his brown hair and brown eyes.

He is a nurturer, and he is always putting band-aids on the little ones when they get hurt, and he even keeps a cute little medical kit with him that he brings to the playground to help tend to the kids.

They all love him because he loves them enough to take care of him. I think he is going to grow up to be a doctor. Their third child was Mason, he has brown hair and blue eyes and he is three years old. He has so much energy and he is usually the one to go full blast on the playground and then end up hurt.

He always had band-aids on his knees, and he loves to play hard. They tried again and finally got their baby girl, Harper. She has blonde hair and blue eyes like daddy, but she looks like her mother. She is just beautiful and is a year and a half now.

They are blissfully happy together, and Alan loves her so much. I am so glad he finally found his mate because I remember how worried he was about it.

Tanner approaches me and wraps me up in a k!ss, and then stands behind me watching the kids play with his jaw on my head. Things are going so smoothly these days and I have never been happier.

As we look over the kids on the playground, the bounce houses, and the tables set up with food and drinks, 1 realize that everyone who is important to us is here. Former Alpha Wells Black and Vera Black are also here and enjoy watching everyone have fun.

They have been able to travel and see the world since Jason took over the pack, and they are having the very best time enjoying their children and grandchildren, and now great-grandchildren. They always make sure that they are home to celebrate their birthdays.

I may have had a hard time growing up, but I did have love, so I am able to give love as well. I look forward to the next chapter in my life when my sons and daughter give me my grandchildren.

I smile as see Heath coming back from his SUV with their crossbows and targets. Tanner and I start headed over to help him out and make sure all the little ones stay on the playground where we can see them. I knew Heath wouldn’t be able to wait until the end of the party, he almost made it, and I see Elena stomping behind them, mad because she didn’t get a crossbow too.

I heard Heath tell her as we approach, “Elena baby when you turn 10, I will get you one as well. You haven’t been forgotten, don’t get angry, you will have a birthday in May when you turn 8.

You don’t expect the twins to get presents on your special day, so you need to be sweet and happy for them when they get presents on their special day”.

Just like that, she was happy again, and truth be told I think she loves her dad, and her Grandpa Heath, more than me somedays. I know that she sure listens to them better than she does to me.

The day went very well, and everyone stayed the night to have breakfast in the morning. Tanner pulls me back into his chest and he k!sses my mark and then bites down on it a little, I already know what he has planned because I can feel it resting against my a*ss. I turn towards him with a smile and give him a k!ss as I feel his hand come up and cup my bre*ast.

This, this, what I have with Tanner, my mate, I wouldn’t trade for anything I have been blessed by the Goddess herself, and even though the road was really hard in some places getting here, it was so worth the climb.
