Salute To The General
Chapter 3614 Neutral Zone

Leopold, Wolfric, and the War Gods from various nations had already arrived ahead of Nathan.

Quickly, Nathan and Penny attended the charity event as planned.

Penny, in her personal capacity, generously donated one billion dollars to the cause. Nathan, with his immense popularity, managed to rally contributions from affluent individuals worldwide. In the end, among all the war gods of the Earth Alliance, Nathan raised over ten billion dollars in charitable donations for Heiclor, leaving Wolfric's one billion and Leopold's three hundred million far behind.

In that moment, countless displaced citizens of Hestrya, who had faced despair, felt profound gratitude toward Nathan. The Hestrya authorities assured Nathan that they would utilize these donations to swiftly rebuild their homes. Nathan and the other War Gods only stayed in Heiclor for a day before moving on to their next destination.

Over the following week, Nathan and his fellow War Gods traveled through the cities of Adrune that had suffered the most devastating losses. They focused on providing aid to cities that were impoverished and underdeveloped, receiving widespread acclaim from around the world.

Before anyone realized it, the world charity event had concluded.

However, instead of immediately departing Adrune, Nathan decided to pay a visit to Scarlet Land.

Upon learning of Nathan's intent to go to Scarlet Land, Wolfric, Leopold, and the others wore strange expressions on their faces.

Wolfric cautioned, "Commander Cross, Scarlet Land was already a desolate place, and now it's been handed over to the vampires. It's practically a den of vice. Venturing in there is like stepping into a realm of sin. It's inhabited by robbers, kidnappers, swindlers, prostitutes, and black market blood dealers. The people you might encounter there are primarily of this sort. Crimes occur daily, so it's best not to go."

Leopold agreed with Wolfric for once, adding, "Indeed, Commander Cross, you've already provided the vampires with a place to live. What we need now is for them not to cause trouble. We need not concern ourselves with how they live or interact with humans." Nathan shook his head, "I was the one who single-handedly facilitated peaceful coexistence between the vampires and humans. Now, I want to see what the results are like. This is my private agenda, and there's no need for you all to accompany me." Unable to dissuade Nathan, the War Gods like Wolfric and Leopold chose to leave one by one, returning on their own.

Eventually, only Nathan and Penny remained, discreetly heading towards Scarlet Land to witness the true coexistence between vampires and humans.

Nathan intended to keep their visit a secret. They disguised themselves as regular merchants traveling in a caravan, planning to enter Scarlet Land incognito.

This decision stemmed from the frequent news reports of Adrunians protesting against coexistence with vampires, openly killing individual vampires they had captured on the streets.

It was said that the enraged vampires would retaliate by venting their anger on humans in Scarlet Land and its vicinity, resulting in occasional human casualties.

Nathan wanted to personally verify

whether these news reports were accurate or not. Could humans and the blood clan genuinely achieve peaceful coexistence? If not, what would become of the fate of both

clans? ve

Upon arriving at the outskirts of Scarlet Land, in an area known as the Neutral Zone, Nathan and his group encountered a place where humans and vampires truly coexisted.

It served as a buffer zone between the two factions and was also a trading area where both species engaged in various forms of commerce.

Here, humans and vampires interacted freely, trading goods and services.

This was where coexistence between the humans and vampires actually existed, and the purpose of Nathan's trip was to come here and take a look.

To blend in, Nathan's group dressed

as merchants, wearing ordinary attire and cloaks to disguise themselves. Their appearance didn't stand out among the diverse crowd, as many others also preferred to conceal their identities beneath cloaks or wear unusual costumes.

However, despite their disguises, Penny's extraordinary beauty was hard to hide, attracting the attention of many vampires in the vicinity, who cast curious glances in her direction.

This prompted Nathan to furrow his brow involuntarily.
