Mia pursed her lips, "Ambitious... A traitor. But in the end, he becomes the emperor, right? To me, my husband is my king. In the business world, he's the top dog, so really, it's all the same. And hey, if he's a traitor and you're a... shady businessman, we're basically in the same family, no clash there."

Andre wrapped his arms around her, a teasing grin on his face. His hand wandered to her backside, "Say that again, I dare you."

Feeling his touch, Mia quickly slapped a hand over her mouth, refusing to say another word.

Andre pulled her onto his lap, "Mia, you really think I'm gonna live forever, huh?"

Mia nodded, then quickly shook her head, realizing her mistake, "No, no, I want you to live as long as I do."

Andre's breath was warm against her skin. "You hesitate to spend a couple hundred on dinner but drop over ten grand on a ticket without a second thought."

"Honey, if you put on a concert, I'd spend a hundred grand without blinking. I'd swipe that card so fast."

Holding his playful wife, Andre's heart raced, "Alright then, I'll sing you a song now, and you can write me a check for a hundred grand."

He hit her soft spot! The little penny-pincher reached out, playfully stroking his chest, "Honey, we're married, right? So your songs are free for me." Not a cent spent.

Andre playfully smacked her bottom with a laugh.

"Honey! That's domestic abuse! I'm running away... Wait, wait, I'm not going anywhere. I was wrong." Mia wriggled out of his grip, her feet barely touching the ground before she tried to bolt from the room, only to be reeled back in by her nightgown. Seeing her husband's barely contained anger, Mia knew she was in trouble. She sweetly pleaded, "Honey, just one thing, I have class tomorrow, so take it easy."

Andre knelt at the end of the bed, looking at his wife, who lay there waiting for him. He grasped her ankles, gently parting her legs, "Even if it's in the past, our love's been compared to charity, and that's a tab we'll settle slowly. Tonight, whether I can 'hold back,' depends on you."

Molly, wiser than Mia, acted quickly at the first sign of trouble. She wrapped her arms around Chad and kissed him, reasoning with a sly smile, "Chad, take a deep breath. You can't hit or yell at me because I'm carrying your baby. If you shout, I'll just cry and turn the tables. Even if you want to play rough, you gotta see if your baby is okay with it.

Chad, don't be mad, think about it. Yes, I may be a bit of a handful, gossiping and not listening, but you should be proud. Out of 1,285 posts, I've only ever talked about you, that's my way of showing love. Plus, having a stellar brother like you around, how could I ever fancy those immature guys? Don't let Mia stir things up between us.

Chad, look, I've said I love you so many times. You can't just see the bad, you need to have a big heart, embrace the good, and not let the bad stuff mess with your head.

Learn from me I'm always under your thumb, but in my eyes, you're the most loving, caring, and thoughtful husband in the world."

Chad wrapped an arm around her neck, drawing close but not quite kissing her, "How do you know I don't have other tricks up my sleeve?"

Molly pressed her hands against his chest, offering a cheeky smile, "Chad, I'm pregnant, remember? Your little swimmer is growing inside me."

Chad chuckled, "Then I'll just have to get creative!"

With that, Chad pressed his lips to hers, their kiss deep and lingering.

In their small apartment.

Leo checked the time, "Hey, it's eleven. We should head back, Mia won't dare lay a finger on you."

Anya sat beside him, "Auntie's brave enough to hit Uncle, I'm definitely not going home."

Leo called Mia, who was still catching her breath, "Hello?"

Mia lay naked on the bed, her husband sprawled over her. Still flushed, she answered, "Go ahead."

"My girl's coming back, so don't mess with her. If you even think about picking on my Ms. Anya, I'll spill about your middle school love letters and secret meetings in the woods..."

"Leo, go to hell!" Mia yelled, hanging up immediately.

Mia turned her head to see her husband kissing her shoulder blade. Leo's call had been on speaker, so Andre heard everything.

"Middle school love letters? Woods? Meeting some guy?" Andre's lips curled into a mischievous grin, his eyes cool as he traced her smooth back. "Little Mia, sounds like you've been a troublemaker since middle school." Mia felt like she was being skinned alive. "No, honey, let me explain. I went to the woods to fight, not to..."

Mia was seething at Leo.

One day, she'd definitely make him pay.

Back at the apartment, Leo hung up and reassured Anya, "Don't worry, I've got her under control. If Mia gives you grief at home, just call me. From her kindergarten games to her college days, I've got plenty on her. She knows not to mess with me."

Anya, still a bit timid, asked, "Chad, did Auntie really go to the woods for romance?"

"Nope, she went to give a guy who was after her a piece of her mind because they'd block her way after school, trying to walk her home. Your auntie's got a mean punch, she arranged a meet in the woods after getting a love letter and took on three guys by herself, ended up with a parent-teacher meeting."

Anya: "But that doesn't sound like something to hold over her."

Leo: "You're missing the point. Just the fact she got a love letter and met secretly is enough to make her husband jealous and give her a hard time." Leo, always the insightful uncle, knew best.

As he prepared to take Anya home,

Leo's phone buzzed with a

message. He checked it. "Fierce

Tyrannosaur" texted: "Your girlfriend kisses my son every day and

Belie

threatens me not to tell you. She not only kisses him but insists on

sleeping with him at night too!"

Leo's face went pale. "Anya, you've been kissing Henry at home again?"
