MIRA POV

"LANDON I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE WITH YOU SO LEAVE ME ALONE. GO WITHOUT ME." I said angrily crossing my arms.

"But buttercup you know that I can't go anywhere without you. Please come on let's go together please." he begged but there's no way I'm going to fall for that.

"LANDON EVANS DO NOT CALL ME BUTTERCUP BECAUSE I AM NO LONG INTERESTED. I SAID GO WITHOUT ME. I AM NOT LEAVING THIS HOUSE. WHEN YOU GET BACK, I WILL BE GONE FROM THIS HOUSE AND YOUR LIFE." I said to him glaring at him. You might be wondering why I'm so angry. Well it's because of this i***t who I call my mate and who I love so much but can really be so annoying.

So Landon promised me a trip where we will just spend some time just the two of us but guess what? He cancelled the whole trip that we planned because his female friend who I didn't know he had is getting married so he wants to attend the wedding and he also wants me to go with him. I asked him who this girl is but he didn't give me a straight forward answer. He kept twisting his words trying to confuse me not knowing I'm so smart and I know what exactly his trying to do

He told me he never dated anyone before even his friends said the same thing but I'm beginning to doubt if it's really true or not. This so called friend of his who is a she might have had something going on with him before I came into the picture.

I know I should trust my mate but his giving me reasons not to trust him. He isn't being straight forward right now and it's bothering me badly.

"Buttercup listen to me, it's definitely not what you think.

You see she is a really close friend of mine and it's just her wedding. She is getting married to the one she love so I have to be there to support and cheer for her." he said.

"Did you just say you want to go to your FEMALE friend's wedding to only support her and cheer for her? Really Landon I didn't know you could cheer for someone. I also didn't know you could do the duties of a bride's maid. No wonder you were specially invited." I said rolling my eyes.

"Calm down buttercup. You making this turned into a big deal when it's not." he said.

"Wow so I am the one at fault who is making this a big deal. Nice one. No it's fine. I'm the issue here. Well since I'm the issue here, I will just leave. Enjoy your life without me being an issue to you." I said to him.

"You are really dramatic buttercup. Why don't you come with me so I will prove to you that it is not what you think? I think it will be better if you see it with your own eyes than hearing it from outside. So what do you say? We start packing to leave?" he asked.

I know that right now I'm so angry and don't want to go anywhere with Landon but his right at some point. It's better I see it if they both have something going on or I was wrong. But I am absolutely sure that I'm so right and not wrong. If I go there, I will first warned this lady that Landon is mine and she has no right on him because she's in the past while I am his present and future.

Yes his still mine and am not letting him go anywhere.

"Fine I will go with you. But promise to you will stay by my side at all times. You won't leave me even for a single second. You will stay with me always." I finally agreed to him. He let out a big grin.

"Thank you so much baby. I knew you would do this for me. I'm so grateful. I will go pack your clothes. You just relax and don't stress yourself. I got this all covered." he said as he rushed to the wardrobe. I couldn't see the clothes he was picking but he was acting so excited already.

Watching him doing what his doing happily is really sweet but still I couldn't shake off the feelings that were in me.

After we finished eating, we got dressed and began a journey to his so called friend's pack. I was silent through out the ride with a frown on my face but Landon seems like he was having the best time of his life. He kept singling and vibing to the songs that were playing in the car. The ride was boring so I slept. I woke up to someone calling for my attention. I opened my eyes to see myself in a strange room. By my left was a lady who was wearing like a uniform dress that looks like she works in a hotel. I'm guessing Landon is not here because if he was, he won't let some stranger come to wake me up.

Now where the hell did he go to? Hope he hasn't gone to see that friend of his? Why did I sleep? I would have knew where he was heading to.

"Excuse me ma'am but you need to come with me. I need to get you ready." the lady in the uniform said.

"Dressed? What for?" it's too late for the wedding to hold because it's already evening so what should I be dressing for.

"We don't know. It was hidden from us. Now please follow me."

The lady said. I decided to just listen to her because she is only doing her work and if I don't cooperate with her, it might land her into trouble with her boss only because of me.

I stood up from the bed and followed her behind. She took me to the staircase of a beautiful mansion. This hostel screamed elegant and luxury. It must be really be expensive because everything was shinning and beautiful.

The lady lead me to a room downstairs. When we entered, I noticed it was a makeup room because of the big mirrors on the wall and also some brush and powder was on the table.

"Sit ma'am. I will get someone who will help you out with your make up right now. Just give'me some minutes." the lady said before leaving me alone in this bright room. The walls were painted white that's why it's too bright.

A little time passed before the lady returned with another woman following her behind. The other lady greeted me and I answered.

She informed me that she will be the one applying make up on me so I sat down and allowed her to do her work. She did both my hair and makeup. After she was done, I almost did not recognize myself. Because I looked so beautiful and I felt like I was a queen. The first lady that came to my room brought dresses and made me try them one after the other. It took more then thirty minutes before we finally found the perfect dress which was a silver short gown that had a low back and my cleavages were out a little. I couldn't stop staring at myself at the mirror. I looked so so beautiful. I can't stop complimenting myself because I am indeed looking so hot and sexy.

I am very sure that if I go like this to that wedding, that so called bride who is Landon's friend will get jealous because there is absolutely no way she can beat this my beauty which is totally perfect

"Ma'am you look really stunning. Let's get going. I'm sure your mate is waiting for you." the first lady said to me.

I walked with my head high and laft the room following the lady behind. She lead me outside and began to walk to the forest side. I got scared at first but I decided to just risk it and go with her. She didn't seem like the type who will want to hurt me. Although I still have my guard up because I don't know if she is pretending or not.

She stopped at some point and told me to walk straight and looked for where there is an ocean there I will replace

Landon.

I nodded and began to walk alone. I will deal with him for making me suffer like this. Although I need an explanation to why I have to dress up before meeting him.

I heard the sound of the oceans before I saw it. I began to walk to where I can hear it from. It didn't take up to three minutes before I got to the ocean.

I looked around but I didn't see Landon anywhere but I saw like something was happening because I saw some decorations. I walked to the place and I saw no one but the place was decorated beautifully with balloons and flowers everywhere. I decided to leave because I'm surely not supposed to be here. I turned only to jump when I saw Landon standing behind me with flowers on his hand. He was dressed in a suit which looks so hot on him. "Landon what is this? Are you the one who did all this?" I asked him.

"Yes buttercup. I did all this preparation just for you." he answered smiling.

"But why?" I asked again.

"Because you deserve the world and you look really beautiful buttercup. Your beauty keeps pulling me in. I have a confession to make. Actually there is no friend's wedding going on anywhere. I totally made that up. I did that because I wanted to surprise you. We are actually here to spend time together as planned earlier."

I punched his arm.

"That is for lying to me. But thank you for this. I'm so relieved that no more wedding and happy at the same time because you did something as thoughtful as this. But I want to ask, why go through this length and where is everywhere having this romantic vibe like you are about to propose just as I have watched on movies." I asked him.

"Well I actually want to propose to you buttercup." he said before kneeling down in front of me.

He held my hand and looked at my face. I couldn't process what was happening in front of me.

"Mira I love you so much from the first time that I met you and till now. I know I shouldn't be doing this but I have to because I want to cherish the fact that you are human. I want you to be my forever. Please can you accept all of me Mira?* he asked using my name. I let my tears fall, I couldn't stop crying. I pulled him up and hugged him tightly. This man knows just how to get me.

"Yes I accept all of you Landon." I said in his ears.
