LUNA ISABELLA

I smiled as I looked down from the balcony and smiled when I saw how quiet my pack was. It was still dark although by the time it was morning. I breathe in the fresh air as I stood admiring the beauty of my pack. I feel so honored to be the Luna of this pack. Now enough of admiring my pack too much, it's time to get to work for today. I turned and closed the balcony door. I looked at my handsome sleeping mate who was hugging my pillow looking as cute as ever. Although we have been together for a long time and have also aged, but to me he still looks so handsome and cute. Infact in my eyes, I feel like he hasn't aged one bit from how he was when we first met. It's like I was the only one who actually aged.

Sometimes when I look at him, I feel scared that he might one day leave me for someone who looks younger but I discard that thought from my mind because I know very well in my heart that my husband isn't that kind of person. He loves me and has never failed to tell me and show me every single day.

He is still romantic as always and he never hides it. I smiled looking at him.

He and my son are my only happiness in my life. I was a lucky woman to have both of them beside me. But I also need a daughter too and it's only my son who can provide that by bringing a mate.

Speaking of mate, I wonder why my baby hasn't found his mate yet. I mean his two friends have found theirs and I'm happy for them but why not him. Or is it that she isn't in this pack. Where could she be? I want my son to be happy with his mate beside him.

I let out a sigh. I know and believe that soon he will replace her so there is no need to worry for now. Besides he just came back from the academy so he needs time to adjust well.

I took my bath and wore a long flowing dress. I applied just a little makeup and looked at the mirror. Ohh I'm so ready for the day.

I left the room not after I looked at my husband one last time. I walked down to the kitchen which was my favorite place aside from my bedroom. I love spending time working in the kitchen.

I was greeted by the Omegas who were already present. I replied back with a smile on my face.

sa Luna, it's my duty to carry everyone along. No one is above any one in my eyes. I should give each and every one equal rights and make them feel among. Begin an Omega is not a curse.

I began to give orders on what should be done as I also got to work. What can I say, I love cooking and I don't like sitting down and just letting the Omegas do all the work around. I love to help out too.

I actually had an issue with Bryan so many times in the past because of working in the kitchen. He didn't want me working as I was the Luna and according to him I should only give orders and sit back and relax. But that's not me. I can't sit down just like that and watch the people do the work. It doesn't work that way for me.

Maybe it was because of my background. I was the only girl out of three children in my family and my father wasn't the alpha or beta or even the gamma. I was just an ordinary pack warrior daughter. In my house my mother loved to work in the kitchen so I also stayed with her to learn how to cook and bake. So I was already used to it. I couldn't stop because I was in my mate's house and I was a Luna instead I wanted to do it more. At least I can brag that no one who came to my home went hungry. I also made sure to treat my guests well either pack members or outsiders.

The sun was already up when we were done cooking. I packed some food that I would give some people. Well I put it on myself to make a large quantity of food every morning that's why I woke up very early. The food were shared to the aged who were living together in a house Bryan built for them and also assigned helpers to take care of the needs of the old who are yet to die yet and can't do much for themselves.

Then some portions are sent to the orphanage. Yes we have an orphanage in our pack. Some children have lost their parents at a very young age so they are taken care of in the orphanage home if they don't have any other relative to take care of them. When I was done sharing the food. I could finally relax. I went upstairs to check if my big baby was up or not. He was going to be late for his meeting.

I opened the door to my bedroom and I wasn't surprised to see he was still sleeping. Well I won't blame him, he was very busy last night and he even slept late as he was in a virtual meeting with other alphas who were taking about their encounter with rogues in their packs. I just hope the issue will be sorted out immediately and we won't have a rogue attack in evergreen pack because I can't imagine how it's going to end. Although I'm very sure that our warriors were strong and skilled but dmfew deaths can't be avoided and I don't want to lose any member anymore.

"Hey Bryan wake up." I said to my sleepyhead mate shaking his shoulder slowly.

"One more minutes." he said with his sexy husky voice that was doing things to me and making my indecent wolf to send unholy pictures in my head. I'm too old for this honestly.

"No more minutes for you or else you will be late. Now stand up and ahhh...."

Before I could finish my statement, the next thing I saw was I was laying on top of him as he wrapped his hands tight around me.

"Bryan let me go this minute. You have a meeting to attend. There is no time for all this things." I said to him looking at his sexy black eyes.

"Well I want to stay like this with you in my arms." he kissing my forehead, then my nose, then my cheeks, then my jaw before going for my lips.

Well I won't pretend that I wasn't enjoying it.

But when our kiss turned to heated and the next thing I noticed was I was no longer on top of him but under him, I quickly pulled my lips away from his.

"Bryan we have to stop. You have to get ready." I reminded him again for the third time.

"I can't get enough of you My beautiful Bella." he said.

I blushed. He was the only one who calls me my beautiful Bella and whenever he calls me that, it melted my heart.

"But you have to get ready." I said to him smiling at him.

"Argghh sometimes I really hate it when I'm the alpha. I can't wait for Evans to take over so I can have enough time with you without being disturbed." he said with a cute frown on his face.

I kissed his lips then pulled away immediately before it turned heated again.

"Just get ready. Don't worry when you come back, I will give you a surprise." I said winking at him.

His face turned bright as he had a big smile on his face.

"Now I can't wait to know what the surprise it. Well let me get ready so I can go for the meeting and wrap this up quickly so I can come back home early.!" he said as he jumped down from the bed and rushed to the bathroom. Then he came out and picked his towel before entering again.

I couldn't help but laugh at him. I can't stop loving him. My big baby.

I waited for him to finish bathing and dressing. I helped him with his tie then carried his briefcase. We walked downstairs together as I escorted him to where the car was packed. The driver was already waiting. I hugged him and wished him luck before I stood and watched him leave.

On my way inside, I noticed Evans friend walking into the house. I think her name is Julie or Julian or Ju something. I wonder why she's here. Or is she going to school with Evans today. I don't just like her because of her character. I have noticed her talk down on people and act very rude. I just hopes she respects herself today.

I entered and saw her walking upstairs like she owes the place.

"Excuse me, how may I help you and where are you going to?" I called out.

She turned with a frown on her face but when she saw me, the frown let as she smiled. She walked down and walked to me.

"Hello Luna. I'm here to see Evans. We will be going to school together." she said.

"Oh I see but that doesn't give you the right to just walk upstairs like that. This isn't your house that you can walk around freely." I said to her.

"But I was only going to his room. I don't see anything wrong in going to his room."

What did I say, this girl is indeed very rude. She lacks manners sadly.

"Well even if you were going to his room, you first ask. Even his friends ask first before going upstairs so you are not exceptional." I said to her.

"Well they are his friends, I am his girlfriend." she said.

Wait what? His what? No way will I allow my son bring such a disrespectful brat into my family.

"Well you are only his girlfriend for now and not his mate so go wait in the living room while I send for him to come see you. And this should be the last time you will just barge in like that and want to go upstairs." I warned her.

I stood as I watched her walk into the living. I mind link an Omega to watch over her and not allow her walk around because I don't trust her.

I went upstairs and opened my son's room without knocking. Well I was upset.

"Mum you didn't knock. What if I was naked?" he shouted.

"Your my son so it won't matter." I said.

"Mum what's wrong? You seems upset." he asked me. It's a good thing he noticed.

"Son who is the lady downstairs who claims to be your girlfriend?" I asked him.

"Oh you mean Juliet? She's here already?" he said.

"Answer my question and don't ask me questions young man." I said not smiling at all.

"Well mum we are dating." he said looking down.

"What dating? What about you waiting for your mate?" I asked him.

"Well maybe I'm never going to replace her." he said rolling his eyes.

I couldn't help but notice there is something his hiding. I'm his mother so I know him very well.

"Well whatever you say but I forbid you from dating that girl. Now go down and get that rude thing out of my house." I said before leaving his room.

I just hope he replaces his mate so that this madness can stop.
