Chapter 54

ROSIE POV

The Luna and I spent a little time in the orphanage before we left. The Luna dropped me at home before leaving. I thanked her for inviting me over and watch her leave before I smiled and went inside my house. I really had fun with those kids. I snapped so many pictures with them and promised to return back to see them from time to time.

I sat in the living and pulled out my phone as I began to admire our pictures with a big smile on my fa

"So you are finally back from wherever you went to?" a voice startled me making me to jump from the couch.

I quickly turned and was very surprised to see Maria glaring at me with her arms folded.

"Maria what are you doing here? How did you get in?" I asked her looking so confused.

"Have you forgotten I have a spare key myself?" she rolled her eyes at me.

"Ohh." was all I could say.

I quickly jumped from the couch and rushed to her hugging her tightly.

"I missed you so much Maria. I can't believe you are here." I said to her smiling.

She slowly changed her poker face and finally gave me a smile too.

"I missed you too. I came to give you a surprise visit but I was sad when I didn't see you. I decided to stay and wait for you because I was sure you will come back." she said.

"I'm glad you waited. At least I got to see you. Actually the Luna invited me to follow her to the orphanage.

"I guess you had fun playing with the kids."she said.

"Yes I did. I was so happy and I played with them. Come let's go and sit down so I can show you the pictures I took." I said as I pulled her.

We both sat on the couch then I began to show her the pictures I took feeling so happy as I was explaining to her about the kids and what we did. I told her their names and also showed her my two favorite, Emma and Harris. She smiled as she watched me.

"I can't wait to see them. They seems like smart kids." she said.

"Yes they are so smart and adorable." I answered her.

"I'm happy you had fun and you are happy. I was expecting to see you all sad and lonely." she said smiling

"Well I'm not so don't worry. Now let's talk about you. How are you doing and how are you coping trying to adjust at your new place?" I asked her.

"oh well I'm very fine as you can see. Also I'm coping so fine. Smith house is so cozy and warm. I love his room."

I noticed that her scent had changed so I decided to ask her about it.

"Why did your scent change. You smell like Smith now." I said to her.

She blushed as she looked elsewhere.

Now that's fishy.

"I don't trust your looks. Now tell me already what's happening." I said to her.

"Oh alright then. Well the thing is the reason why I scent like Smith is because we finally did it last night." she said before covering her lips with her hands as she was shy.

But I don't get why she's shy. And what did she mean by they did it last night? What did they do?

I turned to ask her what she meant by that but before I could speak, my eyes met with her shoulder. Right there so visible was a mark with S initial. Now I understand what she meant. "You two mated last night." I gasped.

She smiled but shyly looked down as she nodded her head slowly.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhh" I screamed.

"Congrats girl. I'm so happy for you Maria. You are now a grown-up woman."

"Stop it Rosie." she said smiling.

"Does Angel know about this?" I asked her.

"Not yet. I called her earlier but she said she was busy in Nate's parents house so I let her be." Maria answered.

"I will quickly call her and replace out if she's done. She needs to hear this."

I quickly picked my phone and dialed Angel's number.

She picked after three rings.

"Yes how may I help you my dearest friend?" she asked immediately she picked.

"Are you still busy or less busy?" I asked.

"Less busy. I just came back home from Nate's parents house. Why?" she asked.

"Can you come to my house really quick. Maria have news. I mean hot spicy news." I said knowing Angel very well. After hearing that she will quickly come over.

"Oh myyyy. I'm on my way right now." she said before hanging up.

Told ya.

"Before Angel comes and we sit to hear the full story, tell me is there anything you want to eat." I asked her.

She shaked her head telling me no.

In no time, my front door opened. Maria and I both jumped. We turned to see a panting Angel walking slowly to us. How did she get here so fast. I can't understand this girls speed. "Give me a second to breath before you tell me what's going on." she said as she laid flat on the floor.

We allowed her to rest for some while. Then she sat up and looked at us.

"Alright I'm fine now. What's happening?" she asked.

"Do you notice any thing different? Use your senses well." I said to her.

She sat down and just looked at the both of us with a clueless look on her face.

"I can't seems to understand what you want me to notice." she said.

"Concentrate well on the both of us and tell us if you notice some changes." I said.

She looked at Maria closely then her eyes turned to me before it went back to Maria. I watched closely as her eyes changed quickly from confused to surprised.

"MARIA YOU FUCKING MATED SMITH." she shouted before she screamed jumping up and down.

I couldn't help but laugh at her expression.

"Spill the tea already. I'm drying to know what happened. Where did you two do the sinful act? How was it? Did Smith do well? How many rounds? How much did it hurt? What styles did you do?" she asked her numerous questions as usual. "Angel calm down will you. The questions are so much that I don't know which one to answer. One at a time okay." Maria said blushing.

"Alright fine. Where did you both have s*x? Was it here?" Angel asked.

"Nope I moved yesterday from Rosie's house. I'm now staying at his place." she answered.

"Its right about time." Angel said smiling.

"Next question, how was it?" she asked with a smirk on her face.

"It was so what's the word again. Yes it was so heavenly." Maria said.

"Aww Rosie our Maria is now grow up. I'm so happy for you Maria. We need to celebrate this. How about we go clubbing?" Angel asked.

This girl and clubbing. I didn't know if it was a good idea but well we are going to celebrate with Maria right.

"No clubbing please. We can just celebrate it here. You know buy some drinks and order pizza and chicken then dance here together and have fun just by ourselves." Maria said. I think her suggestions was better.

"I agree with Maria. Let's just have fun here. I'm sure we will enjoy ourselves more if we do it here." I said to Angel.

"Alright I need to go get some beer and wine. Rosie call any restaurant and order pizza and chicken quickly." Angel ordered before she rushed out of the house.

"Why does it seems like Angel is more excited than me myself?" Maria asked smiling.

"Well that's Angel. She's always happy when she hears that any of her friends have done something good. And besides she's proud of you." I said to her before standing up to make a call to the restaurant that I knew made the best pizza and chicken. Before we knew it, Angel came back with a paper bag on her hand. Just by looking at it, you can easily tell that it was filled. She dropped it on the side table and emptied it. My mouth went wide open. In front of me was ten can beer and a big bottle of wine. She rushed to my kitchen and returned back with glass cups. We sat down and waited for our pizza and chicken.

It didn't take long when we heard a knock on the door. Before I could stand up, Angel beat me to it. She went to the door collected the boxes then paid.

"Angel you should have allowed me pay for the chicken and pizza since you took care of the drinks." I said to her when she sat down.

"No Rosie you don't have to worry. I was the one who brought up the idea for us to celebrate so therefore I would be the one to definitely pay the bills. Don't worry I'm not complaining." she smiled.

We sat down and ate our pizza and chicken then drank our beer. Now I'm getting used to it's bitter sweet taste. At least it was a good thing that I was drinking in my house. Even if I get drunk, it won't cause much damage as to when I'm outside. That's quite a relief. A big one at that. I can't allow what happened the last time happen again.

We sat down and had fun. Angel kept on asking Maria so many questions. There were some that Maria could answer and there were some she couldn't answer as it was to personal.

We played music on loud speakers and danced to our heart content. I didn't care if we were disturbing the neighbors or not. We were completely wasted.

After we were tired of playing, we all laid on the floor as we just talked to ourselves and laughed. We didn't know how much time we spent but before we got to know what was happening, it was night already.

Nate was the first to come to fetch his mate. It was war before he was able to carry her out as she refused to leave. She wanted to stay back and play some more.

Smith came back late to pick Maria too. She didn't protest like Angel. Instead she allowed him to go with her.

Now it's now me all alone once again.

I drank the last can of beer and dropped dead as sweet sleep came. Taking me to my dream land.
