Chapter 61

Both my eyes and mouth were wide open as I watched Evans get the kicks and slaps of his life. I honestly didn't know that Angel was actually serious when she said she was going to deal with him.

I couldn't do anything as I just stood and watched. Sun was cheering her up in my head. I can't believe her at all.

It seems like he noticed I was staring at him as he turned to look at me. I used my head as a sign to ask him why he hasn't stopped her yet.

"I can't be included in this. I can't get beated please. There is no way I'm going to stop her." he mind linked me.

Wow I can't believe he was also scared of his mate. Well if he can't stop her then there is no way I'm going to.

"You freaking bastard.... How dare you freaking rejected my best friend?... How dare you treat her like that? You animal... I don't care if you are an alpha or not that's not my damn f*****g business... I'm not scared of you...This is only the beginning... The next time you try to hurt her again, I myself will go to you and kill you with my hands and run away from the pack." Angel said and each statement came with a kick or punch.

She sure had strength. I wonder where she got it from although I'm not surprised. She sure is a nutcase.

I was surprised that Evans said nothing to her or even try to stop her. Instead he just stood there looking so not bothered.

When Angel was tired, she left him and sat on the couch. That was when Nate went to sit close to her. He slowly held her hand and began to whisper into her ear trying to calm her down.

My attention went back to Evans. I was surprised to see him in my house so early.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him crossing my hands together.

"I'm here to pick you." he answered as he put his hands in his pockets and looked at me.

"I can't remember asking or appointing you to be my driver or did I?" I asked him.

"No you didn't but my mother did." he answered.

His mother? Well there is no way I'm going to escape this right?

"Well I'm not ready yet. You can go and come back later when I'm ready." I said to him.

"Can't do that. She ordered me to not return home without coming back with you. So I am staying here."

'He can't be serious right?' I thought.

I watched him walk and sit on my couch comfortably. Well I guess he is actually very serious.

"Well you have to wait for me till whenever I'm ready and don't you dare rush me." I warned him.

He didn't say a word. He only crossed his legs and began to play with his phone. Such audacity. I rolled my eyes.

I turned my eyes to look at my friends. Angel was glaring at him with a dark look that looked scary. Either Evans didn't notice it or he pretended not to. But honestly her looks could kill a soul. I'm surprised Evans hasn't died yet.

Nate and Smith didn't say a word to him either. I guess they are also not in talking terms with him. This is a definition of a complicated relationship.

I let out a sigh.

"Maria and Angel if you both don't mind, can you help me out with packing?" I asked them. "Sure. Angel stop glaring at him and let's go help Rosie out." Maria said as she stood up. The two girls followed me to my room and locked the door immediately we entered.

They both walked to me standing beside me as they pulled me in for a warm group hug.

"I know I'm supposed to be happy for you that you now have your mate but I can't stop feeling so angry right now. This should be a happy moments but it's not. I'm sorry we can't celebrate this." Angel said sounding so calm like she wasn't the one who looked so dangerous earlier. I gave her a small smile.

"Don't worry about me Angel. I'm only going to the alpha's house because he said I should but I will replace a way to leave that house before you know it." I said.

I had to replace a way because I know there is no way Evans and I can stay together.

"You need to try. We haven't done the sleepover we planned to do here in your house. But what are you going to do with your house?" Angel asked.

"I'm going to kept it. There is no way I'm going to sell it. Never. I will be coming here from time to time to do some cleaning or spend some alone time." I said.

"Well that's an awesome idea. We can also come here to spend sometime with each other." Angel said.

I noticed Maria was so quiet which was unusual.

"Hey Maria are you okay? You have been quiet." I asked her.

"I'm fine Rosie." she answered but I could tell that her answer was sincere.

"You are lying Maria. Spill it out will you." I said to her hoping she opens up.

"Alright fine. I'm just sad about the whole thing. I know how awesome the feeling is packing to stay together with your mate but your case is so different that I can't help but feel so sad for you. You should be happy. You should be excited. But it's so unfortunate how things are right now." She said.

"I'm going to be fine. I'm strong you know so I can handle it. Don't worry about me."

"Believe me Rosie you deserve better and not that stupid idiot that is sitting in the living room." Angel said rolling her eyes.

I laughed at her.

"I must say Angel I was surprised by what you did earlier. What if you get in trouble for that?" I asked her.

"Oh that. That is nothing. I don't mind doing it again and again. You are my best friend and I can't allow anyone hurt you with punishing the the person. I don't care about the punishment. I know Nate is there to bail me out or even serve the punishment himself." she said as she flipped her hair dramatically.

I laughed at her.

"You are just so complicated."

"I know right. So what should we pack?" she asked.

I directed them on the clothes they were to pick for me. We stayed in my room packing untill we were finally done.

We left to the sitting room with my bags. Smith and Nate stood up and helped their mates carry what they were holding but my mate who I'm so unfortunate to have just sat there watching.

Angel pulled the bag I was holding and walked to where Evans sat and dumped it on him. He raised his head and looked at her with a confused look on his face.

"Why don't you do something useful like your friends?" she asked him before leaving him sitting there with the bag.

I watched as he stood up and went out to drop the bag in his car. He didn't bother coming back after going outside.

I let out a sigh and turned to my friends.

"Well, this is it right?" I asked them.

"It is. Don't worry Rosie you still have us by your side and we will always be there for you. If you need anything let us know. Besides we will surely be coming for visits. Luna Isabella won't have a problem with that." Smith said smiling. I smiled at him.

"I'm relieved to know you are going to come visit me from time to time. That's all that matters to me right now. Thank you so much."

"Don't worry Rosie you gat this. If Evans acts up again don't forget to call us. I'm sure my mate here is ever ready to beat him up." Nate said.

"You got that right babe." Angel said smiling.

I laughed at them.

"Sure I have heard you guys. I won't forget that."

We left my house. Before locking the door, I looked inside. I can't really believe I will one day leave here and stay else where for days. I let out a sigh. I'm sure coming back so I won't say goodbye yet.

I locked the door and went to Evans car. He has been waiting for me inside his car.

"Do you like for us to go with you?" Maria asked.

"No I'm fine. Don't worry I'm going to see you guys in school tomorrow." I said to them.

I hugged Angel and Maria before entering the car. Evans turned on the car and began to drive.

It didn't take long to arrive the alpha's house. Immediately we arrived, some Omegas rushed to the car and carried all my bags leaving non for me to carry.

I walked inside following Evans behind. He hasn't said any thing yet and I'm also not ready to say anything too.

When I entered, Luna Isabella pushed Evans off from the room and rushed to hug me.

"Welcome to your new home Rosie. I'm so happy to have you here. At least I won't be the only lady living here. You can go rest for a while before I take you round on a tour." she said sounding so excited.

I smiled at her. At least I was given a warm welcome which I didn't expect. I'm sure I'm going to have a lot of fun with her.

"Mum" Evans called out as Luna Isabella was leaving but she snubbed him as she walked pass him like he wasn't standing right there.

He let out a sigh and turned to me.

"Follow me I will show you the room."

I walked behind him as he made it to the staircase. He walked up and went to the left wing. I was thinking he would stop in the second door. I was scared that was where I was expected to stay but thankfully he walked pass the door. I almost let out a sigh of relief. There was no way I wanted to stay in his room together with him.

He stood at the third door next to him room and opened the door. I entered and a big, classy bedroom right in front of me. It looked so elegant and I felt like I wasn't supposed to be there. I felt so happy to have this room all by myself. I can't wait for him to leave so I can lay on the bed that looks so heavenly.

"This is your room. There is no way I will let you stay with me." he said to me.

I rolled my eyes at him.

"The feeling is mutual."

He turned to leave when the Luna entered.

"What are you doing here? This is not your room." she said.

I was confused. Did Evans mistakenly take me to the wrong room? I knew it, I mean this room is to elegant to be mine.

"Mom what are you saying? This is the only empty room in this floor." Evans said looking confused.

"Who said she was going to stay in an empty room?" she asked him glaring at him.

Now I'm getting confused. What exactly is going on here?

"She is going to stay in your room from now hence forth." she said to him.

Right?
