Chapter 65

ROSIE POV

When we were done with the cookies, it was 6 already. Luna Isabella drove me out of the kitchen so I could go and take my bath and dress up for school. I didn't want to leave the remaining work for her but she strongly demanded that I leave her. I went up to Evans room and entered. I didn't see him inside so I locked the door. Well I didn't want him barging him when I'm only wrapped around my towel. That scene is something I can't even imagine.

I quickly removed my clothes and rushed into the bathroom. I took a quick bath because I knew that he will soon enter to have his birth also. It's his room anyway.

I finished bathing and dressed quickly to my usual big clothes. When I was sure I was done, I went to open the door.

Immediately I did, he entered and I was startled that I almost fell.

"What the.... Were you outside the whole while?" I asked him as I held my chest to calm my beating heart.

"Yes I was as I was waiting for when my room will be open by someone who casually locked me outside from my own room." he said in annoyance.

"Well sorry about that. I was going to bath and needed privacy." I said to him.

"Whatever. Now can you leave the room right now. I need my own privacy too." he said.

I quickly picked up my school bag and rushed out of his room.

I was going downstairs when Luna Isabella called my name. I turned to see her up with Alpha Bryan holding hands as the were coming down.

"Good morning Alpha. Good morning luna." I greeted.

"Morning my dear although we have greeted earlier." Luna Isabella said as she sent me a wink making me laugh softly.

"Morning Rosie. Hope you had a great night rest?" Alpha Bryan asked smiling at me.

"Yes sir did." I answered him.

"I see you are ready for school. But it's still early and you still have some time for breakfast so join us. Luna Isabella said.

"No ma. Don't worry about me." I quickly declined her offer.

But I should have known that Luna Isabella never accepts a no.

"I'm not taking no for an answer, Rosie. Now you are going to join us for dinner and that's an order." she said leaving no room or what so ever for argument.

I let out a sigh and nodded my head well I can't go against her. It will be disrespectful.

I allowed the both of them to walk in front of me as I followed behind.

We entered the dinning room and different food, vegetables, meats and drinks were all arranged on the table. I couldn't help leaving my mouth hanging open. Was this breakfast for just three or four people that's including me? Who is going to finish all this? Although they look so appetizing but there is no way I can finish all this. Never. Not even half.

My thoughts were interrupted when an Omega came in. I quickly closed my mouth then walk to a chair that was a bit far from the Alpha and Luna. I can't just sit beside them I mean that's disrespectful. So I thought.

"Rosie come sit beside me. You are not a guest or a stranger. You are now a member of our family so come here." Luna Isabella said.

I didn't say a word. I quietly stood up and went to sit beside her. The alpha was sitting in the head while Luna Isabella was sitting by his right. I could tell that the empty chair that was by his left was for Evans. "Erm Kathryn you all can take a rest and eat breakfast first before doing any other thing." Luna Isabella said.

I noticed the Omega who entered earlier bow and left. I think she is the Kathryn.

I waited for Luna Isabella to serve the alpha first and herself before I was able to serve my plates. I noticed that alpha Bryan's plates was filled with so many dishes. Maybe it's because of him that the food was much.

We all began to eat when Evans walked all dressed and ready for school.

"Evans come eat." Luna Isabella said without looking at him.

He walked slowly to his seat and served his plate. He ate quietly.

I almost feel pity for him. Remember the keyword is almost.

After I was done eating, I thanked Luna Isabella and also Alpha Bryan for the food. I was about to stand up when Luna Isabella looked at Evans who was also done eating. I wonder how he ate because the food he served for himself was so much like his father. And guess what, the food which I saw earlier and thought it won't finish actually finished thanks to alpha Bryan and his son Evans.

"Evans you are going to go to school with Rosie. Give a ride. And Rosie goodbye. Do good in school alright." she spoke to Evans not looking at him but when she was talking to me, she looked at me smiling.

I smiled back at her the excused myself before leaving the dinning room. I walked out of the house and was about to walk to school when someone held my hand. I quickly pushed him away because I didn't like the sparks I was feeling although it felt good. "Where are you going?" he asked sternly.

"School of course." I answered him not understanding why he was asking me that.

"Where you deaf when my mother said you are going to school with me?" he asked.

"Are you going to obey her? I thought you will be happy if I'm not anyway close to you?" I asked him.

"Well it's not like I have any other choice but to obey her. Why? Because she has someone watching us. So if you don't want to put me in trouble just follow me quietly to the garage." he said before he turned and walked away.

I had no other choice but to follow him behind. I didn't want him to get in trouble just because I was stubborn. He is yet to get his mother's trust and I can see his trying so hard to be at peace with her.

I went to the garage and was surprised to see he didn't pull out his car but his power bike.

"Are we going with that?" I asked him.

"Yes now climb already or we will be late for school." he answered as he held out a helmet for me to wear.

I collected it slowly and climbed the bike. Now the problem was I didn't want to hold him because it will look so intimate. I wish he went with his car instead because this feels so uncomfortable. I wore the helmet and waited for him to turn on the energy. "Hold on tight or you will fall." he said to me.

But I stubbornly refused. I didn't want the act all intimate with him.

"No. Don't worry about me. I'm fine just the way I am. And I won't fall." I replied him confidently.

"Well then if you say so. But if you fall don't blame it on me because I warned you." he said before he on the bike.

The sound of the bike made me feel so excited all of a sudden. I wasn't a fan of power bikes but I don't understand why hearing the sound of this bike was causing me to feel so happy.

I sat down with my hands folded waiting for when the bike will move. There is no way I was going to touch Evans through out the ride. It will hurt my pride and dign....

My thoughts were interrupted when the bike moved startling me. I almost kissed the floor if not that I quickly grabbed Evans waist tightly. Wow that was closed. I almost ended up in the hospital.

All of a sudden I heard Evans laughing. The fact that he was laughing was surprising. I have never heard him laugh so hard like that. I raised my head from his back and looked around to see if there was a comedian standing somewhere but then I saw no one. "What is funny?" I asked curiously.

"I thought you said you were fine and you won't fall. Infact you acted so sure earlier, so why are you holding my waist so tightly now?" he asked laughing.

So I was the comedian. Evil jerk. He just had to rub it in.

"Whatever laugh all you want. But remember we will be late to school so start moving." I said as I dropped my head on his back feeling so embarrassed.

He finally stopped laughing and the bike started moving. I won't lie I love the view as the bike went fast. Riding on a power bike wasn't so bad after all. Although we looked so intimate with my hands around him, but it didn't matter to me anymore. I was enjoying it all. I wished this moment won't end.

But unfortunately it ended when we finally arrived school. I hopped down from the bike and removed the helmet. I gave it to him and thanked him for the ride before walking away.

I could see people looking at me in a weird way. Well I can't blame them. It's not everyday you see someone like Evans bring someone like me to school on his precious power bike.

I entered the school building and was happy to see my friends standing and talking. I ran to them.

"Good morning everyone." I said.

I was suddenly surrounded by the four of them.

"Rosie how are you?" Nate asked.

"Did you sleep well there?" Maria asked.

"Did that jerk do anything bad to you again. I'm going to rip him apart myself." Angel said cracking her fingers.

"Are you fine?" Smith asked.

I laughed at them. They were worried of me.

"You guys calm down. I'm fine. I slept well. And no Evans didn't do anything to me." I answered their question.

Smith was about to say something when someone pushed me from behind.

I turned to see an angry looking Juliet glaring at me.

"You bitch. What did you do to make Evans bring you to school on his power bike?" she asked.

I was tired of her bullshit. Sun made me understand that she was just a talker and I shouldn't be scared of her. So I decided to stand up for myself.

"Are you jealous I got to ride on his power bike when you didn't have a chance?" I asked her smirking making her get angry.

"You bitch." she shouted as she raised her hand to slap.

"IF YOU TOUCH MY MATE WITH YOUR FILTHY HAND, I WILL MAKE SURE YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO USE IT AGAIN."

I looked behind Juliet and was surprised to see Evans looking so angry. But that wasn't what shocked me.

He just called me his mate.
