Killian watched with a smile as all the unmated werewolves got their own mate. His heart was enriched with happiness as he watched his pack filled with joy.

Suddenly, he felt a sharp pain go through his heart, which made him stand up immediately.

"What was that?" He couldn't help but ask himself.

He threw a gaze around the whole pack while he panted heavily. The pain occured for the second time and he held his chest in pain.

"What's going on?" He muttered in pain.

He sat down gently as he observed the whole environment. He had an intuition that something was going wrong.

"Oh no! Sara!" He exclaimed as he got a hold of what the pain meant. It was their mate pull, it was their mate pull that made him feel so uncomfortable.

"Something must be wrong with Sara." He muttered to himself. He beckoned to one of his guards, and instructed him to safeguard his throne.

"I will be back soon." He said to the guard, as he flew into the woods, running as fast as his legs could carry him.

Meanwhile, while Sara was still in shock about the lady's identity, a rogue wolf from behind had sighted her. It was one of the lady's men.

He walked creepily to Sara, treading carefully not to alert her.

The rogue wolf jumped at her, and aimed for her throat. A forceful kick to his chest rendered him dead immediately.

A man gracefully ascended from the sky, he radiated a bright blue light which calmed Sara's mind. His handsomeness was top-notch. It was Killian's antagonistic wolf, Leon.

Leon had competed fiercely against Killian for the position of the Alpha. As fate would have it, Killian was a cut above him and he was crowned the Alpha.

"Are you hurt?" Leon asked Sara, who was still submerged in the stranger's handsomeness.

"Are you hurt?" Leon asked again, which jerked Sara back to reality.

"No, Thank you." Sara muttered as she cleared her throat.

Leon stared at her, he placed his hand on his chin and winked mischievously at her.

A loud growl was heard nearby, accompanied by some hurried footsteps.

Killian suddenly appeared in front of them, he rolled his eyes over them and gave Leon a warning glance.

"What do you want with my Luna?" Killian snapped at him, while Sara moved to his side.

"Are you hurt?" He asked Sara. He fidgeted nervously as he stared into Sara's beautiful eyes. He had never for once felt so much drawn to her.

"No." Sara replied, nodding her head slightly.

Killian gazed at Leon again, and gently carried Sara. He ensured that he maintained eye contact with Leon as he lifted Sara up gently.

"She is my woman, and will only be mine." Killian said with a cold voice, while Leon simply smirked.

He disappeared out of the woods slowly, staring softly into Sara's ocean blue eyes.

"Guard the door!" Killian commanded the guards as he walked into his room.

"I am sorry." He muttered.

"What?" Sara asked,

"I mean...I was late to save you." Killian replied as he placed her on the bed, holding her hand warmly.

Sara blushed happily. It was as if her dreams were finally coming to pass. With no parents, and a mate to fill her lonely life, she had always led a lone and depressed life. But now, there was someone who wanted to keep her safe, someone who openly called her 'his woman' despite various criticisms.

"Who was the one that wanted to hurt you?" Killian asked her, drawing her out of her thoughts.

Sara withdrew her hand slowly from Killian's grip. The memories of the scent filled her nostrils again.

She glanced through the window, and stared at the moon. The happy cheers of people filled the atmosphere.

"Who was it?" Killian asked again.

"I don't know." Sara replied with a sigh.

"But the person was the exact same person that kidnapped me the other time." She continued.

"What? That lady?" Killian screamed. His eyes were filled with rage, and his mind raced with thoughts.

They had first kidnapped his Luna, murdered the perpetrators right in his presence, and now, wanted to harm his Luna again.

"Who could be that audacious?" He thought silently.

He sighed, and faced Sara.

"I am sorry. I promise to investigate the matter and get to the root of it." Killian consoled, while Sara nodded.

"Do you drink?" Asked Killian with a smile.

"Of course. I used to drown my worries in alcohol." She replied with a shy smile.

Killian ordered for bottles of alcohol, and they were brought before him in an instant. They chatted happily, and drank their drinks. Killian stood up and grabbed Sara's soft cheeks. He stared into her beautiful eyes, and placed a warm kiss on her lips.

He gently removed her clothes, kissing her softly as he pulled her last bit of clothing. The lights went out, and they both made out.
