Chapter 213: GOSSIP IN THE TOILET.

Lydia rushed to the bathroom, completely worried that she could not make it. Her bottom felt as though it had been lit on fire, fueling her steps to sprint to the bathroom. But they were having lectures in a different department, and she needed to figure out where the bathroom was. It was as though the universe was working against her today. She spotted the sign to a girl's bathroom by a stroke of luck and dashed in. It was like an explosion had gone off in the bathroom; she hoped that there was no one else to witness shame. Her relief came fast; soon, she was ready to get up, but there was no toilet paper.

She almost needed to cuss; how could she have made such a rookie mistake? You should first check if there is toilet paper. She first listened to ensure that no one else was around, hoping to dash the nearest toilet paper, possibly in the next stall. But just as she was about to get up, she had people walk in, forcing her to sit back down. She refused to be seen walking around with a mess between her legs. She hoped they would move fast, do their business, and leave. But the girls had probably come to gossip. "What are you going to do, Lydia?"

"What can I do about it?" the girl, who seemed to be Lydia, answered.

"I heard he booked a villa, and someone talked about fireworks.'

"What can be done? Do I need to date him because he likes me?" Lydia answered, "James, unlike him, has finished school and is working as a manager at JK Group." His future is clear." "Then-"

"Let us invite friends to the villa that day and James too," Lydia said.

"You want to embarrass Harry Madison?" The other girls seemed to almost scream.

"What embarrassment? I only heard that James was going to propose to me. Since we are already going somewhere fancy," Lydia said. And their giggles trailed away.

Hearing them leave, Lydia, stuck with a mess between her legs, hurriedly peeked outside to make sure no one was there. She spotted some tissues near the sink and dashed for them, returning quickly.

When she was done with her business, under the sound of a flushing toilet, she became baffled by what she had heard. Even though she was removed from big social circles, she knew who Harry Madison was. Every basketball game, girls gathered more than boys to see Harry Madison. She, too, had seen him before and understood the obsession. He was an aloof god that descended out of nowhere.

A few weeks ago, someone heard a rumor from his roommates that he had a crush on Lydia. Chapter 213: GOSSIP IN THE TOILET

Lydia was puzzled; was this not the Lydia many were talking about? From what she heard,. Lydia was an accounting student, and she had many courses she took with Harry Madison, who was doing a master's in business management. It was said that Lydia was all over him all the time. Or was it just a rumor? Why was she talking as though he was the one pursuing her? Was there a secret that people didn't know? She was utterly curious.

One character Lydia developed due to the lack of drama in her life is her curiosity towards drama. But she had never dared to replace out, just like today. She was curious but transparent that this was not her business. She washed up and left the bathroom. By the time she had returned to the classroom, the lecture had concluded. She says her roommate, Cindy, is standing at the door waiting for her. "You dare take me to eat in that place again?" she asked.

"I don't dare, I don't dare," Cindy answered. See how obedient I am standing here and waiting for you after our long lectures?"

"Isn't it because you are with my phone and are afraid that I will not be able to replace you when I return?" Cindy gave her a dirty look, and she placed a bottle of water in her hand.

"Drink some water. See how hot the sun is. You are sweating so much. Here, let me clean that for you." Cindy started fussing around her. "It's fine! Let's go before

you fuss away my skin, Lydia said. Cindy could tell she was not angry. Lydia did not have much of a temper; she was always calm and slightly playful. What people did not know was that Lydia had quite a mouth. How she spoke about things could make someone roll three times over in pain. Luckily, she has not used this month of hers to attack someone. Cindy did not know how their university got so lucky to be spared her tongue.

They trailed away towards the hostels. As they walked past the open fields, they were suddenly rushed by girls. Fearful of the incoming swarm, they clutched to each other and let the girls pass. Even though they were standing firm, they were almost knocked over. "What is going on?" Cindy asked. At this point, Lydia followed the swarm of girls with her

"Harry Madison is what is going on," she answered, gesturing to a group of boys playing basketball on one of the field courts.

"Wow, they are gathering like flies," Cindy said. "You would think he was a celebrity."

"They are probably first years. They have not yet been properly weaned. He only took off his shirt to play, and spirits possessed them. He still had a singlet on, and they cannot keep calm; if he removes his shirt, I will bet Professor Kingston's left mustache that nurses will wheel them away." Lydia said, pulling Cindy away, "Let's go; the first year spectating human arms means their hostel is almost empty."

They looked at each other deeply at these words and bowed toward the court in the distance.

"Lord Harry, you do heaven's work again. Accept our bow, "Lydia said. A man almost choked on his coke in the corner as he watched them bow three times and hurry away.

They entered the hostel and dashed into their rooms, shocking their third roommate, Ethel, who was about to climb her bed.

"What is it? What happened?" she asked, hurrying down from her bed when she saw their

hurry.

"Lord Harry had freed the first-year hostel," Lydia said, and Ethel made three deep bows toward their room window, facing the fields and basketball courts.

"Oh great, Lord Harry, Take my bows," she said, bowing quickly before joining them in panic. They removed their dirty clothes before rushing to the first year's hostel. They realized they were right when they arrived at the hostel; it was almost empty. Even those left behind were busy staring out the window toward the basketball court. The three girls rushed to the laundry room, spotted two washers and a dryer, empty without anyone in sight, and began doing their laundry. Every hostel was equipped with two large washers and dryers, but with the number of students, one would have to take turns. Every hostel had its own system. Their final year hostel had slots. They would all take slots and use them when it was a person's turn. However, the hostels had a rule set by the school that you could use the washers and dryers if no one was using them, and it allowed people from other hostels to use other hostel facilities.

Since Harry Madison graced their school to do his master's program, their room has been able to use many facilities when he empties a hostel for whatever reason he happens to be in the area. It was only fitting that they worshiped the person who had made their final year experience even better.
