Chapter 214: LORD HARRY

When the three girls returned to their hostels with clean clothes, it was nearly dark. They were completely satisfied and began arranging their clean laundry. "Have you packed yet?" Cindy asked Lydia.

"What should we pack? We are only going out for a few days. A few clothes will do," Lydia answered without much care.

"What do you know? Did you even look at the brochure? We are going to the beach, camping, and having a barbeque," Cindy said.

"We already have our tents from last year; what else is there?" Lydia asked.

"It seems you have forgotten about the mosquitoes. You have forgotten how you rolled all night from hunger. You have forgotten..." Elizabeth started to listen, and Lydia shook her head in an attempt to forget the incident.

"I will go to the store and pick up some things." She immediately started dressing.

"Don't be out too long; Mrs. Emmanuel is on shift. She will lock the hostel at midnight sharp," Ethel warned.

Lydia left the hostel and walked to the general store at the hotel's entrance. It was dark outside, and the university street lights were on. She walked into the store and immediately picked up some mosquito spray. According to the itinerary, they would be driving directly to camp. Only after camping for two nights would they go into two and stay at the hotel. She would not have time to shop for what she needed, so she picked up some water, drinks, and snacks. As she turned around, she walked into someone, dropping some snacks on the floor

"Sorry," they both seemed to apologize at the same time. While picking up her snacks, she glanced up at the man helping her pick some up and paused.

"Lord Harry!" she exclaimed, and he raised a brow at her address. Lydia immediately shut her mouth with one hand when she realized what she had just said.

"Lord Harry?" he asked, and she immediately packed her snacks into her basket very quickly, grabbing the rest in his hands and sliding away.

Harry Madison needed clarification. She slid away, her seemingly frictionless shoes skidding on the white stone tile. Her running figure was quite amusing. Just as he was about to turn

away,

he spotted someone right at the corner of his eye and frowned. The familiar man seemed to hold a woman's hands, caressing them gently. He walked around the shelves to stand where he could not be seen and stared at their figure. He could not see their faces well Chapjer 214: LORD HARRY

and walked around another shelf. Unknown to him, he followed Lydia, who had run away just

Lydia had thought she had successfully run away She placed her hand on her chest to calm her heart as she felt shame wash over her. How could she have called him Lord Harry? She slapped her mouth as embarrassment washed up again at the thought of running away like that. She slid away. No, Lord Harry was a high-up being. Running into him is as rare as seeing hair grow on Professor Kingston's head. That she had seen him once means she had used up that probability. She would not meet him again; how would he remember the girl he bumped into once? He nodded her head as she understood this while adjusting her gold-rimmed round glasses, threatening to fall from her nose. But at that moment, she felt someone behind her and turned around so sharply that his face almost stuck to the person's shirt. She looked up immediately, something telling her it was what she dreaded most. It was Harry Madison.

"I am sorry about..." she started to say, deciding that it was best she apologized and got it out of the way. But at that moment, he turned around sharply and clasped her mouth shut with one of his hands. He stepped forward, forcing her to take a few steps back till she was completely backed up against the shelf.

Harry had been following the couple paying at the register in front and had not noticed until he had pumped into someone. As she loudly started to speak, causing the couple to turn around, he turned sharply and clasped her mouth shut with his hands. Her brown eyes widened, and he wanted to struggle, so he wrapped his arm around her, holding her in place.

"Shush for a moment. Are they gone?" He gestured with his head behind him, causing her to look past his arm to the only people at the register. At that moment, the couple picked up their bag and left the store. Seeing that, she nodded to him, and he took his hand off her mouth.

"Sorry, I couldn't let them see me," he said, noticing that she was the girl who had called him Lord Harry not too long ago.

"Were you not the one..." he started to ask. Predicting where his question was going, she shook her head immediately. "Just now," he continued to say.

"No, I wasn't the one," she denied firmly, his head continuously shaking from side to side.

"How do you know which one called me that?" he asked, but she was too frantic to see the playful glint in his eye.

"I am not the one that called you Lord Harry." She insisted.

"How do you know it was the one that called me Lord Harry I was referring to?" He asked with a playful smile, and she froze in place.

"Harry," he heard someone call to him. They both looked to the end of the aisle to replace a blonde man no older than twenty-five standing there. He looked between them as though he had just discovered a secret. Only then did they seem to notice how close they were to Chapter 214: LORD HARRY

other.

Harry let go of her, and she hurried away. He watched her pick a few things quickly and make for the checkout.

"Hey, who is that?" the blonde man walked closer and asked.

"Why are you here?" Harry asked him.

"Why can't I be here? Are you hiding something?" he asked.

"Ethan, don't you have to submit your project by tonight to join the trip tomorrow?" Harry asked, picking things off the shelf.

"I have already finished it," he said. You, on the other hand, said I could get it for you, but you insisted on going out on your own. Is this why?" He asked, gesturing to Lydia paying by the

checkout counter.

"It seems you are bored. If you could submit your projects on time, why did you not do it in the past?" Harry asked.

"Your girl is leaving." Ethan gestured to Lydia, leaving the store in a hurry. "Should you still be standing here?" he asked.

"It can't be that just to go on this trip; you specifically did your project faster than usual, right? Professor Finly will be heartbroken. All his months of preaching could not compare to a road trip." Harry said, his voice full of pity.

"Stop changing the topic. Look how you don't even want to talk about her," he said, and Harry walked over to the counter to pay. He did not pick too many things, so it did not take him too long to pay and leave. Ethan hurriedly paid and rushed after him. As they made their way to the hostel, he pestered him for information on the girl they had seen. But he could not even get a name, no matter how long he talked. What he did not know was that Harry himself did not know her name. As they walked into their room, Ethan hurriedly found their third

roommate.

"Mark, Mark, listen up," he pulled the headphones off the skinny young man.

"What is it? Are you too bored just because you have submitted your project?" Mark asked.
