The CEO's Lovely Twins
Chapter 141 Who Wants To Do Something With You?

Hayden was playing with the two kids and was somehow distracted. She glanced at the silver multi-purpose vehicle at the cemetery entrance from time to time. Her heart was throbbing wildly.

After quite a while, the sound of opening the car door sounded. Scarlett and Joseph got out of the car one after another and both of them looked calm. It seemed like they did not have any emotional changes at all.

Seeing this, Hayden was very depressed.

Scarlett waved at Stella, "It's summer vacation. Do you want to come to Grandaunt's house and stay for two days?"

With eyes blinking, Stella looked at Hayden and Joseph and instantly had an idea, "Yes, can I go together with Noah, Grandaunt?"

Scarlett looked at Noah. Seeing his eyebrow, a doubt flashed in her mind.

Apple did not fall far from the tree. Although this child was not born to Hayden, he looked a bit similar to her and Stella.

"I can't decide on this matter." She glanced at Joseph, "I can bring him away only if his father agrees."

Stella hurriedly looked at Joseph and said while blinking.

"Mister, you'll agree, right? After you get married to my mommy, my grandaunt will be Noah's grandaunt too."

Joseph had some smiles on his face. He looked at Scarlett and said respectfully.

"Sorry to trouble you, Aunt."

Hearing him called her 'aunt', Hayden got goosebumps.

Scarlett led the two kids to the car.

Watching the car leaving the cemetery, Joseph heard Hayden muttering beside him.

"Who is your aunt? Has anyone agreed to it?"

"What do you say?" Joseph turned his head and asked despite knowing the answer.

"Nothing." Hayden glanced at him and casually changed the subject, "You don't have to worry about Noah's safety. Although my aunt doesn't have a child, she is more cautious and careful than anyone else. Nothing will happen to the children when they are at her place."

Joseph did not go along with her words.

"Where are you going? I'll give you a ride."

"No need, I've called a cab, it should arrive here in a while."

"The matter of news isn't about what you think it is."

"In your opinion, what do I think it is? Do you think that I suspect that you have a special relationship with Viola? If you have a special relationship with her, why will you come to approach me? I'm not such a brainless person."

Hayden directly retorted.

Joseph waited patiently for her to finish all her words, and said steadily.

"Alayna went to replace Kevin. Kevin regarded himself as being infallible in which he thought that the news was deliberately spread by me and he accidentally spilled the beans in front of Alayna. So, all of you believed it, isn't this you are thinking?"

When this matter was mentioned, Hayden's face rapidly turned cold.

"I've known everything. It's a little late for you to come clean with me now." "What if I say that I never intend to use any set-up at all from the beginning?"

Hearing this, Hayden was slightly stunned. She looked at Joseph in consternation.

"Get in the car." Joseph took two steps forward and opened the car door of the passenger seat, "Regarding how you think every matter is, I can give you a reasonable explanation. If you think it's unreasonable. you can get out of the car anytime."

The car was moving on the highway. Joseph's low and deep voice echoed throughout the car. When he mentioned the ideas that Kevin suggested to him, his tone was a bit unnatural.

"So, the bad ideas like buying those things and ignoring me are all Kevin's suggestions?"

Joseph nodded and avoided Hayden's gaze.

"You do whatever he tells you to do, huh? Haven't you ever been in a relationship? Is it possible to generalize this kind of matter? Why doesn't he go and make a set of tutorials about set-ups to be used when someone is in a relationship?"

A series of cannon-like questions echoed throughout the car. Hayden's anger was formidable and she fished her phone out, "I can't bear anymore, I have to tell Alayna these things, Alay..."

Her expression changed. She suddenly thought of something and she was stunned while holding her phone.

"What's wrong?" Joseph asked.

"Ahem..." She coughed dryly, "Nothing. Since this matter has already passed, I think it isn't needed to keep mentioning it, so be it."

Alayna also gave her quite a lot of bad ideas. She and Kevin were really experts who fought with each other with a variety of set-ups. They were indeed meant for each other.

"Where are you taking me to? Aren't you sending me home?"

Hayden looked at the scene outside the window and regained her presence of mind.

"I'm taking you to a nice place."

The car left the highway when the sun set in the west. Both their lunch and dinner were had in the service area.

The scene outside the window changed from skyscrapers to fields that had no borders. As the sun set, the sky was filled with crimson and amber-tinted clouds. The sun then disappeared upon being blocked by the distant mountains.

The car stopped on an open hill. There was a river at the foot of the hill. The distant rolling hills apparently had no end.

"Wow, the air is really good."

Hayden opened her arms, looked up and took a deep breath.

It had been a long time since she went out for a walk. She suddenly felt very refreshed.

The cool breeze entered through her collar. She somehow sniffed as she was slightly cold.

A pair of hands passed through her armpits and wrapped her waist. When she regained her presence of mind, Joseph already rested his chin on her shoulder and spoke with a magnetic voice.

"If you like it, we'll come frequently in the future."

"What are you talking about, how can you say this so easily, are we sleeping in the car tonight?" Hayden twitched her lips, trying to calm her heart that was violently beating.

"There's no one here. No matter what we do, nobody will see it."

"Who wants to do with you."

Being shone by the evening sun, Hayden's face turned red. Her voice was very soft.

As the peak of the hill was too cold, one would feel cold after feeling the cool breeze for a while. Joseph held her hand and pulled her to the car. He poured out a cup of hot milk from the thermos and handed it to her.

Hayden's eyes widened.

"You even bring milk with you? You've planned in advance to come here, right?"

"If I come here without planning, you'll have to starve here all night. Only irresponsible men will do that." Joseph looked at her and pulled out a thermos from the place below the seat.

"For example, a man like Freddie, who is a young man that has many romantic thoughts in his mind. Other than poems and dreamland, he basically can't offer a woman any guarantee."

"It's your freedom to talk whatever you want but why do you mention Freddie again?"

Hayden muttered and pointed at the box beside his feet, asking, "What is inside that box?"

'Click'. Joseph unfastened the latch and a wave of hot air came out.

The dinners for two people were placed inside and they were kept warm all the way.

Hayden could not help but give him a thumbs up, "Fine, you win."

Joseph was a spoiled young master who was the apple of the eye of the Beckham family. It was really surprising that he could do this for her. If she still stood on her dignity, it would show that she was very petty.

Besides, Viola's matter before was indeed caused by the two people who offered bad ideas.

While they were eating a hot and warm dinner on the hilltop here, the two people who were in the downtown apartment and the resort hotel of Maldives respectively, sneezed.

"Achoo..."
