The Deserted Rich Beauty (Nicole and eric)
Chapter 2000 Is He in Mediania?

A whole day passed.

Clayton checked everyone who got off the boat one by one, but Nicole was nowhere to be found.

Those people also had nothing to do with Tyler.

Nicole just seemed to have vanished into thin air. The captain's people were constantly searching for Nicole as well, but they found nothing. The captain was used to seeing the gentle and polite side of Clayton. Even if Clayton was angry, he would not lose his temper in front of others.

However, in just one day, Clayton became a different person.

His eyes were bloodshot, and he was extremely tense.

The captain saw that Clayton had not eaten or drank anything all day and walked over to persuade him.

"Mr. Sloan, please eat something. If she can't be found, it's very likely that she has disappeared into the ocean..."

Clayton slammed the thing in front of him to the ground.

"Impossible!"

Nicole was so obedient. Clayton told her not to leave the room before he went out, so she would never go out by herself.

Someone deliberately blew up the bottom of the ship to distract him and his bodyguards just so that they could take Nicole away.

Clayton was too careless. He did not expect the opponent to act so soon.

However, before they left Mediania, Clayton had investigated that Tyler was still in Southeast Asia and that Eric was in Mediania. Moreover, they would not know of Clayton's whereabouts. Who took Nicole away?

When Clayton was pondering about it, someone weakly pushed the door open and came in, coughing twice.

"Mr. Sloan."

"Mr. Lindstrom." The captain nodded slightly and gave way to him.

Clayton frowned and glanced at the man. He was not in the mood to think about anything else. Samuel's death or survival was not at all his concern.

He only used Samuel as an excuse to use this ship to get what he wanted and in the meantime, took Nicole out to relax.

However, the other party was clearly prepared, and Clayton was clueless.

Samuel walked over and coughed with a pale face. "Is Ms. Stanton missing?"

Clayton suddenly raised his head.

Samuel did not seem surprised at all.

The captain frowned. "Mr. Lindstrom, do you know something?"

Samuel pursed his lips, >d";PIV< his eyes darkened. He saw the fruit knife on the table, walked over, and picked it up.

The captain immediately became alert and touched the gun at his lower back.

Clayton squinted his eyes and watched as Samuel picked up the knife and slashed his own forearm.

Blood gushed out instantly.

It was very gory.

Clayton watched the scene indifferently. However, Samuel took out a black positioning device that was the size of a grain of rice from his wound. For a moment, the air in the room felt cold and stagnant.

Clayton's expression changed from scrutiny to shock, and then to fury. He glared at Samuel with cold and stern eyes.

In that instant, the murderous intent that surfaced in Clayton's eyes was undisguised.

The captain walked over. "What is this? A tracker?"

Samuel nodded. "I think so.

"Why didn't you tell us sooner?!"

The captain threw the chip on the ground and stepped on it hard.

The device that was the size of a grain of rice turned red for a moment before it was crushed and destroyed.

Clayton looked up at Samuel with ruthless eyes.

"Whose is it?"

"Tyler." When Samuel mentioned that name, Clayton's face turned gloomy.

Clayton suddenly stood up with an oppressive air around him. His eyes were bloodshot and cold.

"Why did you hide it from us?! Why didn't you say so earlier?!"

The warmth and gentleness in Clayton abruptly disappeared, and he became like a ruthless beast that wanted to tear off the limbs from his prey.

Samuel moved his lips with a bit of guilt in his eyes. He gritted his teeth and spoke.

"I'm not sure if I can trust the person who came to pick me up and want to leave a way out for myself. Even if it's Tyler's tracker, at least this will show my family where I died."

As soon as Samuel said that, Clayton kicked him fiercely.

Clayton showed no mercy at all, and Samuel stumbled to the ground, clutching his chest.

Samuel's already weak body had no power to fight back.

He also did not dare to fight back. Samuel clutched his lower abdomen in pain and coughed continuously. He even coughed up blood.

The captain was silent on the side.

He looked at Clayton, who was like an out of control leopard, and said, "Mr. Sloan, since we know it's Tyler, it means that Ms. Stanton is still alive. The most important thing now is to replace Tyler." Clayton's dark and gloomy eyes met Samuel's gaze. Clayton's bloodthirsty gaze was dangerous and sharp as he pointed at Samuel, who was on the ground.

"Watch him. If I can't replace Nicole, throw him into the ocean to feed the fish."

The captain responded and watched as Clayton turned around and left.

He glanced sideways at Samuel, shook his head, and followed Clayton out.

Samuel coughed in pain. His face was extremely twisted.

Clayton made a phone call. His voice was cold and indifferent.

"Check Tyler's location. Search all of Tyler's territories, whether or not he's there."

When the captain behind Clayton heard this, his expression changed, and he took a few steps forward.

"Mr. Sloan, will this anger him?"

Clayton sneered.

"I was afraid that he wouldn't be angry enough to act cruelly!"

His eyes sank. Right now, Clayton did not want to follow any plan. He just wanted to do it his own way.

The room was silent.

Clayton suddenly took out his phone and made another call.

"Is Eric Ferguson in Mediania?"

At the manor on the small island.

Nicole was really afraid of the Tibetan Mastiff that could eat half a pot of bones. She refused to walk by it.

She wore a bucket hat and sat on the balcony on the third floor, watching the waves crashing on the shore. It was very loud.

This was the place with the highest altitude in the entire manor. The railings were made from logs, which softened due to the humid environment.

There were some shrubs in the distance, with naturally grown grass and wildflowers in the back blooming at will. However, she did not know the species of these wild plants.

She took a deep breath and wanted to feel the beauty of nature, but she really could not get into the mood.

Nicole sighed again in anxiety.

When she heard quiet footsteps coming from behind, she knew that it was definitely not Quinn without needing to think about it.

Quinn's style was to scold her before she even arrived.

"This place is quite nice, huh? It used to be my father's manor. Only he and I know of this place. I feel better every time I come here."

Angie stood in front of the railing and took a deep breath.

She looked much better than before.

Nicole closed her eyes. "You own the island, huh? I also have a small island, but I haven't been to it yet. When I get back, I want to make it into a tourist attraction. I can't leave it empty to waste money!" Angie paused, smiled, and then looked at her with dark and complicated eyes.

"You're so interesting. I thought I'd never get a chance to see you again the last time we met."

Nicole did not know why Angie was interested in chatting with her, but she quickly regained her spirit.

After all, it was better than not talking.

Nicole raised her eyes, walked over, tied up her long hair, and smiled.

"But this isn't fate either. Why are you putting so much effort to keep me here?"

Angie's eyes flickered, and she lowered her eyes.

"He'll come soon. You can leave then."

Nicole frowned. "Who is he? Clayton?"
