The Gamma's Heart
The Gamma’s Heart – Chapter 69

An hour later everyone that went to the clearing were standing outside the hospital, while their Alpha’s went into the building to check on their Luna.

When Wyatt and Noah got to the front desk a nurse pointed to a room without saying a word.

When they entered a doctor was standing there, but it wasn’t her doctor, the one she trusted.

Noah growled lowly catching his attention, he put his pen down and turned to them slowly while raising his hands.

“I work with Dr. John Andrews! I mean her no harm.”

They relaxed a bit, then looked at the beauty on the bed. “How is she?”

“Everything seems to be fine, we have an ultrasound machine being brought down so we check on the baby.”

“Babies! She’s carrying twins…” Noah said as he remembered everything that happened, after they took her away and everything finally settled, Noah took in everything that was said.

It’s also still so early in the pregnancy that he feared loosing one because of everything she went through, she died and that put a risk on miscarriage.

The man nodded and continued. “Hopfully she will wake up soon so we all can breathe a breath of fresh air. But for now she is resting.” he then grabbed his stuff and walked out.

“Hello angel, you did really great tonight. We were expecting to bring home a body, but somehow you came through and kept your promise.” Noah whispered as he sat down, he picked up her hand and smiled at the ring resting on her finger.

Wyatt sat on the edge of the bed “we will be here when you are ready…”

As hours turned into days and days turned into weeks everyone began to loose hope that Clara would wake up again.

Noah and Wyatt were taking turns sitting at the hospital with her while the other was at home with Bailey, who was about to turn 7 months old in a few days.

They watched as her stomach began to show a visable pregnancy bump now, a bit bigger than when she was pregnant with Bailey but that was to be expected.

The pregnancy was still a high risk one due to what happened, and the doctors didn’t want to take any chances.

As the boys walked into the room they sighed when they seen her still not awake.

There was going to be another ultrasound today, the 5th one so far and both boys were excited to replace out how the twins were doing.

The nurse and doctor was already in there and set up when they walked in. Noah sat down while Wyatt stood holding their daughter.

She has been asking to see her mother for weeks now and they didn’t want her to see her like tbis, but finally gave in when she began a screaming fit while throwing toys at them.

As the young doctor from before who they now know as Uriel put the gel on her stomach, he watched also hoping to get a reaction from her because of how cold it usually was.

He sighed and grabbed the wand and began moving it over her 5 month baby bump, 3 for humans.

She was big though for just being halfway through

As he inspected the screen he pointed at the first baby “Baby A is growing nicely.” he moved it around some more and pointed again “Baby B is also doing just fine.”

As he began looking through all the areas he was meant to check his face paled a bit. “Oh wow…”

“What? What’s wrong? Is it one of the babies?” Wyatt asked nervously as he looked between the screen and Uriel.

“Well a baby, yes.. but he seems to be doing alright aswell.”

“I’m confused here bro!” Noah said.

Uriel chuckled a bit “Seems we had one playing hide and go seek for a few weeks… he finally came out to say hello.” he looked at the 2 Alpha’s and smiled. “You are having triplets.”

“Mama baby..” Wyatt looked down at his daughter and smiled sadly as she reached out for her. He handed her to Noah so that she could atleast touch her.

The moment Bailey grabbed her hand her eyes changed colors and the nurse in the room gasped at the sight. Wyatt quickly moved to her side to see what she was looking at and his eyes widened.

“She’s using magic, Noah!” He told his cousin not taking his eyes off his daughter. She was like that for 15 seconds before her beautiful eyes went back to normal.

“What are you trying to do baby girl?” Noah asked Bailey while running his hand through her messy locks. Clara always styled her hair, they didn’t know what to do with it.

“Dada, mama wake” he closed his eyes, he didn’t want to break her little heart by telling her she wasn’t gonna wake up, she was in a coma and nobody knew if she was going to wake up or not.

As the nurse and Uriel left the room after cleaning up Noah and Wyatt stayed a little bit longer before they decided to leave themselves.

“It’s going to be okay, we will bring you back Bailey. Mama needs to sleep.” Wyatt whispered as he noticed his daughter begin to fight them to stay.

As they reached the door They heard a m**n come from the bed and they froze to their spot, unsure if they heard it.

Noah turned around first, and his breathing almost stopped when he seen her turn her hear and lift her hand up to touch it. “Angel?”

Her eyes opened and rushed over to the bed he wanted to hug her but he was holding Bailey. He placed her in front of him on the bed and let her do it for him.

When she leaned over and hugged her neck Clara’s arms wrapped around her tightly “I missed you too peanut” her voice was soft but scratchy.

I looked over at the 2 standing beside her and they were crying. “I heard everything, every word.”

They both leaned down and hovered over her and Bailey. “We didn’t think that you would wake up.” Wyatt whispered his head on her belly. He felt a kick in the side of his head and he smiled.

“In my vision, i wasn’t told that there was 3!” I said softly “one of them belongs to you Wyatt and one belongs to you Noah. I’m not sure about the third.”

“Perhaps he is like Bailey!” Noah said with a smile. He leaned up as he thought about it.

“I don’t think so. Obviously I don’t care who the father is, but this one feels…normal? Bailey’s was different.” I said looked down at her. I tried to smoothie down her hair but it was of no use, it was all over the place.

“Do you not try with her hair?” I giggled at them not willing to attempt a simple task.

“She’s mean. Won’t sit still at all.” Noah pouted.

“Then give her something…” I said just as Bailey lifted her head up. “Hi mama”

“Hi baby” I poked her cheek, she has gotten so big. I feel like I’m missing her grow up.

“When we get home, we have things to do!” Looking up I seen both of their eyes staring at me with such intensity it almost made me blush.

“Can I ask what that entails Mr. Nichols?” I asked playing with one of Bailey’s curls.

“You died, Clara. Twice. And we have yet to remark you, so once you are released we are handing this child over to a grandparent or an aunt or uncle to spend time with while we get more acquainted.” He said matter of factly.

I peered around my child and looked at the size of my stomach. “I’m too fat to be doing anything of the sort.” Looking back up at him then at Noah, I seen them both wearing frowns.

“You aren’t fat. You are pregnant. So if you want we can do all the work.” Noah said with a huge smile plastered on his face.

“You are unbelievable sometimes.” I mumbled.
