Frank breathed a sigh of relief at Glen's assurance.

Thank goodness the man kept his word-if the man pulled another technicality on him, Frank really would not mind turning against the Turnbulls right then and there.

As they left Turnbull Estate, Vicky was once again the coquettish Turnbull heiress.

Throwing her arms around Frank's neck, she jammed her lips firmly on his cheek. "Oh, darling... You're amazing! How did you manage to gather the evidence against Titus?" "Uh..." Frank was about to explain when he spotted Helen in her car, having been waiting for a while.

She alighted, striding to stand between Frank and Vicky while folding her arms before chest. "Let's head home, darling. You're driving."

"Okay..." Frank tamely ran off to get the car while wiping the lipstick stain off his cheek as hard as he could.

He really would not stay for another second, sensing the conflict brewing between both women.

Still, Vicky was giggling as she watched Helen. "What, are you jealous? Oh, don't tell me... No action even though you got darling to yourself for so long?"

"W-What are you talking about?! Did you think everyone else is just like you?!" Helen was at once embarrassed and angry-this was the first thing Vicky said after so long?! "That's called suffering for your pride." Vicky giggled. "You've really messed up here, missing such a grand chance."

Still, she suddenly leapt up to Helen, gathering her in her arms and kissing her on the cheek too.

Even as Helen looked on in shock, Vicky laughed as she rode shotgun and winked. "Don't forget that we're still rivals, Helen. Don't let your guard down now!" "Vicky Turnbull..."

As she blushed, Helen bit her lip so hard she could bleed.

Frank just happened to be watching, and their intimacy almost left him crumbling.

Quickly closing his eyes, he chanted a calming mantra to still his thoughts.

"Fine, whatever," Helen snorted as she got into the car as well, but still clearly welcoming toward Helen.

Naturally, Vicky meant to thank Helen with her kiss too, and they were both basically welcoming each other back in their own way.

Frank did not quite get it, but the peaceful vibe gave him considerable peace of mind.

"By the way, how are things at the farm resort?" Vicky asked, immediately concerned now that she was free.

"The opening ceremony is in a couple of days. We'll make it in time." Frank smiled.

Trevor Zurich had been keeping Frank updated about the farm resort.

Most arrangements were in place, and they were just waiting for the opening now.

Still, just as the trio were going to discuss the farm resort, Helen's phone started ringing, and she answered it in front of Vicky and Frank.

"Where are you, Helen?" Gavin Lane asked from the other end. "Are you still in Morhen?"

"What's wrong, Uncle Gavin?" Helen asked, hearing that he sounded both awkward yet urgent.

"Helen... Oh, I don't even know where to start," Gavin stammered.

"What's wrong? You can just tell me, Uncle Gavin," Helen said, frowning.
