By the time George arrived at Royal Court, it was already ten o'clock at night. He went upstairs and headed straight to James' place.

It was Nelly who opened the door, and she was startled when she saw George. It was as if James had expected him and asked, "Have your guests left already?" "Where's Suzy?" George asked as he walked into the house. Suzy came over from the balcony and said in surprise, "Why are you back?" He had clearly made it clear earlier that he would not be coming back tonight. "Mm. I sent the guests home and happened to be passing by." George stepped forward and took Suzy's hand. "It's getting late now. Let's not bother the patient. Let's go home!" James smiled teasingly. "What kind of guest was it that you had to send them home in person?"

George was unbothered by this and smiled. "It's because I had talked too much. There's no harm in giving them a ride!" James gritted his teeth and sneered. "These guests of yours are quite special." George said, "They're not that special. But you have to be careful!" James,""

After being utterly defeated by George, James turned his head to look at Suzy and smiled handsomely at her. "Don't listen to a certain someone here, Suze. Just stay here and sleep with Nelly tonight. You won't be a bother at all. Plus, Nelly's been saying that she's afraid of sleeping alone in the dark" Nelly was afraid that she would be a bother to George and Suzy, so she immediately shook her head while waving her hands around. She said with a solemn expression, "Not at all! I'm not afraid of the dark Suze, you should head back home with Mr. Laine." James, "..." George could not help but feel like laughing. He held Suzy's hand and said, "Let's go!"

Suzy was also stifling back her laughter. She turned around to say goodbye to the two. "Nells, J, good night!" George turned his head suddenly. "What'd you call him?" James felt the tides turning back to his side and smiled complacently. "I've made an agreement with Suzy. I'll call her Suze from now on, and she'll call me J!" Suzy said calmly, "I'm merely copying Nelly."

Nelly hurriedly said, "Yes! She's right!" James looked at Nelly speechlessly. How did this girl grow up unharmed when she was this foolish?

George's face softened slightly. He smiled and took Suzy away.

James closed the door, put his hands in his trouser pockets, and called for Nelly as if he were her elder. "Get over here and stand up straight!"

Nelly did not get what was going on. She looked somewhat in a daze. "What's wrong?" James asked, "Whose team are you on?" Nelly frowned. "What do you mean whose team?"

"Between me and Suzy, who do you get along better with?" asked James. Nelly said without hesitation, "Suzy, of course!" James felt that he had been struck three times. He raised his hand and stroked his forehead. Then, he placed his palm on Nelly's shoulder. He said in a deep and profound voice, "C'mon. Let J here teach you a thing or two. If a man asks you this again in the future, even if you prefer Suzy in your heart, you should answer that you get along better with me. Do you understand?"

Nelly was puzzled. "Then won't I be lying to you?"

James shook his head with a speechless smile. "What a silly girl! You're simply single by your own righteousness here!" "What do you mean by that?" Nelly looked at him, completely bewildered. James patiently explained, "Women like listening to sweet nothings, and so do men! When you meet a man you like, you mustn't be too upright. You should go along with him and let him feel that you need him. It's only then your chance will come!" Nelly could somewhat understand him now. She opened her eyes widely before saying, "But I don't like you!" Then, there was nothing wrong with the words she said earlier about how she got along better with Suzy. James,
