The unwanted wife’s unexpected comeback -
Chapter 126
Chapter 126:
? ? ? ? ?
Alicia walked out, wearing an awkward smile. She scratched her forehead and pointed toward the bathroom. “I was washing my hands in there.”
Neither Caden nor Hank responded.
The silence made him uncomfortable, so he added, “I didn't mean to eavesdrop. “I was just about to leave, but then I heard you two talking.”
Caden stared at her.
Alice felt her chest tighten. She quickly tried to correct herself. “Actually, I didn't hear anything at all.” Her words came out unconvincingly, and she nearly burst out laughing, which only made Caden's expression darker.
Caden turned around and gave Hank a cold look.
Hank shuddered under his gaze.
I have hurried to speak to Alicia. “You have the wrong idea, Miss Bennett. It’s not really what you think.”
Alice looked confused. “What are you talking about?” “I didn’t hear anything.”
Caden took a deep breath.
His voice was cold as he spoke. “Get out.”
Hank had been anticipating this and quickly turned to leave.
Alicia realized that Caden was on the verge of losing his temper, so she began to cautiously follow Hank out of the office.
Caden looked at her coldly. “Not you.”
Alicia felt dread and stopped dead in her tracks. The door closed behind Hank, leaving her alone with Caden.
She looked at him and silently searched for a place to sit.
Trying to ease the tension, I spoke up. “I had just gotten in.” I didn't see you, so I went to the bathroom. And right after that you showed up. I didn't mean to eavesdrop. I just walked over to the door and heard you talking. I assumed it was something work-related, so I decided not to interrupt. I couldn't hear much. “I just heard some muffled voices, nothing important.”
When she was done, Alice looked back at Caden, trying to read his expression. He seemed even more upset.
“You might want to look in the mirror,” he said. “You're making faces.”
Alice felt surprised.
Was it that obvious?
He quickly passed his hand over his lips.
Realizing that her lie had been poorly constructed, she gave up and decided to be honest.
“Look, don't worry. You're still twenty years old. You’re young and everything can be treated.”
Caden's frustration only grew.
Hank had already filled his ears with nonsense, and now Alicia was doing the same.
His regretful tone made it even worse.
“You don't know if I have any health problems?” she asked flatly. “I've never slept with Hank. But I have slept with you, haven't I?”
Alice answered without thinking: "But you didn't exactly finish the last few times."
Caden found himself speechless.
Alice's voice softened. "I thought you were just being considerate, but now I wonder if it was because you couldn't."
That was enough for Caden. “Last time, your wrist hurt when we broke up. Really? Do you think I’m powerless?” he said, barely able to contain his frustration.
Alice's eyes opened wide.
“You last a long time last time. Was that a side effect of the medication?” I have asked. Again, Caden was speechless.
He could no longer contain his anger. He pulled Alice closer and pushed her towards the desk.
With one swift movement, he pulled at her clothes, unzipping them and exposing her soft skin. Realizing he was serious, Alice began to panic.
“Hey, wait…”
Before she could finish, he kissed her, cutting off her words.
Alice kicked him in a desperate attempt to resist. But then he grabbed her ankles and wrapped her legs around her waist.
Soon, Alice's resistance weakened. She pushed him gently.
«Caden, stop. I need to… tell you…”
She pulled her hair, trying to catch her breath. “Let me go! “I have something important to tell you.”
Caden was filled with both desire and anger. He held her tightly and said, “Do you really think talking is more important than finishing what we've already started?”
“Have we started yet?” Alicia gasped, shaking her head. "No! “I need to talk to you about Lilliana’s assistant.”
Caden frowned, frustrated. “What's wrong with her?” Pinned beneath him, Alicia struggled to breathe. “Let me go…” she gasped.
His chest rose and fell as he tried to catch his breath.
The sight of her breasts only excited him more. Without any gentleness, Caden pulled her neck down and bit her skin.
Alice's waist trembled and she let out a small involuntary cry.
Realizing the sound had come from her own throat, Alice felt both anger and shame. She punched Caden.
"What are you, a dog?" Alice felt a burning pain in her chest and spoke irritably.
Caden pulled her closer as he sat down in the chair.
All the pulling left her disoriented.
Alicia blushed and tried to straighten her clothes. But Caden pulled at her again. His eyes were dark with lust. “Say what you have to say while I watch,” he told her. Alicia glared at him. “Didn’t you say they were small?”
"What's worth looking at anyway?"
Caden admired every inch of her tits. “They’re a nice shape.” Alice snorted.
He buttoned up his clothes tightly, keeping them out of sight. “Obviously. “Anyone looking at them would think so.” Caden looked up. “1. Including Joshua?”
