Letta fell silent, waiting for Marco's response, before Marco shook his head. "Why?" Letta asked, making Marco sigh deeply.

"It would be too dangerous if I took you to a hotel or a house in a crowded area," Marco said, making Letta finally understand why Marco chose this luxurious house that was indeed far from other places. Its area was not much different from the house they had lived in before.

"How dangerous is it exactly? Are we going to face a terrorist attack?" Letta asked, making Marco pause for a moment. Yes, that was more dangerous than a terrorist, Marco thought, which led Marco to reach out and gently stroke Letta's cheek.

"You know, I'm very concerned about you. I don't want anything to hurt or harm you, even if it's just an ant. So, I think this is the right place for us to live. When we're here, I promise we won't be here for long, just a week or two at most," Marco said, making Letta grumble in frustration.

"But this is really far from anything. Won't it be very dangerous? What if someone breaks into this house and steals something? It's difficult for me to ask for help from people," Letta said, still trying to persuade her husband to move to a simpler place that would make Letta comfortable.

"That's why I have placed many guards in this house. It will ensure your safety, even their lives are at stake," Marco said again, making Letta look at him while shaking her head.

"No, not at all. I don't want to play with someone's life just to watch over me. I just ask that we move to a place closer to where you will do your business, and we replace a place that is more lively than me having to stay far away like this. I don't know, maybe you'll come home at what time, when you have to leave again, or maybe you won't come home for days," Letta said, making Marco shake his head.

"That won't happen. I'll come home if I don't have any business. I can even take care of some things at home. Right now, I won't leave you for a whole day, or maybe for days. It will make you feel more at ease," Marco said, making Letta grumble in annoyance. Somehow it was so difficult to make her husband comply with her wishes.

"What are you afraid of, why have you always been worried all this time? Is there someone who wants to harm us in this city?" Letta asked, seeming suspicious, making Marco pull Letta to sit on the edge of the bed. "You know, as a businessman like me, I not only have a lot of wealth and abundant assets, but also many seen and unseen enemies. I don't want them to target me and then drag you into it," Marco said. "How bad is it to be a wealthy businessman with abundant wealth?" Letta asked, making Marco nod.

"Of course, maybe there are clients I outright rejected before, or businessmen whose tenders I won over, or maybe people who just don't like me. It's not easy to be someone like me," Marco said again, making Letta finally reach out and tightly grip Marco's hand.

"Isn't that already your risk? I know that too. You must have anticipated it. I promise I won't make you trouble, and I won't stand out too much. I haven't been seen in public too often, have I? So, they probably won't recognize me clearly," Letta said, making Marco fall silent. Marco had indeed not yet publicized his marriage to Letta, although people knew that Marco was now married, Letta's face was still unknown to many. There were only a few people like family and perhaps people who stole information from him, causing Marco to just heave a long sigh.

"We don't know what will happen in the future, especially in Chicago, where many big players dominate the country," Marco said again.

"Then why are you expanding your business in this dangerous country?" Letta said, making Marco just smile.

"You wouldn't understand the immense profit I gain from being involved in this business right now," Marco said again.

"But you promised, right, you didn't want to be involved in bad things like terrorists or anything like that?" Letta said, making Marco burst into laughter.

"Come on, besides romantic dramas, do you also watch action movies?" Marco asked, making Letta immediately reach out and pinch her husband's firm stomach.

"Come on, I'm being serious," Letta said with her whining that looked very cute.

"Yeah, yeah, I know. I wouldn't get involved in terrible things like that. I'm smart enough and logical enough, so relax," Marco said, making Letta finally look at her husband with a pleading look.

"Please, I just want to see the hustle and bustle of the city of Chicago. I promise not to go anywhere if I'm not with you. At least not just a quiet lake or park that I see. I'm too bored seeing all this in our residence," Letta said, making Marco start to think.

"Alright, then we will move from this Mansion. What kind of place do you want?" Marco asked, making Letta think.

"So, right now you're going to follow my request? We could move to a place that you might have here, besides this big house or a hotel. I don't mind," Letta said, making Marco shake his head.

"No problem. Just tell me what kind of place you want for us to live in the future?" Marco asked, making Letta try to think.

"A residence close to the hustle and bustle, so I can stroll to the bakery, enjoy a cup of coffee from the coffee shop, watch the beautiful sunrise, gaze at the sunrise when I wake up in the morning, walk to the park, watch children running around. Yes, that's what I want. How can you make this place happen?" Letta asked, making Marco smile.

"Alright, I will try my best. But, just for today, let's sleep in this house, okay?" Marco said, making Letta nod her head.

"But promise, tomorrow we have to move from this house. Don't let me get really bored, and you're already busy with all the work and business here," Letta said, making Marco nod.

"Of course, I will immediately contact Pedro to replace the place I mean. Even if there isn't any, I will build it myself," Marco said, making Letta look at him with a frustrated look.

"For some reason, hearing you boast about everything you can do makes me really annoyed," Letta said, making Marco laugh.

"Especially for a man who hears it, they would definitely be really down compared to me," Marco said proudly, making Letta realize that her husband really had a very high level of self-confidence.

"Alright, let's end our discussion. So, before we have dinner, it's better to rest first. You must be very tired after the long journey," Marco said, making Letta nod her head.

"I want to rest with you, set aside all your affairs for a while because we just arrived. After that, maybe tomorrow, after we move to a new place, you can start getting busy," Letta said, making Marco nod his head. "Okay, I agree," Marco said, making Letta smile widely.
