Triplets on Secret Mission -
Chapter 1336
Chapter 1336
Sean snorted inwardly. They really know how to set me up!'
Was the Martial Art Union overconfident or did they underestimate Sean?
Sean felt that since they had already set the trap, it would be unkind of him not to jump into it.
Sean's long fingers knocked on the table as he remained silent. He seemed to be thinking of something.
Selon felt a little uneasy. He was scared that Sean wouldn't agree.
A while later, Sean said slowly, "I'm aware. I'll send some men over tomorrow."
As soon as Selon heard those words, he breathed a sigh of relief. 'If possible, can you go in person, Mr. Anderson?"
'Go in person?'
Sean pretended not to agree. 'Do I need to do such a small thing myself? Your sister isn't that important to me."
"I know she's not that important to you, but we can't really order your men around either," said Selon.
Sean fell silent again.
He knew that his every move would be watched by the people of the Martial Art Union. If anything went wrong, then they would become suspicious.
Therefore, Sean hesitated for a while before finally agreeing.
"Alright, I'll head over myself."
Selon immediately smiled. He had a grateful expression on his face. 'Thank you, Mr. Anderson."
Due to the reason that they were being watched, it wasn't convenient for the two of them to talk too much. Soon, Selon stood up and left.
Tony walked over. "Sir, are you really going to..."
Before he was able to finish, Sean raised his hand to stop him. The corner of Sean's eyes glanced at the building opposite sharply. His eyes were as cold as ice.
He wanted to see how were the people of the Martial Art Union going to ambush him. "Why isn't he back yet?"
In the presidential suite, Molly looked at the time on the phone and furrowed her beautiful brows
Merak was worried as well, but she still pretended to be calm and tried to comfort Molly. 'Don't worry, Mrs. Anderson. Master is going to be fine."
Merak had a point, but Molly was still worried.
At that moment, there was the sound of the door being opened.
Molly and Merak looked at each other. The two of them quickly headed towards the door.
That was when they saw Sean walking in.
"How did it go? What did you talk about?' asked Molly as she walked up to Sean. Seeing how desperate she was, Sean couldn't help but smile. He then held her hand and said gently, "Calm down. I'll tell you everything one by one."
Merak, who was standing at one side teased, "Master, you have no idea how worried Mrs. Anderson was. She's almost dug a hole in the sofa."
Molly didn't deny what Merak said.
Sean lowered his head and looked at Molly with a warm and gentle gaze. His heart softened as he said, "It's normal for her to be worried about me. You're still single, so you won't understand."
Merak was rendered speechless.
Forget it. Why am I asking to be picked on? I'll leave them alone.
Merak left quietly and closed the door thoughtfully.
Sean pulled Molly over to the sofa and sat down. He then told her everything Selon had talked to him about.
When Molly heard what Sean said, she immediately furrowed her brows. 'Are you really going to go?"
From what she knew about the Martial Art Union, everything must have been set up and they would just be waiting for Sean to walk into the trap.
"No!" Molly grabbed Sean's hand and shook her head. "You can't go. If you go, then you'll definitely be in danger. I won't allow it."
After hearing those words, Sean couldn't help but smile. "I've always been their target. Of course, there's going to be a danger. However, who said that I'm going to go in person?"
Molly was taken aback. "What are your plans then?"
"I can still put on an act. That won't be hard."
Agreeing to Selon was just acting for the people of the Martial Art Union. Sean didn't necessarily have to go in person.
"I see." Molly breathed a sigh of relief. "That's good then. Otherwise, I'll definitely drug your drink and make you sleep for a full day."
"Do you have the heart to do that?'
Sean smiled and pinched Molly's face.
