True Love
Chapter 32

He knew he would die like a dog if he didn’t get out of town, but how? If his wretched daughters hadn’t shown up for a whole damn week. He was desperate, if they showed up he would die, if they didn’t he would die anyway. The only way to save his a*s was to extort the life of one of them from that a*****e Daren.

But to do that, he had to replace them before he did. There was no point in him having them in his possession. He was sick of being locked up without being able to do anything. He looked out the window and watched Daren’s men continue their surveillance. He clicked his tongue and walked away. He was lost.

-F**K! he shouted, slamming his fist against the wall.

Eve and Megan were talking animatedly in the kitchen, the young human agreed to teach the she-wolf how to cook. Since her culinary arts were lousy, and she needed to be at her brother’s level. According to her for when she married someday. Eve gladly told her that she would be happy to teach her everything she knew, after all, in that house there was nothing else they asked to do. Since they were not allowed to go out.

-And what are we going to prepare?

-I thought we could make lunch, since your dad and brother are coming over later.

-Yes, you’re right.

The girls got down to work, while Eve was organised and clean, her cooking partner was the opposite. But she thought it was fun to teach someone to cook. Even more so when she was your own age and friendly.

Upstairs Shery was in her room reading a book she had found in the library Ethan’s father kept in his office. It had been so long since she had read quietly without so many worries on her mind. She was half asleep when she heard a scream and pans falling to the floor. She panicked and ran downstairs.

When she got to the ground floor she found her sister in a mess and Megan next to her, just as much of a mess as the kitchen.

-What the f**k did they do? he asked with his arms up in the air.

-It was Eve! The she-wolf blamed the young girl next to her who was completely covered in flour.

-Traitor…” She grumbled, smiling.

-You girls have made a mess here, no matter who started it. If your dad arrives we’ll be in trouble.

-We’ll clean it up quickly. Megan replied mockingly.

-What were you doing?

-Preparing lunch, but Eve started playing with the flour and ended up throwing it in my face. I just defended myself.

-Eve! That’s how you treat the people who help us.

-It’s not right, Sher… I’d like to share a moment like this with Ethan… Well, I can’t do this with him. He’s always working too much. And since I don’t have any sisters, I liked playing with Eve.

Shery understood why she excused her sister’s behaviour, she felt lonely in that house with a father she rarely saw and a brother who worked a lot. She didn’t seem to have a boyfriend either. So it was logical that she would accept these games with another girl of the same age. But she was the eldest in the house, so she would have to put things in order.

She approached the girls, behind them was a bowl full of more flour, she took it and sprinkled the contents on top of the girls. She ran out from behind the counter laughing her head off as the girls chased her with eggs in their hands.

-No, not eggs,” she said, laughing. she said laughing.

But to no avail. She was bombarded by these balls leaving her sticky. And then she was dusted with more flour.

-What the f**k are you stupid girls doing?

An overbearing voice interrupted them, they were all petrified looking at the person who had caught them making a mess.

-Deysi! Megan exclaimed, “We’re just having fun.

-You’re idiots.

-Watch your albino tongue. Threatened Megan seriously.

-Why? What are you going to do to me?

-You don’t want to replace out.

-Stop it! Don’t argue. Girls, let’s clean this up.

-You’re pathetic. Grumbled the albino.

But not for long, as Megan threw herself on top of the albino. Grabbing her by the hair as she rolled her on the floor.

The girls were fighting on the floor, Megan didn’t care much about it, after all she was already dirty. But the albino was not, and of course in a wolf fight the one who has already had her transformation wins. Deysi was starting to bleed from her l*p, but she was trying to defend herself from the chestnut’s attacks. Shery stepped in to break it up, while Eve was no more than a spectator.

-Move your a*s Eve, help me.

-Leave them alone!

-You’ll see when we’re alone, brood.

The screams of the girls reached the street, and JB and Ethan happened to be heading home in search of something to eat. Hearing the thunderous screams, they ran inside to replace out what was going on. To the wolves’ surprise, two girls were fighting on the ground, and another was desperately trying to separate them.

-But what are they doing? The young man grabbed the two girls by the arm and yanked them apart.

-Girl fights, interesting! JB said softly with a wolfish grin.

-Why are they fighting? the young man asked angrily.

-Your stupid sister assaulted me.

-You’re a hypocritical bitch, I don’t know what the f**k you’re doing here albino.

-Megan! And you Deysi, you had to provoke my sister, she doesn’t hit anyone unless they mess with her.

-Yes I certify it!

-Shut up JB you’re not helping anything.

The she-wolves looked at each other’s faces with hatred, the gleam in their eyes indicated that they were not satisfied with the previous fight, they wanted more, they needed to hurt each other more. Or at least each other.

-This girl came in here insulting us Ethan, I just defended us. That’s all.

-Shery? He asked annoyed.

-Just please stop this situation.

-Don’t defend me, you filthy human. If I came here insulting you, so what? You can’t throw me out on the street. You of all people can’t do it Ethan. The albino stressed.

The boy released them from her tight grip, sighing. He thought and analyzed what he had to say to all the women in that house. Out of nowhere, his father’s house was full of women who didn’t seem to get along at all.

-They all live here, and it will be for a long time. They have to learn to live together.

-You’re not the Alpha. The albino growled.

-But I WILL BE!” the young man snarled, baring his teeth and glaring defiantly at her. The albino backed away and almost looked submissive at the young man’s voice.

Shery didn’t understand what was going on, how could a boy who seemed sweet talk like that cause so much fear. She felt it, she didn’t want to imagine what the girl next to her would feel. It was better to go straight in that house.

-Clean all this up. She said at last, lowering her voice. -Shery, please come with me.

That sounded more like an order than anything else, the boy was angry. It didn’t take a genius to realise that his aura had blackened. He followed him looking sideways at the girls with pale faces. She knew she was to blame for everything, she was the eldest in that house and she allowed all that fuss to form. When would she learn.

They went into the office and he bolted the door, which made Shery shudder. She was locked in with this boy who gave her a lot of feelings inside.

-You’re a mess. He finally told her seriously.

-I’m sorry, I should have stopped all that ruckus.

-It’s not your fault, Megan is very impulsive.

-I’m really sorry.

-Don’t apologize.

Ethan approached Shery slowly, she looked at him expectantly. Not knowing what to do, or what to say. He reached up to touch her nose to his. And she could see that special glow he had when he was near her. They looked into each other’s eyes for a few seconds, and she could not help but close her eyes, inhaling his scent. And as it always seemed strange to her, he smelled like a dog.

Not far from that, she felt the warmth of Ethan’s lips on hers. It was perfect. She didn’t know what perfection consisted of, but his k****s filled her completely and she deduced that meant a perfect k**s. But why were they kissing? Were they more than acquaintances? What did he want from her? So many unanswered questions, but out of nowhere when he thrust his tongue inside her, she forgot everything around her.

There are many kinds of k****s, but the ones Ethan was giving Shery were over-natural. There was no logical explanation for what she felt when she made contact with those tender lips. She must be crazy or something, because no one could experience a sensation as pleasurable and sensational as that.

That sweetness that invaded her insides, that stinging in her throat and not to mention the shuddering in her lower belly. It burned like fire itself. Ethan placed his hands around her waist, pulling her body close to his. They hadn’t separated for a moment, not even to catch their breath. But who needed it? Certainly no one.
