"Yes, I'll go with you."

Yohan stared at Coralie as he spoke, wanting to see if her expression would change.

However, Coralie replied without the slightest hesitation, "Ok, can we get there as soon as possible?"

Yohan was pleased to see that she was not thinking about Skylar at this moment.

"Alright, we'll leave tonight. Go pack up your stuff."

"Okay!"

Coralie ran out of the room.

After making sure that she had vanished from his line of vision, Yohan closed the door and took the phone to call his assistant. "Book a flight to S City tonight. Also, help me locate Skylar."

"Please wait a moment."

On the other end of the line, the assistant began to check Skylar's whereabouts.

As far as Yohan knew, Skylar had been frequently leaving and entering S Country for the past half of the year. It seemed that he was coming for Anthony's company, but Yohan did not know what exactly Skylar was doing.

Of course, Yohan was not very interested.

Although he did use some tricks during the match last time, Yohan was satisfied that Coralie stayed with him.

After about a few minutes later, his assistant said, "According to Skylar's passport record, he came to S Country a week ago and he hasn't left yet."

"OK."

Yohan hung up the phone, feeling relieved.

He was worried that Coralie would meet Skylar. To be frank, he was not afraid of what they would do or say, but the way Coralie looked at Skylar, which was something that Yohan would never get in his life.

After leaving Yohan's room, Coralie dashed toward her room. She bumped into Dylan on the way.

"I'm sorry, Dylan."

Coralie stopped in her tracks and apologized.

Coralie could see Dylan's seal-brown eyelashes that were slightly curled as he looked at her with disdain. "You can't even be taught well after a year. You are really a good match for Yohan."

It was obvious that he looked down on Yohan.

"Saying things as such shows that you aren't very noble yourself as well."

Coralie puffed out her chest and stared at Dylan.

Over the past year, Coralie had grown used to Mr. Watson and Dylan's disregard. Initially, she did not bother. However, now that Dylan was criticizing her, it was only natural for her to defend herself. Dylan did not seem to expect Coralie would have talked back to him. He stood there, showing a more obvious look of disgust. "Poor people like you are all thieves. You just want to steal the fruits from others' labor without putting in any effort. It might be possible in the past, but definitely not for now."

"I don't even care what you have."

Coralie fought back because she knew that she would be coming here again. She didn't want to lose to Dylan and be at a disadvantage.

She knew very well that she might not be able to stand up for herself again if she chose to stay silent this time.

"You don't care about it? But Yohan does. Do you want to know how he got where he is today? Do you want to know how he had survived here in the past? Do you want to know..."

"No, I don't want to know!"

Coralie cut Dylan off directly.

She could see the disdain in Dylan's eyes. Apart from contempt, there was also hatred.

Even though Coralie stated it clearly that she was disinterested in listening to him, Dylan continued, "He locked Sebastian up, tortured, abused, and forced him to sign the share transfer agreement." He paused for a while and added, "Then, he killed him cruelly. Leonardo was only in his teenage year back then, but there was already a devil living in him."

After he finished speaking, he looked at Coralie, his eyes sparkling with sympathy.

"I'm not interested in these."

Coralie turned around and left. She didn't want to listen to Dylan. Furthermore, she believed that there was definitely something good in Yohan. As long as she obeyed him, he would not hurt her... On top of that, she had no other choice.

Dylan did not move an inch as he shouted across the corridor, "For a devil to live within someone, that person will be devoured by the devil sooner or later."

Coralie did not stop at all.

Instead, she covered her ears and ran back to the room. She packed up her things and didn't dare to think about anything else.

Other than getting her an injection for once, Yohan never did anything that could possibly harm her. Coralie felt that she should believe in Yohan. He must have been forced into doing those things. Coralie only packed a few pieces of clothing and left her suitcase at the door. After informing the servants, she headed to Yohan's room, wanting to tell him that she was ready to leave.

The door in Yohan's room was left ajar. Coralie went in without knocking as she was in a hurry.

In the room, Yohan was topless. He was about to take his shirt on the sofa.

However, what was more frightening was the scars of different lengths and sizes on his body. Most of which were obviously scratch marks.

No wonder, Yohan was always well-dressed.

No wonder, he would never touch her. No wonder...

"I'm sorry!"

Coralie stood there in shock for about five seconds, and then she closed the door.

Her heart was beating wildly, as if it was going to come out from her throat.

Coralie had never thought that Yohan's body would look so horrifying. What exactly had he gone through?

"Come in."

Coralie heard Yohan's voice behind the door. From his tone, he did not seem flustered at all. Nevertheless, she wasn't sure if Yohan was angry.

She pushed the door open and went in. Yohan had already put on his shirt by that time, covering all his ugly scars.

"Sorry, I forgot to knock on the door."

Coralie could still recall the scars she saw even though they were now beneath the clothes. She could not help feeling sorry for Yohan. Her chest became stuffy all of a sudden. "This one?"

Yohan started to unbutton his blouse. He only had to unfasten one of his buttons to reveal the scars! Just imagine how many scars he had!

"It's ok. Who doesn't have some secrets? I know that you don't want to show it to others, I'll just pretend that I didn't see it," said Coralie calmly. Coralie pressed Yohan's hands.

Looking at him, her expression did not carry any fear or uneasiness.

"That's my girl."

Yohan felt relieved to see Coralie's reaction. That gloomy expression of his vanished at once.

"By the way, I've already packed my things. I'm ready to go at any time."

Coralie did not wish to continue on that suffocating topic; hence, she decided to change the subject.

"Ok, let's go."

Yohan did not need to pack anything. He had everything in place for him in A City.

After both of them stepped out of the room, they saw Dylan standing in the corridor. When Dylan saw Coralie walk out with Yohan, he asked, "Hey, where are you going?" It was obvious that they were leaving the house.

Over the past year, Yohan had rarely taken Coralie out.

"It's none of your business."

After that, Yohan took Coralie with him, walking past Dylan.

"Like I care! Dad asked me to tell you that your company's stock has been a little unusual lately. He wants you to pay attention to it."

"I see. I didn't expect he has the time to care about me," replied Yohan with a hint of sarcasm.

"He cares about money."

After saying that, Dylan left right away.

Coralie had never talked with Yohan regarding his company and business. Thus, she did not ask much about it. Naturally, Yohan didn't say much about it too.
