Chapter 56 There Is Always a Bigger Fish

When the words “sleeping together” were uttered, Lucian and Freya’s faces darkened in an instant. Even Minnie glared at Sebastian with anger, his request was outrageous.

It was clear that Sebastian, the local bully, was extremely arrogant.

Lucian pulled Freya behind him and stared at Sebastian, saying, “She is my woman!”

“So what if she’s your woman?” Sebastian sneered. “Letting me, Sebastian, sleep with your wife is the honor of your lifetime. Not only do you not have to pay me ten thousand dollars, but I can also cover for you in the future. It’s just one night of sleeping, it won’t wear her out. Don’t worry, I’ll be gentle. Hahaha.”

Da mn it… Sebastian was a despicable man.

Lucian erupted in rage like a thunderstorm. His killing intent burst out like a flood, his eyes coldly fixed on Sebastian as he spoke, “Disabling your limbs is the only way I’ll forgive your insolence.”

“Hahaha.”

“What do you think you are, asking me to disable my own limbs?” Lucian spat out, his words dripping with contempt.

Upon hearing this, Sebastian burst into loud laughter, as if he had heard the funniest joke in the world.

Over the years, Sebastian had been a dominant force in the area, with hundreds of ruthless followers who were not afraid to kill. With so many thugs at his command, why should he fear a small fry like Lucian?

“Bang!!!”

Before Sebastian could finish his sentence, Lucian took a flying step forward and landed a heavy punch on Sebastian’s face. Sebastian let out a scream, his body flying out like a kite with a broken string.

“Ah ah ah ah!”

Sebastian lay on the ground, writhing in agony. His nose was broken, and his face had

caved in. It was a sight too gruesome to behold.

“You dare to hit me??” Sebastian couldn’t believe that Lucian had actually struck him. Clutching his broken nose, he cursed loudly, “You little punk, just you wait. I’m going to call all my men to come and chop you up. If you have the guts, don’t run away.”

“I’ll wait.”

Lucian took out his phone and calmly replied, “You have ten minutes. Call as many people as you can. Even if you bring in the Heavenly Father himself, I, Lucian, will still make sure your legs are broken today.”

“You’re finished!!”

Sebastian also took out his phone and called his underlings.

Lucian did the same, calling Prince Ezekiel and the Grim Reapers.

“Kid, take your wife and child and go, you can’t handle this ba stard,” the old man said with a serious tone. “This guy is a local kingpin with hundreds of ruthless thugs under his command. They all carry knives and won’t hesitate to use them. You need to leave now.”

As soon as the old man finished speaking, many bystanders joined in, advising Lucian to leave with Freya and Minnie.

Most people in this world sympathize with the weak. In their eyes, Lucian is just an ordinary civilian who can’t possibly take on someone like Sebastian, a notorious gang leader. And Lucian even hit Sebastian, which could lead to dire consequences once Sebastian’s men arrive.

Freya stepped forward and said, “Lucian, let’s just go for now.”

“Fay, I promised you and Minnie that no one would ever bully you again,” Lucian replied firmly. “Today, this guy insulted you, and I have to make him pay a heavy price for that,”

Upon hearing this, Freya fell silent and stood behind Lucian without saying another word,

About ten minutes passed,

Over two hundred thugs wielding machetes rode motorcycles from afar, their engines revving loudly and drawing the attention of countless bystanders. Many people’s faces changed, and they looked at Lucian and his family with pity.

“Sigh, I told you to leave, but you had to show off. Now you can’t even leave,” the kind old man said helplessly to Lucian.

But Lucian just gave the old man a faint smile and a grateful look.

Seeing Lucian’s expression, many people sighed inwardly. In their eyes, Lucian was like a fool, clearly having the opportunity to escape but staying behind to face death. Without any strength, what was he trying to prove?

Seeing his men arrive, Sebastian climbed up from the ground and pointed at Lucian, roaring in anger, “Hehehe, my men are here now. You called for backup earlier, so where are your people?”

“They’re on their way,” Lucian replied calmly.

“From what I see, you don’t have anyone!” Sebastian spat out a mouthful of blood on the ground, his face twisted in a grimace as he pointed at Lucian and said, “A mere waste like you dares to provoke me, Sebastian? Let me tell you, today I must sleep with your wife, even if the Heavenly Father himself came, he couldn’t stop me.”

“Is that so? I wonder if I can stop you,” a furious shout came from the distance.

The crowd turned their heads to see a fleet of Mercedes-Benz cars rushing over, sharply contrasting with the motorcycles on the roadside. When the convoy came to a stop, Prince Ezekiel, dressed in a black windbreaker, led over two hundred men in suits out of the cars.

“Pr…Prince Ezekiel!!”

Upon seeing him, Sebastian was instantly petrified, trembling in fear.

The onlookers were also stunned. They all knew Prince Ezekiel, the notorious underground boss. In his eyes, Sebastian was just a worm, no wonder Lucian remained so calm after offending Sebastian. He simply didn’t take the local gang leader seriously.

There is always a bigger fish, as the saying goes.

“And us!”

At that moment, a line of black Audi cars slowly pulled over to the side of the road.

The Grim Reapers couple led over two hundred men, following Prince Ezekiel, as they got out of their black Audis. In an instant, Prince Ezekiel and The Grim Reapers’ men had surrounded Sebastian’s gang. With a single command from Prince Ezekiel and The Grim Reapers, four hundred men had pulled out weapons, ranging from knives to guns, and even a couple of grenades.

The sound of weapons being unsheathed filled the air.

Sebastian’s gang

stared in shock, dropping their weapons to the ground. Their eyes were filled with fear as they looked at Lucian. They couldn’t believe they had managed to offend someone so powerful that Prince Ezekiel and The Grim Reapers had been called in.

“Mr. Lucian, did this guy offend you?” Prince Ezekiel and The Grim Reapers approached Lucian and asked.

Sebastian, who was previously arrogant and domineering, turned into a sick cat in an instant. He knelt on the ground and frantically slapped his own face, begging for mercy: “Mr. Lucian, I was wrong. I made a big mistake by offending you. Please spare my life, I’ll bow to you!”

*Bang bang bang bang.*

Sebastian ignored everything else and apologized crazily to Lucian, Freya, and Minnie.

Now he regretted it so much. How could he offend such a big shot? He didn’t look like someone important at all based on his attire.

Lucian nodded gently, looking down at Sebastian, and said, “Now, I’ll give you a choice. You can disable yourself and then I’ll spare your life. Otherwise, I’ll kill you right now!”
