Chapter 63 Wanna Leave? Chop Your Legs Off First

“Hahaha!”

The group erupted into laughter as if they had just heard the funniest joke in the world. They couldn’t believe Lucian had actually said something like that, claiming to prevent Hope Group from ever rising again. It was beyond ridiculous.

Horatio was laughing so hard he was almost in tears. He glanced at Lucian and said, “Lucian, who the hell do you think you are? Do you think you can stop Hope Group from ever coming back? Well, since you said that, I’ve got some advice for you.”

Lucian looked back at him, saying nothing.

“You reap what you sow, buddy!!” Horatio snarled, his eyes gleaming with malice.

Lucian simply smiled faintly and replied, “Well, let me give you some advice too. Betrayal comes at a price. You’re on your own now!!

With those eight words, Lucian turned and walked away without a second glance.

“Take your crappy apples, we don’t want them,” Wendy tossed the box of apples onto the ground as soon as she walked out the door in front of Lucian.

Lucian’s eyes flared with anger as he watched the apples rolling on the ground. Instead of picking them up, he pulled out a list from his pocket and focused on the name of another local business. A faint smile appeared on his lips before he strode away.

“Hey, honey, did that kid leave yet?” Horatio, cigarette dangling from his lips, asked Wendy as she returned.

“Hmph.” Wendy sneered and replied, “He’s gone, who knows where he went.”

Ysbel, with a look of disdain, interjected, “Now that Father won’t help him, he’s probably off to see Uncle Joe. He’s the only one who can protect him now. If Uncle Joe doesn’t help him, that kid is as good as dead.”

“Of course, what do you expect from a nobody like him? He’s delusional if he thinks we’ll help him, it’s like his brain’s filled with crap.”

James snorted disdainfully and spoke without holding back.

Horatio’s eyes darted around before he took out his phone and dialed Joe. “Joe, I’ve got a funny story for you…”

He proceeded to tell Joe everything that had just happened.

“It’s hilarious, even now he thinks he can fight back and wants us to help him!”

Joe couldn’t help but burst into laughter upon hearing the story. “I gotta figure out a way to deal

make sure he never walks again.” with this foolish kid. If this waste dares to come to me, I’ll

At the Radianz Business and Entertainment Club!

One of the three major entertainment clubs owned by the Sioux, an industry under the Radianz Group.

After leaving Hope Residential, Lucian went straight to the Radianz Business and Entertainment Club. However, he was stopped by the security guards at the entrance, which left him puzzled. He asked, “Why are you stopping me?”

“Are you Lucian?” asked one of the guards. “Our boss instructed us to take you to the private room and wait for him. He’s receiving two friends.”

“Does your boss know that I’m coming?” Lucian asked, feeling confused.

“Uh–huh, our boss is a shrewd man, he knew you would come to see him today and instructed us to wait here for you,” the security guard answered without hesitation.

“Good.” Lucian smiled faintly and followed the guard to a private room.

Inside the room, there was an abundance of drinks and snacks prepared, which made Lucian feel relieved. It seemed that Joe had a better conscience than Horatio, knowing that he was coming and preparing so much food, not letting him down.

Ten minutes later, a man in a suit led more than twenty security guards into the room.

Lucian saw this scene and his forehead wrinkled instantly. He realized that something was not right.

“You’re Lucian, right?” Manager Carlos sat on the sofa, smiling at Lucian, and asked, “My boss is too busy to come and greet you, so as the manager of this club, I’m here to chat with brings you here to see our boss?

you. What

“I’m here to ask for his help against the Gray family,” Lucian said bluntly, without hiding anything.

“Hahaha!” The group burst into laughter at Lucian’s words, their eyes filled with disdain. How could a useless person like him even think of fighting against the Gray family? It was too hilarious.

Carlos chuckled for a mamant hafova

ninated that you would

come seeking his help, and he’s a man of great principle. He’s willing to offer some assistance, but it won’t be much.”

“That’s all I need,” Lucian replied, smiling. “I’m a person who knows how to repay kindness. If he helps me with this, I’ll make sure that the Radianz Group reaches even greater heights when I succeed in the future.”

“Ha! That’s funny,” Carlos burst out laughing again. He looked at Lucian with eyes that made him seem like a complete fool, a little waste who was on the brink of death, and yet he still thought he had a chance to soar to success.

How ridiculous.

“Alright, then let’s give you a hand,” Carlos said, pulling out a gleaming machete from under the table. With a fierce expression, he commanded the security guards, “Pin down this fool who doesn’t know his place.”

The guards charged at Lucian, trying to hold him down on the table.

Lucian’s face instantly turned dark as he looked up at Carlos and asked, “What do you’re doing?

you think

Carlos sneered, “Kid, you’re nothing but an abandoned loser. Without your father, you’re just a piece of sh*t. You actually dare to go up against the Gray family? You’re just looking for death. Your father used to have a good relationship with my boss and to prevent you from throwing your life away, my boss ordered us to cripple your legs. This is for your own good. If we cripple your legs, you’ll just have to lie at home and be a good boy. You won’t lose your life.”

“Well, you guys really went through a lot of trouble,” Lucian sneered. “So, this is Joe’s idea, right?”

“Sure,” Carlos grinned. “Just hope you won’t hold a grudge against my boss. He’s doing all of this for your own good.”

Lucian sighed heavily. “I gave him a chance to achieve greatness, but he didn’t appreciate it. So be it, I won’t let him help me anymore. I’ll take my leave now.”

But the guards grabbed onto Lucian tightly, not allowing him to leave.

“What’s the meaning of this?” Lucian’s face darkened.

Carlos sneered, his lips curving into a contemptuous arc. “Lucian, oh Lucian. Do you think this place is some kind of marketplace? You can just come and go as you please? You can leave if you want to, but you’ll have to leave your two legs behind!”
