He smiles at me and we head for home, suddenly I hear clawing noises on the floor, I turn round to Fabien who's hiding his hands behind him.

I pick him up and start petting him.

-No, I want to call him Malo to remind me of him.

I smile sadly at him and put Malo down on the floor.

I run to the toilet to throw up and Fabien comes to hold my hair.

-I must not have digested last night's meal properly and I'm tired.

He nods.

-I'm going to make some lunch, the girls are supposed to come over this afternoon, they wanted to go shopping for your party. -I'll do that.

I go up to our room to change, then back to the kitchen.

-I'm making pancakes, do you want some?

He gives me three pancakes, which I gobble down as fast as I can.

Suddenly I feel dizzy and sink into darkness.

PDV Fabien

Suddenly her eyes close and I catch her before she falls to the ground.

-Freya!

I shake her, but she doesn't move.

-Baby, wake up.

She doesn't move.

"Mattéo, call the pack doctor, I want him here in less than five minutes."

Three minutes later, the doctor arrived with Mattéo.

-What's wrong?" asked the doctor.

-She's upstairs.

He went up the stairs, with me in tow, and when he got to the door, he turned round.

-Stay here, Fabien.

He enters and closes the door.

-What happened? I don't know.

-I don't know, we were eating when she closed her eyes and I barely caught her.

He says nothing and we go and sit on the sofa. Thirty minutes later, the doctor arrived and I got up quickly.

-There's nothing wrong with her, she's just had a fainting spell and the baby's fine too, and I've left her the instructions she'll need to follow during the pregnancy, so I've got to go. Then he left, leaving me in shock at the news: she's pregnant!

-I'm happy for you Fabien, I hope everything goes well, but I've got to go and replace Olivia, because Zack won't stop crying.

I go upstairs to see if she's all right, and when I come in she's lying on the bed asleep. I walk over to the bed and sit down on a chair next to her, then put my hand on her tummy, making circles.

-I've got some good news today, I'm going to be your dad and I'm the happiest man in the world. I'm going to do everything I can to make you happy, but in return you have to look after your mum. You know, she's the most beautiful woman I've ever seen and I hope you'll be like her. I love her with all my heart and I want you to look after her, you're proof of our love and I don't want to regret it, if I lost her I...I don't know how I'd get over it.

A hand settles on my hair and starts to stroke it, I look up and see my wife crying. I wipe away her tears and she kisses me.

-I love you, Fabien.

-I love you too, Freya.

We kiss again, I straddle her and she wraps her legs around my waist. We pull apart breathlessly and I press my forehead to yours.

-The doctor has given you a sheet of paper with instructions to follow during the pregnancy so that you don't feel unwell again.

She nods and fetches the sheet, reads it, the doorbell rings and she runs to open the door.

-Freya! Watch out for our little alpha!

I go downstairs and talk to my two betas.

-When are you going to ask him? Mattéo asks me.

-I don't know yet, I'm afraid of his answer.

-But she's carrying your child, I don't see why she should say no," says Liam.

-You're right, I'll ask her tonight.

"Tonight I've got a surprise for you, dress smart."

I put on the dress I bought with the girls and go downstairs to join Fabien.

He smiles and offers me his arm, which I gladly accept. We sit down in the car and head off in the direction of my surprise. After a while, we stopped in a field, there was a path of rose petals and further on, there was a table. -It's beautiful, why did you do all this?

He gets down on one knee and I start to cry.

-Freya Tompson, I love you with all my heart and I want you to be my wife, so would you agree to live the rest of your life with me and the child you are carrying to signify our love?

He puts the ring on my finger and kisses me.
