Love Comes To Me
Chapter 1095: Gaining Her Trust

Eloise leaned her back against the door and let out a long breath.

She looked at the empty, silent room and the tip of her nose sank, tears instantly filling her eyes.

The next second, she raised her hand to wipe away the tears fiercely, "There's nothing to cry about, Hector will be here soon to get me out." She believed in Hector, always had.

But what she didn't know was that Hector hadn't left here on his own, but had been taken by Earlene.

...

Arriving in the city where Eloise was, Thomas and Rowson hoofed it to the Bergerian's villa on the beach.

"The villa is by the sea, which is bad for our movements." Thomas looked out the car window at the sea level and his brow Edwina furrowed.

The seaside usually had little cover, and once they moved in a group, they would easily be spotted.

"Even if it's not conducive, we still have to get the people out." Rowson said.

He didn't want to delay saving Eloise by worrying too much.

Eloise couldn't wait long.

"I certainly do." Thomas understood his anxiety to save the man, "But we can't act rashly, can we?"

Rowson turned his head to look at him and gave a faint 'hmm'.

"Anyway, let's see what happens first, and then we'll see what we can do."

They hadn't found Bergerian's villa yet, and all their worries were just scaring themselves.

But what they hadn't expected was that the villa was in an even worse geographical location than they had thought.

The villa was built right on a cliff by the sea.

One side of the villa is right next to the cliff, and the sea is so rough below that it is impossible to climb up from there.

And with the front side empty and uncovered, it was difficult for them to get close.

"What do we do now?" Thomas put down his binoculars and looked at Rowson with a stony face.

Rowson didn't expect this, either. He furrowed his eyebrows for a moment, "I'll go straight over and say I'm looking for Bergerian."

With that, he was about to open the car door.

"Wait." Thomas squeezed his shoulder, "If you go over there like that, what are you going to say if Bergerian asks you how you know about this place?"

Rowson was silent for a few seconds, "I'll just say that someone told me."

"Still no, you're simply going to get yourself killed like that." Thomas picked up his binoculars and looked in the direction of the villa, his brow furrowed, "This Bergerian is too cautious, and has someone patrolling the outside, it's a fly in the ointment."

"Let's see."

Rowson reached for his binoculars and took a look, only to replace that what he said was true.

Someone was patrolling outside the villa, and this could be shot into a hornet's nest if they got close.

"There's a car coming."

Thomas saw a car drive up behind him in the rear view mirror and hurriedly snatched Rowson's binoculars away, pretending to look down at his phone as if nothing was wrong. Rowson leaned back, closed his eyes and pretended to sleep.

But in reality, as the car drove past, he opened his eyes and watched as the car drove towards the villa area.

At the sight of the car pulling up outside the villa, he immediately sat up straight and grabbed his binoculars.

As soon as the car stopped, the driver got out and opened the back door, bowing his head respectfully, "Madam."

Lisa bent to get out of the car, her shrewd gaze falling through the lenses of her sunglasses on the closed door of the villa.

"Sir is really not here?"

The driver nodded, "Yes. Sir went to Sicily in the middle of the night."

Lisa hooked her lips, "Well then, let's go in."

She was just a few steps away when she was stopped.

"Ma'am, I'm sorry, you can't go in."

Lisa laughed out loud as if she had heard a big joke, "If you know I'm a madam, why can't I go in?"

The other man lowered his head and replied, "Before Mr Bergerian left, he specifically explained that no one could go in."

"Am I anyone?" Lisa scowled and snapped, "I am Bergerian's wife and his place is my place, do you understand?"

"I'm sorry, we'll do what Sir tells us to do.

Lisa was instantly furious, "Get out of my way!"

The other side didn't move a muscle.

"Fine, you're all against it, aren't you? Then I'll be blamed for not being polite! Carl, do it."

She ordered the driver behind her.

As soon as Carl heard this, he immediately pulled out his pistol and pointed it at the people who were stopping them, "Let the lady in or my bullets won't have eyes."

The men looked at me, and then at you, but finally they meekly stepped aside and let Lisa in.

Lisa raised her chin in triumph and walked into the villa as if she were a proud peacock.

...

"It's Lisa," Rowson said, putting down his binoculars.

Thomas frowned, "Lisa who?"

"Bergerian's wife."

"Oh." Thomas nodded, seeing the thoughtful look on his face and raised an eyebrow, "What's on your mind?"

Rowson frowned, "I was thinking maybe we could ask Lisa for help."

"Get help from Bergerian's wife? You're thinking too much, aren't you?"

Thomas thought he was crazy to say something like that.

"I'm not overthinking it, I'm being serious." Rowson paused, "Lisa is notoriously jealous, she loves Bergerian, but Bergerian ignores her, so whenever any woman comes around Bergerian, she will replace a way to get rid of her." Hearing this, Thomas frowned, the more he thought about it, "No. You said she would get rid of any woman that appeared around Bergerian, does that mean Miss Eloise is in danger?" His face changed.

Rowson nodded. "You could say that."

"Then what are we waiting for, let's get help!" Thomas was about to open the door and get out of the car in a hurry.

Rowson couldn't help but laugh, "Thomas, you just advised me not to be impulsive, why are you more impulsive than me now?"

"The situation is different. Bergerian's wife is in the villa at the moment, who knows what she'll do to Miss Eloise?"

When a woman is ruthless, she is even more frightening than a man.

"Don't worry, Bergerian must have taken precautions, Lisa can't touch Eloise for the time being."

Thomas sighed in relief, "You should have told me, you scared the hell out of me."

Rowson tugged at the corner of his mouth, "Just because she can't move for now, doesn't mean she can't move later."

"So what do you think we should do?" Thomas asked.

"Gain Lisa's trust and get her to take us into the villa." Rowson stated his solution.

Thomas thought he had heard wrong, "Gain her trust? How can that be done?"

"I trust you." Rowson said suddenly.

Thomas glanced at him, "Dare I say you're planning to get me close to that Lisa, I don't even know her."

"Didn't you say you were trained by Hector? That should be very capable." Rowson plugged him with what he'd said.

"Okay, I admit I'm capable, but I can't really do this kind of thing." It wasn't that Thomas didn't have confidence in himself, but that Lisa didn't sound like a simple person. "Bergerian knows me, and his people know me, so this is something you'll have to do." Rowson raised an eyebrow, "Don't you want to save your prince and Miss Eloise?" Thomas hesitated for a moment and gritted his teeth, "Fine, I'll do it."
