Love Comes To Me
Chapter 1108: Never to see him again

Since they had decided to go back to China, it was better to do it sooner rather than later. That evening, she and Edgar rushed to the airport. When they arrived at the airport, Rowson suddenly hugged her, hugged her very tightly.

I don't know if it was a mistake, but she felt that she would never see him again.

A difficult emotion came over her and she lifted her arms to hug him, her eyes moistening with Edwina.

"Mr. Rowson, you must come and see me at City J sometime, Hector and I and the baby will be so happy." Her soft, sticky voice fell into his ears and touched his heart, sourness instantly filling his entire being. He consciously tightened his hands and gave a muffled "yes".

Edgar looked at them and teased with a smile, "It's a good thing my Hector isn't here, or he'd be jealous."

At that, Rowson let go of his hand, gazed deeply at Eloise and smiled, "I'd rather he was there then, so Eloise wouldn't have to worry about him."

"I wish." Eloise said softly, took a deep breath and smiled at him, "Mr. Rowson, take care of yourself, we're leaving."

"Well, you too."

Eloise waved a hand at him and turned to walk into the airport lobby with Edgar.

It wasn't until they were out of sight that Rowson withdrew his gaze and looked down, smiling to himself.

He'd probably never see her again in this lifetime.

"Can't let go?"

A familiar voice sounded in his ears.

He looked up, only to see Katerina standing a short distance away with her arms wrapped around her chest, his sword brow slowly furrowing.

Katerina walked up to him, the corners of her mouth curled in a few sneers, "Rowson, don't you forget what you promised me."

"I haven't forgotten." Rowson said coldly.

"That's good." Katerina looked inside the airport and curled her lips in a smile, "You'll never be able to see her again, aren't you going to go in and see more of her?" "No need."

He was afraid that the more he looked the more he would have to part with.

Katerina nodded and, with a turn of phrase, asked, "What are you going to do next?"

Yes, what was he going to do next?

Bergerian's research team had removed him from the team, and it was no longer possible for him to join them, but the virus in Eloise's body hadn't been resolved. Seeing his frown tighten, Katerina couldn't help but smile, a sarcastic smile, "You've really gone to a lot of trouble for an Eloise."

Rowson raised his eyes and stared at her for a moment.

A bad feeling came over her and the smile slowly faded from Katerina's face as she frowned, "So you're not going to ask me to help you again, are you?" "Do you have access to Curry's core research?" Rowson asked.

Katerina's eyes widened in shock, "Are you insane? I can't believe you ..."

"Can you get it?" Rowson repeated the question.

Katerina took a deep breath, "Even if I could get it, I wouldn't be able to help you."

"I need your help."

At those words, Katerina snorted out a laugh, "Rowson, I replace you to be uncharacteristically thick-skinned, who am I to help you?

And don't you ever think about doing anything for Eloise again or I'll tell Bergerian that she's back in the country."

At that, Rowson's face changed and his gaze became stern, "If you dare tell Bergerian, I won't let you off the hook."

"Yeah?" Katerina wasn't afraid of his threats, "Are you going to kill me or what?"

Rowson stared at her with a deadly stare and didn't answer.

"Rowson, I'm telling you for the last time, I'm not going to help you anymore. And don't you dare try to threaten me, or you don't know how crazy I'll be." With that, she gave him a cold glance and then marched off.

Rowson clenched his fists, a thick layer of frost covering his handsome face; even if she didn't help him, he would replace a way to get it.

...

The plane landed smoothly at Kyoto airport.

As soon as he left the airport, he saw Ivor standing by the car waiting.

"President, Miss. Eloise."

Seeing Eloise and Edgar walking out, Ivor rushed to greet them.

"What's the situation?" Edgar asked.

Ivor looked at Eloise and answered back truthfully, "Earlene is not in Kyoto and I heard that she hasn't come back since she left the country." "What?" Eloise was amazed.

Edgar put his arm around her shoulders, "Eloise, don't worry, let's go to the Bartram family and see for ourselves."

They got in the car and Ivor started it up and drove off in the direction of the Bartram family.

Meanwhile, Rawlins slammed his phone to the floor in anger, frightening the housekeeper and the maids so much that they didn't dare to breathe a word. "Rubbish! All of them are rubbish!" He yanked off his tie, his chest heaving violently with rage.

"I can't believe we can't even replace a single person!"

He threw away his tie, raised his hand to pinch his aching brow and shouted, "Butler!"

The butler hurried forward, "Prince, I'm here."

"Contact a few more people for me and ask them to help replace someone as well." "Yes."

The butler led the order and hurried away.

Just then, the doorbell suddenly rang loudly.

Rawlins turned his head to look at the foyer.

The servant rushed to open the door.

"Is Rawlins here?" Edgar asked, looking at the maid who opened the door.

"Yes."

At that moment a familiar voice came from inside, "Whoever it is, tell him I'm not available for visitors right now."

It was Rawlins.

Edgar and Eloise looked at each other and, without waiting for the maid to say anything, pushed her straight through and walked in.

The maid went white with fear and hurried after them, "You can't go in there ..."

Rawlins froze when he saw Edgar and Eloise walking in, then reacted, "Why you guys?"

"Prince, they're the ones who broke in hard ..."

The servants tried to explain themselves clearly when Rawlins raised his hand impatiently to stop them, "All of you, go down."

The servants hurried away as if relieved.

"What are you doing here?" Rawlins asked, sitting down and sounding a little impatient.

Edgar saw the phone broken into pieces on the floor and raised an eyebrow, "Mr Rawlins, is something wrong here?"

"Nothing." Rawlins gave him an oblique look, "Just say what you want."

Eloise stepped forward, "Mr Rawlins, do you know where Earlene is?"

Rawlins couldn't help but smile at the sound of them coming for Earlene, his smile full of mockery, "I'd like to know where she is too." "You mean, you don't know where she is?" Edgar asked.

Rawlins narrowed his eyes, "I won't hide it from you, she's been like missing since she left for Italy, no word of her."

"You're her brother, how could you not know?" Eloise was anxious.

If even he didn't know where Earlene was, then where were they going to replace someone.

"Why should I know if I'm her brother?" Rawlins looked at her with amusement.

Not to mention, Earlene didn't think of him as a brother.
