Love Comes To Me
Chapter 1128: Crying is not being a good boy

The next day, Eloise took the two children to the hospital to visit the old man and his mother.

It had been a long time since she had seen the two little ones and as soon as she did, Maryam was so happy that she cried. She held them tightly in her arms, fearing that they would disappear.

Eloise felt guilty that it was because of her that her mother had less and less chance to see her two children.

"Grandma, are you feeling better?" Solomon asked with concern, like a little adult.

Maryam smiled and nodded, "Yes, Grandma is better."

Sweety tilted her head to look at her, "So when is Grandma coming back to stay with us? My brother and I miss you so much." "Grandma will be back when your great grandfather wakes up." Maryam stroked her head lovingly.

"When will Grand-Great-Grandfather wake up?" Sweety asked again.

"Soon."

"How soon is soon?"

"Soon is ..." Maryam didn't know how to answer for a moment.

Eloise came over, "Sweety, why are you asking so many questions today?"

Sweety pouted, a little aggrieved, "I just want Grandma to come home soon."

"Mummy knows that. But didn't Grandma say so? She'll come home as soon as Grand Great Grandpa wakes up." Eloise said.

"But Grand-Great-Grandfather has been asleep for so long, why isn't he awake yet?"

The child was so naive that he had no idea what was going on with Grandpa and just assumed he was taking a long, long nap.

Eloise knelt down, looked into her eyes that had doubt written all over them and asked with a smile, "Then go and get Grandpa Grandpa up, will you?" "Can I?" Sweety asked innocently, blinking her big eyes.

Eloise nodded, "Of course you can."

She looked up at Solomon, "Solomon, will you join us, please?"

Solomon said "yes" in a good voice.

"Then Mummy will take you to see your great-grandfather."

She got up and took the two little ones left and right.

Maryam wrinkled her nose, "Eloise, is this okay?"

Eloise turned her head to look at her, "Didn't the doctor say to talk to Grandpa more to stimulate the nerves in his brain so that he would wake up faster?" "That's true, but..."

Maryam was worried that if the two children didn't know how to behave, it would backfire and it wouldn't be good to disturb Grandpa.

Eloise saw what she was thinking and laughed softly, "Don't worry, Mum, the two little ones are very sensible and won't mess around."

Maryam thought, "Yes, the two grandchildren are very well behaved." She smiled, "Then you can take them there."

Eloise then took the two little ones to the old man's ward.

Looking at the motionless old man in his hospital bed, Sweety looked up at Eloise and asked uncertainly, "Mummy, Grandpa is sleeping so soundly, do we really have to wake him up?" Eloise looked down and raised an eyebrow, "Don't you want Grandma to come home soon?"

"Mmm!" Sweety nodded.

She let go of Eloise's hand and ran on her short legs to the bedside, and went to the old man's ear, saying in a milky voice, "Great-grandfather, the sun is shining, get up now." But he still didn't move.

Sweety's face frowned and she repeated the words again.

He still didn't move.

She got a little upset and turned her head to Eloise, "Mummy, it's as if Grandpa didn't hear me, he's not even getting up."

Eloise went over and stroked her head, her voice gentle, "Grandpa is old and his ears are a bit deaf, maybe if you say it a few more times or talk about the fun things that happened to you at the nursery, he will wake up." "Really?" Sweety asked.

Eloise smiled and nodded, "Of course it's true, when has Mummy ever lied to you?"

Sweety shook her head, "No."

"Then that's right." Eloise gestured for her to try again.

Turning to Solomon, she said, "Brother come and talk to Grandpa about the fun things at school too, okay?"

Solomon nodded and approached the hospital bed in a good manner.

The two little ones took turns whispering in the old man's ear about the fun things that were happening at school.

Eloise stood watching, and suddenly she was thrilled when his finger twitched.

"Grandpa, you heard that, didn't you?" She asked.

Although the old man's eyes were still closed, his finger moved again.

Tears came to her eyes and Eloise raised her hand to cover her mouth. I heard him.

Grandpa had really heard.

Solomon and Sweety looked up, puzzled, at the teary-eyed Eloise.

"Mummy, why are you crying?" Solomon asked with concern.

Eloise wiped her tears away, "Mummy is happy, so she's crying."

Sweety beamed, "But I'm not happy. Grandpa still won't get up."

"Grand-Great-Grandfather heard you, baby." Eloise said gently to her, "It's just that Grandpa had a long, long dream and he's trapped inside and can't replace the way out.

As soon as Sweety heard that, she said, "No, we have to get Grandpa out."

Eloise rubbed her head, "Sweety's great."

Sweety beamed at the compliment and said positively to Solomon, "Brother, let's get on with the fun stuff with Grandpa!"

While the two little ones were talking to the old man, Eloise ran off to talk to her mother about what had just happened.

Maryam was surprised, "Really?!"

Eloise nodded her head vigorously, "Well, I saw it with my own eyes."

Maryam's eyes were abruptly red and she choked up, "It's been so long, I've been talking to your grandfather and he hasn't responded at all, I almost thought I was mistaken the last time I saw him move."

"Mum, we mustn't be discouraged, we must have faith that we can wake Grandpa up." Eloise reassured her softly.

Maryam wiped the tears from the corners of her eyes and curled her lips, "Well, have faith."

"Let's go over and see."

Eloise helped her mother out of the ward.

No sooner had she stepped outside than she saw Solomon running over to her, panic written all over his little face.

"Mummy, Grandfather is crying."

Eloise and her mother looked at each other and rushed into the old man's room.

Sweety was lying on the bed, reaching out to wipe the old man's tears and mumbling, "Grandpa, don't cry, you're not a good boy if you're crying."

Eloise and her mother could not help but cry at this scene.

Maryam couldn't help herself and turned her head away, covering her mouth and whimpering.

Eloise stepped forward and saw the tears slipping from the corners of the old man's eyes. She blinked them back and grinned, "Grandpa, did you hear that? Sweety said it's not a good boy to cry your nose off, and it's not a good boy to stay in bed either."

Sweety echoed, "Yes, and neither is a good boy who stays in bed. Grandpa, you need to get up now."

Eloise picked Sweety up, "Okay Sweety, Grandpa heard you and will be up soon."
