Chapter 163: Taking the project

Eloise Thompson picked up the phone from Egbert Chumley and spoke, "Mr Egbert."

"Eloise, where are you? I know a nice restaurant, are you free to go for a meal together later?"

Egbert Chumley actually has a personal agenda, after all, Hector Rogers and Eloise Thompson are in the same hotel, the man is most likely as fond of Eloise Thompson as he is, and he can't help but fight for it, so he wants to ask Eloise Thompson out while he has the time.

After hanging up the phone, Linn Dail on the side looked at Eloise Thompson with an envious and ambiguous expression. "Eloise, I told you Mr Egbert liked you and you still don't believe me? Look, I asked you out for dinner today." "Well, don't gossip about that."

"Mr Orson, hello, I'm Eloise Thompson, head of creative at JS Group!" Eloise Thompson spoke graciously.

Mr Orson was friendly enough to ask with a smile on his face, "You did the new proposal, didn't you?"

"Yes." Eloise Thompson nodded.

The two talked a bit more about the project, Mr Orson was very interested and Hector Rogers was going to leave, but now he looked at Eloise Thompson and didn't want to go.

Reeva Lawson stood on the sidelines furious.

Eloise Thompson and Mr Orson had a brief chat and at the end of it, Mr Orson smiled with satisfaction and said, "I was disappointed with your company, but I've seen a lot of goodwill in the last few days and this new project is doing quite well."

It wasn't that SR Group was being difficult for JS Creative Company, it was just that when Catherine Greaves was working on the project, she had come up with several flawed and uninspiring proposals. Mr Orson, who is a good person, had to wait until a few days ago to propose a different company to work with.

They didn't care much about the change of project leader at JS Group, as they were a bit unhappy with Catherine Greaves' actions before, so they were more difficult with the new leader.

It wasn't until yesterday that Mr Orson saw Eloise Thompson's proposal that his eyes lit up and his attitude changed.

"How about this! You come to my office tomorrow and I'll have my assistant prepare a signing contract and sign it straight away then." Mr Orson was quick to do so, and after meeting Eloise Thompson, he was satisfied in every way, so there was no need to continue to make things difficult.

A small smile flashed in Eloise Thompson's eyes and a huge sigh of relief.

Linn Dail, too, couldn't be more excited at the moment, and would probably be jumping for joy if it weren't for the crowd at the moment.

"Thank you Mr Orson for still giving our company a chance, we will certainly not let you down."

Mr Orson smiled, "Don't thank me, you've earned this opportunity too, remember to be at the office on time tomorrow."

"Yes, Mr Orson," the words fell and Eloise Thompson spoke again, "You should be busy again, so I'll leave you to it."

"Well, Miss Eloise, good to work with!" Mr Orson nodded.

"Good cooperation!"

Eloise Thompson smiled and turned to leave after that, she was already starting to break out in a cold sweat, her whole body was now uncomfortably dizzy after standing for so long and talking so much.
