Love Comes To Me -
Chapter 476: Do you want to stay with Hector?
Marian took Agnes to an abandoned garage and tied her up straight away.
Agnes looked at Marian in horror and begged for mercy, "I beg you to let me go, I will do anything for you as long as you don't kill me. I'll help you with anything, as long as you let me go." Marian sniffed at Agnes and said coldly, "How are you going to help me when I don't even know what I want?"
Seeing that there was room to ease things, Agnes continued, "We are all women and want nothing more than a man. If you promise not to kill me, I can help you stay with the man you love." As soon as the words left her mouth, Agnes kept watching Marian's face.
She's betting on whether Marian has a man she likes.
Marian hesitates, and the movements of his hands pause for a moment.
Is it really possible to get him?
Marian shuddered to think about it, but couldn't help wondering what Agnes had up her sleeve.
If this woman was able to steal her fiancé from Eloise in the first place, she must have had a few tricks up her sleeve.
Marian didn't say anything and Agnes' heart stuttered, could she have bet wrong?
She spoke again tentatively, "Do you want to stay with Hector? I can help you, because I know Eloise's secret."
With a man of Hector's quality, it's unlikely that Marian wouldn't have any thoughts about him at all.
At Agnes' words, Marian jerked her head up, grabbed her arm and almost blurted out, "What do you have in mind?"
Agnes was just trying it out, but was surprised that Marian was so interested.
Agnes couldn't help but smile, it looked like there were people like that around Eloise, so it would be easier for her to deal with Eloise.
She brushed her hand over the small of her back and said in an old-fashioned way, "It is Eloise's ex-fiancé's child that I am carrying in my belly now, and Eloise's most fatal weakness as a person is her soft heart. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to take the man by her side so easily, and I know a secret that everyone doesn't know, so come closer."
Curious to hear the secret from her mouth, Marian leaned her head over.
"Solomon is Agnes and Hector's baby." Agnes said quietly.
At the news, Marian's eyes widened abruptly, and the news was like a bomb that blew her head off.
After the shock, Marian reverted to indifference.
"No way! If she really did give birth, how come the Rogers family wouldn't know about it, and Eloise herself wouldn't know about it?"
She was afraid that this was a reprieve for Agnes, that what Agnes was saying was simply a pipe dream.
Anticipating Marian's disbelief, Agnes assured, "If I tell a lie, then let my child be born a fool."
Agnes' poisonous oath caused Marian to hesitate, and it didn't look like Agnes was lying.
Not to mention that no mother in the world would gamble with the future of her child.
Thinking that she was still pregnant, Marian loosened the ropes that bound her.
"And how do you know that?" Marian inquired, sitting next to her.
Agnes sniffed and touched her stomach, and a gurgling sound came from it.
"I haven't eaten since this morning, so even if you want to interrogate the prisoner, you should supply a meal."
Knowing that Marian would not kill her emboldened Agnes.
After all, it is the filling of the stomach that is the essence of the body.
Marian saw this and got up, leaving a cold message to leave.
"Agnes you better not play me or I'll make you regret it for the rest of your life."
It was only after Marian had gone that Agnes heaved a sigh of relief.
She had really escaped from the wolf's den and entered the tiger's den again.
But the presence of Marian is also giving Agnes a new partner.
Since Hector was able to send Marian to arrest him personally, she must be in Hector's inner circle.
This makes it much easier for Marian to do anything if she wants to.
Agnes thought so.
At that moment Marian returned from outside and threw the lunchbox in her hand to Agnes.
"I'll only give you ten minutes to eat, if you're slow then I'll chop off one of your fingers."
Agnes didn't dare hesitate to take her meal into her mouth.
Marian didn't give her chopsticks, so she had to use her hands to grab them.
Ten minutes had passed and Agnes had eaten every last morsel of food from her lunchbox, the corners of her mouth covered in grains of rice.
Marian looked disgusted and handed her a tissue, saying impatiently, "My time is limited, so tell me what you know."
Agnes took a deep breath and said, "When Eloise went to give birth to a surrogate for money, the Thompson family kicked her out because they were ashamed of her. When she was about to give birth, I was approached by a man who gave me a sum of money and instructed me to carry the baby to the Rogers family after Eloise gave birth. the evidence was erased afterwards and the man who was there was nowhere to be found, I don't know the rest."
"Which means that the person who instructed you to carry the child to the Rogers family in the first place, you don't know his identity?" Marian asked with a frown.
"Yes, the man was very secretive, even when we met, he wore a mask, sunglasses and the whole thing was so well covered up that I didn't really know who he was." Agnes replied helplessly.
Seeing her look of indifference, Marian hated to kill her outright, but reason stopped her.
Although horrified, Marian also knew that no one but Agnes knew about this.
If Eloise is indeed the little prince's real mother, then this must not be known to Eloise.
The thing that needs to be done today is to hide this woman and not let anyone replace her.
Otherwise, with Hector's wisdom, it was only a matter of time before he would have found out that Agnes had something to do with Solomon's birth back then.
Walking out the door, Marian dialed the phone and ordered, "In a moment, you and Thirteen come over and move the women in the warehouse to a safe place. Remember, the prince must not know about this, and if anything gets out, don't blame me for not thinking of the old days."
After sending the location over, Marian left straight away.
Agnes waited in the warehouse for a long time without seeing Marian return, and she kicked her feet in exasperation.
Night was slowly falling, there was no light in the warehouse and Agnes was very frightened to be in the dark.
She tried to escape, but her hands and feet were tied, although not tightly, but with Agnes' body skills, she would never be able to escape.
At that moment the door to the warehouse was opened and the roar of motorbikes rang out into the night, blinding lights shining straight into Agnes' eyes.
Agnes subconsciously blocked the light with her hand.
Two men were seen getting off the motorbike and walking straight towards Agnes.
"Don't come any closer, if you take one step closer I'll shout." Agnes said with a trembling voice.
The two men didn't pay any attention to Agnes' words and knocked her unconscious and took her away from the warehouse.
At that moment in another high-rise, Marian stood at the window, looking down coldly on the city.
It had been a special day for her, and she had believed Agnes' words so easily.
