Love Comes To Me
Chapter 597: Father and son who sing in unison

Solomon ran out of a black Maybach and ran straight at Eloise.

Ghostly, Eloise turned around and bent down to catch the person running towards her, saying in a panic, "Slow down." Solomon crashed into Eloise's arms, smiled smugly and shouted at Hector, "Daddy."

It was then that Eloise realised that she had just responded to Solomon's epithet.

And the image of the three of them standing together is too likely to cause misunderstandings.

"You guys talk."

She let go of Solomon, straightened up and made to leave.

Eloise's coat was suddenly tugged at and her eyes dropped to see Solomon's aggrieved expression.

He was seen pulling her dress with one hand and rubbing his stomach with the other.

In a very pitiful tone, she said to her, "Mummy, Solomon is so hungry, can you have dinner with Solomon?"

Eloise had a look of embarrassment on her face.

Somehow she couldn't refuse the boy's request, she just felt heartbroken.

"If we go home now, Solomon will have to finish dinner alone again, and Daddy will have to deal with work every time."

Solomon's dark, grape-like eyes blink and blink with a sparkle in them.

The look of loss was heartbreaking and softened the heart at once.

Eloise's brow furrowed slightly as she sniffed.

The corners of Hector's mouth twitched slightly at the sight, the brat, how he let him eat dinner alone every time, talking as if it were true. Hector, with his face deliberately stern, said, "Solomon, don't give your mummy a hard time, you've already seen her, now come back with me."

At the serious tone of Hector's voice, Eloise glanced back at him with a displeased glare.

"Don't you be mean to him."

After saying this, he took Solomon's hand, bent down and softly asked, "What would Solomon like to eat?"

Solomon's face instantly showed joy and the gloom was swept away.

Jumping up, he said, "I'll eat anything, as long as I'm with Mummy!"

Eloise guffawed and laughed, "Then just go to Sweety's favourite restaurant, you should like it too."

With those words, he led Solomon in the direction of the restaurant.

Where she wasn't looking, father and son looked at each other with a scheming smile.

The trio arrived at the restaurant and chose a seat by the window.

Eloise put down the bag in her hand and said to father and son, "You guys order first, I'm going to the bathroom."

"Hmm." Hector nodded good-naturedly.

He then beckoned the waiter and ordered a few dishes.

By the time Eloise returned from the bathroom, the waiters had started to serve the food one by one.

At first she didn't pay much attention to it, but when the food was served, she suddenly realised what was going on and lost her concentration on her plate.

She is actually quite a picky eater, but none of the dishes ordered by her father and son hit her spot, they were all her favourites.

There were even some rather off-beat dishes that were served up.

However, she usually refrains from ordering this dish when she visits the restaurant because the Darlington family doesn't like it.

Today this plate was not only ordered, but deliberately piled in front of her.

The mind is no less shocked than at any other time.

"What's the matter, is the food not to your liking? It should all be something you love."

When Hector saw her hesitantly staring at the food, he thought that Eloise's tastes had changed over the years and his thoughts were mixed. Solomon blinked in confusion as well.

"Why don't you re-order."

Hector reached out and was about to beckon the waiter to re-order.

Eloise hurriedly stopped him and reached out to take the dish in front of her.

"No, the food is quite appetising."

Hector then gave up.

As Eloise chewed her food, her eyes fell vaguely on the father and son across the room.

A thought came to mind: perhaps she and Hector really did have a past.

He knows her like he really has been living together for a long time ...

At the table, Solomon frowned as he bravely devoured the dish Hector had chucked over to him that he didn't like.

With a disgusted look on his face, he asked Hector to hand him juice to rinse his mouth.

"Daddy, for juice."

Hector, on his side, was swimming in cuts of steak when he sniffed and said with a stern face, "Eat before you drink." Solomon pouted in aggravation at once, "But it tastes in my mouth, I don't like it."

But Hector wasn't having any of that and continued, "Don't make excuses, you won't have an appetite for food after the juice." Father and son were glued together when a slender hand appeared pushing a glass in front of them.

Eloise said softly, "Just a little bit, it's okay."

Solomon's face lit up with joy and he looked to Hector expectantly.

"Drink up." Hector sighed helplessly in relief.

When my wife gives the word, I dare not disobey.

"Oye! Long live Mummy!"

Solomon grinned openly, took a sip of his juice and giggled at Eloise.

Eloise couldn't help but smile too.

By this time Hector had cut the steak into even chunks and naturally replaced the plate for Eloise.

"No, I can do it myself."

Eloise declined, picking up a knife and fork and trying to cut her own plate.

Hector glanced at her and spoke slyly.

"I'll do it, you cut it yourself, ten minutes to cut off a piece? Then you won't be able to eat it all until the sun goes down."

Eloise retracted her hand in embarrassment.

Well, she did cut the steak very slowly.

Either you don't have the strength or you are just naturally made to slow down your movements unconsciously.

That's why she and others usually don't order steak when they come for dinner because it's too slow.

"Thanks."

She thanked him politely and Hector just nodded.

Solomon watched the two interact with each other in a delightful mood and couldn't resist interjecting to arrange the next meeting.

"By the way, Mummy, next time bring your sister out with you, I miss her so much."

Hector sniffed and looked at Eloise with a twinkle in his eye, as if with great expectation.

Eloise's words of refusal became, "Yes," as she was stared at by both father and son.

"Great, thanks Mummy, let's make a date then."

Solomon immediately clapped his hands, and Eloise couldn't have backtracked if she wanted to.

After the meal, Hector offered to take Eloise home.

Eloise agreed after thinking about it because it was not easy to get a taxi nearby.

The car comes to a slow stop in front of the Darlington family.

Hector got out of the car first and helped Eloise open the door.

One hand was not forgotten against the top of the car to prevent Eloise from knocking her head.

The movements flowed as if they had been done many times before.

Eloise came back to her senses, got out of the car and bent over to Hector to thank him, "Thanks." "It's okay." Hector smiled lightly.

The sun was setting, lengthening the shadows of the two men.

The shadows reflect on the ground and become a beautiful and harmonious image of snuggling together.
