Love Comes To Me
Chapter 749: I am Almeida

Solomon placed the hot milk on the table, then picked up Eloise and softly whispered, "Daddy says hot milk will make you feel good when you drink it, Mummy doesn't seem happy, a glass of milk will definitely make you feel better!"

As he spoke, Solomon had handed over the milk.

Eloise was flattered to take it and took a sip, and a wave of warmth rushed through her heart.

After a glance at a bright-eyed Solomon, he smiled and complimented, "You're in a much better mood after drinking that, our Solomon is great!"

"As long as Mummy is happy."

Solomon hemmed and hawed, his eyes brimming with innocence.

Eloise drank the rest of the milk slowly and a light smile lifted the corners of her lips, "Thank you Solomon."

Solomon cocked his head and looked at Eloise, "Mummy, can I tell you a story?"

"Yeah."

Eloise nodded and gently stroked Solomon's little head.

"Once upon a time there was a prince ..."

But as Solomon spoke, he closed his eyes and Sweety fell asleep on the sidelines.

Eloise can't help but feel warm as she watches the two little ones sleeping peacefully.

Taking the two little ones into her arms, Eloise watched for a while before feeling sleepy and falling asleep again.

The atmosphere, which had been easing up on the Rogers family's large estate, became tense again with the arrival of Almeida.

Almeida gets out of the car and walks at a brisk pace towards the Rogers family villa.

Hector had instructed the housekeeper early on, so Almeida was led to Hector as soon as she arrived.

"Prince."

Arriving in the study, Almeida called out with a respectful look on her face.

"Well, hard work."

Hector patted Almeida's shoulder with a look of intense concern and opened the door, "Are you sure about dealing with the germs on your side?"

Almeida hesitated and thought for a moment, "There are similarities between the germ and the virus, so if we use the Institute's power, we should still be sure. Let's give Miss Eloise another test, I'll analyse the structure of the germ and then think of a countermeasure."

Hector nodded, slightly reassured.

If even Almeida can't do anything about it, then there may not really be anything else to do.

Almeida's institutes, all over the world.

The main focus is on virus-based research.

Hector then led Almeida upstairs.

When she entered the house, Solomon and Sweety were already awake and snuggled up to her left and right.

Eloise still looked a little pale, but spoke happily to the two children.

The warm sun shone into the room, falling on Eloise's pale cheeks as if to give her a warm glow, making Hector look transfixed for a moment.

The heart is full of mixed feelings.

Whatever the cost, he must get Eloise back to health!

Hector collected his emotions and stepped inside, "Eloise, his name is Almeida, the doctor I hired, he's quite knowledgeable on the subject of germs." Hector inclines his head slightly and introduces Eloise to Almeida's identity.

"Hello, my name is Eloise and I'm going to trouble you."

It was the first time Eloise had met Almeida and she was inevitably a little nervous.

With those words, she struggled to get up.

But there was no strength in her body at all, and Hector immediately took her arm and helped her to sit up.

Almeida smiled at Eloise and called out respectfully, "Hello Miss Eloise, I'm Almeida."

The tone of voice was familiar, not like it was the first time we had met.

However, he was addressed, and Eloise didn't correct him again, but just let him be.

Eloise stroked the strands of hair from her ears and gave a small smile in response. Looking at the state of Eloise's body, Almeida couldn't help but frown.

After doing some more digging, he found things a little tricky.

He has studied numerous viruses, but this is the first time he has encountered Eloise's situation.

The germs that had been maliciously injected into her body were simply as carefully selected for her.

Not quickly fatal, but slowly penetrating ...

Realising the seriousness of the matter, he immediately turned to Hector and said, "Prince, take Miss Eloise to my institute, where the facilities are better equipped for my closer inspection." Hector nodded in agreement, found a coat to put on Eloise, lifted the covers and lifted her out of bed in a horizontal embrace.

The moment her body went into the air, Eloise wrapped her arms around Hector's neck in a smooth motion.

Her cheeks flushed slightly as she smelled the unique scent of Hector's crisp, fresh body.

She was not pretentious, after all, she would be well aware of her health condition.

Still, in front of Almeida and the two little ones, she didn't look too good and buried her head in Hector's arms in embarrassment.

Yet it was a scene that the others didn't replace objectionable.

Almeida had gone out just as Eloise was being picked up.

He didn't want to interfere with the prince hugging his dainty wife.

As the car drove smoothly towards the Institute, Eloise's lips turned a little white and she reached up to wrap her shirt tighter.

It was clear that I was in a car, but my body still felt as cold and prickly as if it had been filled with crushed ice.

She could vaguely feel that her constitution was getting weaker, while the fear in her heart grew even more.

Fear that you have no cure.

Hector took in her expression and his heart tingled as he took Eloise's hand in his own, warming his palm over her slightly cool hand and gently twisting it. "Don't be afraid, I won't let anything happen to you."

Hector's eyes looked steadfastly at her, his low voice ringing in his ears.

His voice, it seemed, carried a calming power, and the fear in Eloise's heart was dispelled a little.

Hector was always there for her when she was suffering the most, watching over her more steadfastly than anyone else.

Feeling a little tired, she leaned back in her seat and closed her eyes in peace to rest.

The crisp, fresh scent of Hector's body was all over the tip of her nose; it smelled good and put her at ease.

Before she knew it, Eloise was asleep.

The head went to the side and fell on Hector's shoulder.

Hector gently took her into his arms and tugged the blanket covering her upwards.

The car is exceptionally quiet, with only the sound of Eloise's shallow breathing.

Hector even held a pose, motionless, supporting Eloise's head.

After a long time, the car finally arrived at Almeida's institute.

However, Eloise's body was so tired and sleepy that she didn't even notice that the car had stopped.

Hector looked at her sleeping and couldn't bear to wake her up so soon.

Almeida glanced back and Hector whispered to Almeida, "Let her sleep a little longer."

"OK, then I'll go ahead and prepare the equipment I need to use."

Almeida nodded as she watched the two snuggle together.

And then, gently opening the door, he walked briskly into the Institute.

It was twenty minutes later when Eloise woke up.

She opened her eyes wearily, and when she looked up, she saw the delicate knot of Hector's throat, so close that she could even make out the green veins buried at the base of his neck.
