Love Comes To Me
Chapter 883: Westfield Ouzo

Hector simply ignored it as he walked straight to the door.

It was a rare opportunity to talk to Hector alone and Farabee didn't want to miss it, so she got up and followed him. The mouth was also chattering away, trying to convince Hector.

What was said was undoubtedly that the project, although initially requiring a huge investment to support it.

However, once completed, the rewards are many and so on.

But Hector was completely unmoved.

How could he have been so short-sighted as to lead the Rogers Group to where it is today?

Would you be attracted by a little bit of fly-by-night profit?

It's not just a fly in the ointment anymore, though.

Farabee continued to follow like a heel until Hector walked to the lift.

"Mr Farabee," Hector paused in front of the lift room before inclining his head and dropping his eyes to look at Farabee.

Farabee had a flattering smile on her face, "Mr Hector, am I right? Will you think about it?"

"Talking business is all about a sincere heart, but I see Mr Farabee you don't see it that way, so our conversation can end today."

Hector curled his lips in a polite smile before returning to that expressionless look and adding, "Besides, if there's anything else you need to do, you can call my brother."

With that said, Hector didn't give Farabee a chance to say anything else and walked straight into the lift that had already been reached.

The lift doors had slowly closed when Farabee looked back.

After staring at the lift doors for a long time, Farabee finally had no choice but to leave the Rogers Group.

Back at the hotel, Farabee sat on the edge of her bed, holding the contract in her hands for a while.

Returning to his office, Hector was greeted by Rupert sitting grumpily at his desk.

"Brother, how's it going, did you agree to that project?"

Rupert's fear was that his brother would go soft and agree to cooperate for the sake of Eloise.

That extremely risky project.

Hector swept him off his feet and sauntered over to his desk, "No."

Rupert was relieved at this, and then looked grave as he spoke to Hector about the matter he had deliberately investigated.

"I heard that the SA Group of companies is under investigation ..."

"I know."

Without waiting for Rupert to finish his sentence, Hector interrupted and replied in a hushed voice.

It is for this reason that he is so alert.

Shouldn't a company that has a problem think about how to fix it first?

Instead of doing so, SA Group jumped at this juncture to approach Farabee for a partnership.

When things go wrong, there is a demon.

"Huh, brother, you know? Then tell me about it."

Rupert also pursued the question curiously.

Hector said a few words to him about this contract yesterday, but only in passing, without going into detail.

At this moment, when I saw him ask again, I thought for a moment and spoke in a few general words. It's okay to tell Rupert about it.

Rupert, on the other hand, was very surprised, "This is the rhythm of things to come."

Hector raises an eyebrow noncommittally.

Even if they were to make trouble, they would have to weigh up whether they could get past him.

And Farabee's side.

Farabee came back to her senses, put down her contract and turned straight to her computer to make a video call to reach her son, Arlice Khan.

Soon, Arlice's face appeared on the screen.

"Dad? Met something?"

Arlice asked with a puzzled expression.

Farabee sighed sombrely, "I've been talking to Hector for the past two days about that contract and met with him today, but he doesn't seem to have any intention of working with us." Arlice couldn't help but have amazement in his eyes.

In his opinion, those conditions were enough to make the heart grow fonder.

I didn't think that Hector could be completely indifferent since?

"What did he say?" Arlice pursued curiously.

Farabee then relayed to Arlice in detail what Hector had asked.

He had to admit that his son was more blue than blue.

In the business world, Arlice is much more comfortable than he is.

After hearing this, Arlice fell completely silent.

"Arlice, shall we tell him?"

Looking at Arlice's pensive expression, Farabee couldn't resist asking softly.

He was in the know about the matter.

He asked for clarification when Arlice gave him the contract before.

Only, without discussing it with Arlice, he wasn't sure he could tell Hector.

"Well, talk to him then, it's no big deal."

After half a thought, Arlice made his decision.

The SA Group's request is nothing more than a need for them to provide a drug such as Western Ouzo on a long-term basis.

"That's fine."

Farabee nodded, and speaking of this, he asked the question he had been holding in his mind, "You said, isn't western aconite a highly toxic drug, and what exactly does the SA Group want this for?" Arlice shook his head and said, "I'm not really sure about that."

"All right, I'll see Hector again tomorrow. you take care of your rest and don't get too tired."

After bugging Arlice, Farabee hung up the phone.

The following day, early in the morning.

Hector woke up early, washed up and saw the little woman in bed still sleeping soundly, went over and tucked her in before turning to leave.

When he arrived at the office, he saw Farabee waiting at the door and knew that he was waiting here early in the morning, probably to talk to him about the contract again.

Farabee saw Hector and immediately greeted him with a fawning smile, "Mr Hector, you're finally here, I've been waiting here since seven o'clock."

Hector paused and said in a soft voice, "What's so important about Mr Farabee?"

"Mr Hector, today I am trying to talk to you again about cooperation, after I left yesterday, I sought to ask why the ArliceSA group would give such a large profit margin..." Farabee intercepted as he stepped forward undeterred. "Let's move to the office and talk more about it."

Hector didn't want to talk to him any more, but changed his mind when he heard the second half of his sentence.

He would like to know what the SA Group's gourd is selling.
