On the other hand, Rocky chose not to go straight to the main camp right after he left Evian City.Instead, he went to the Myriad Beasts Ground and caught some wild spirit-manipulated beasts.There, he had conducted a series of experiments that involved the removal of the brain lobes of thewild spirit-manipulated beasts that he had just caught a while back. He wanted to manipulate thebeasts so that they could transport food as conveyance which could actually help speed up thetransportation process. But to his dismay, he did not succeed. Staying in the Spiritual Fairyland formore than half a month, he had discovered a new method of controlling the wild spirit-manipulatebeast, making him want to catch some more for his further experiments.

Right after catching more of the wild spirit-manipulated beasts, Rocky headed directly to thelogistics camp.

However, as Lance withdrew all the military forces to the main camp, the logistics camp wasrelocated to a few miles behind the said camp.

Meanwhile, Rocky and Uriah's arrival at the logistics camp had drawn so much attention from thecrowd. Most of the people were actually fascinated by Uriah's majestic look, but right after hedismounted from Uriah, the crowd suddenly went wildly excited.

"He... Isn't he Rocky?"

"From what I've heard, he had made such a great contribution, and apart from that, he just marriedour Deputy Commander in Chief..."

"So, does that mean that he is now the son-in-law of the Commander in Chief?"

"Since he is now the Commander in Chief's son-in-law, then that would mean that he now has thepower of ordering everyone in the army except Commander in Chief! That would also mean that hemight take over the Crimson Dragon Group in the future...

Upon seeing Rocky, the crowd started to discuss among themselves. At that moment, Rocky wasdeemed as a distinguished man in the camp that was envied by everyone.

Soon, all of the people in the camp flocked towards Rocky, crowding him so much that it wasalready difficult to breathe in the area.

"What on earth are you doing here? Don't you have anything else to do?" Suddenly, a voice cameout of nowhere.

Curious to know whose voice it was, everyone turned around and saw Louis walking out of thecamp with a serious look on his face.

As soon as the people around Rocky noticed Louis, everybody left.

"Commander in Chief! I heard about the news yesterday that you are the newly appointedCommander in Chief. I just didn't expect to see you so early here today. Did you get married lastnight? I thought that you were supposed to stay at least two or three days in the headquarters.”Stepping forward, Louis bowed to Rocky with respect. At that moment, Rocky was no longer anobody in the logistics camp. He was someone with a titte—Commander in Chief of the CrimsonDragon Army. Being the Lance's son-in-law and now with a fresh title to his name, he felt like atotally different person. As a matter of fact, Louis had known that there was something very specialabout Rocky, which was why he had taken good care of him. Aside from that, Rocky had also wonthe hearts and respect of the people and the entire logistics camp.

"You are most welcome, Camp Director Louis. I'm here to have a confidential dialogue with CampDirector Louis..." Rocky spoke monotonously.

"So, you are here to see me?" In a state of shock, Louis also felt flattered that the new Commanderin Chief wanted to discuss something with him in private.

"Let's go inside and have a talk.” While he spoke, Rocky walked towards the tent of Louis.Afterwards, Louis immediately followed suite.

"Commander in Chief, please!" Louis pointed his hand towards the chair as he invited Rocky to sitdown, and then sat beside him.

Sitting down at once, Rocky looked up at Louis and said, "I just came to see you for one thing.”

"If there's anything I can do for you, please feel free to tell me and I will help as much as I can,”Louis replied as he greeted him with his hands cupped in front of his chest.

"Well, nothing. All I want is for you to be my military adviser, Camp Director Louis..." Rocky said ashe went straight to the point of his agenda.

"Adviser... Did I hear that right? Adviser?" Louis was stunned upon hearing what Rocky had justasked of him. With hesitation, he responded, "In that case, can you at least tell me what I have doneto deserve this position? I'm so humbled by this and I really don't deserve such an honor!"

"You are too modest, Camp Director Louis. Before I left the headquarters, I saw to it that I havechecked your personnel records thoroughly. Unintentionally, I found out that you have a vast set ofknowledge. On top of that, your file said that you can foresee the weather. Moreover, I also knewthat you once lived in Timber Deity Empire, which would give you an advantage as you alreadyknow very well of its local conditions and customs. And to be frank, you have quite the professionalknowledge in your domain. You have been a rare talent for Crimson Dragon Group, which is whyyou deserve this position,” Rocky spoke as he fixed his eyes on him.

"I'm truly flattered, Commander in Chief, but I know nothing more than this, and I don't knowanything about the fighting strategy. Which is why I dare not accept your praise.” On the otherhand, Louis had never expected that Rocky would thoroughly investigate him.

"Camp Director Louis, you are not getting any younger, and I heard that you are not married yet. Doyou really want to spend the rest of your remaining life in the logistics camp?" Rocky askedcuriously.

"Well..." Louis was stunned to hear what Rocky had just stated. He would be so much of liar if hesaid that he had no ambition at all. In fact, he had been working hard for the Crimson DragonGroup so many years. But in the end, he only became the director of logistics camp and still had totake his cue from his superiors. Although he was talented, many people still bullied him when heworked for Crimson Dragon Group, all because he didn't have enough powerful force. With thatbeing said, he thought and felt that his professional knowledge had been useless. Much later, theDeputy Commander in Chief appreciated him and he was transferred to the logistics camp. There,he was appointed as the camp director, so that he could use and maximize his skills. However, hecould still not give full play to his talent.

"Oh, don't belittle yourself, I'm sure you are qualified for this position, Camp Director Louis. On theother hand, if you don't want your talent to be wasted, you can come to my main camp to check infor work." Afterwards, Rocky stood up from his seat after finishing his words, and nodded to Louisbefore he was ready to leave the room.

But when he was just about to reach the door, Rocky suddenly turned and added, "By the way, bringThor and Joss with you when you come." After he spoke, Rocky left the camp, leaving Louis in adeep trance.

Afterwards, Rocky headed straight to the main camp right after leaving the logistics camp.

Lance announced the appointment yesterday, making the main camp wait for Rocky to assumeoffice.

Meanwhile, as soon as Rocky arrived at the main camp, three Elite Commanders with a few of theirFrontline Commanders showed up in front of him. Simultaneously, numerous soldiers coming fromall directions quickly gathered and arranged themselves in an orderly fashion as they formed anarray in an imposing manner.

"Greetings, Commander in Chief.” Meanwhile, under the lead of the three Elite Commanders, thesoldiers made ear-splitting cheers and shouts that reverberated through the whole main camp!Anyone would be shocked if they saw such a grand scene. However, Rocky kept calm. With finesseand power, he spoke, "To every soldier here today, I would like to thank you all for your hard work!From now on, I, the new Commander in Chief of Crimson Dragon Army, wish all of you can worktogether with me so that we could achieve greater things.”

As soon as his voice trailed off, the entire main camp cheered for their new Commander in Chief."Come with me.” Rocky walked towards his tent as he looked at the three Elite Commanders and theFrontline Commanders.

Looking at each other, the Commanders felt surprised at how confident and competent of a generalRocky was. After all, their first impression of him was that Rocky could not take anything seriously,and was cynical to some extent. However, now, they could feel that Rocky had successfullyconducted himself just like how a true Commander in Chief should be.
