Addison POV

She stood and watched the dress she was now wearing change from the pale blue that it had been, to green and white, as did the one that Luci was now wearing. She looked to Hannan questioningly.

“It indicates what type of witch you are.”

Addi frowned, she didn’t really understand what type of witch she was, so how could the dress “Our bloodline?” she questioned. Maybe it meant that.

“No, what you are. If you were to make the decision to go to the Darkside, it would change colours to black and red.”

“So, Green and White?” both she and Luci asked at the same time.

“Life and Elemental.”

“Life?” Luci questioned.

“Mm, as in you can see the life force of things, not all things, plants, it’s what the green indicates.”

“Oh, is that why sometimes plants practically glow up at me.”

“Yes,” Hannah nodded, “you’re not required to wear it all the time, we do to remind us and make sure where on the right pathway. Pale blue is neutral.”

“The dark blue that bleeds in now to your robes?” Luna

Jo-anne questioned

“Our royal colours. We gave up our lineage long ago. But now are accepting it back, so we will likely end up similar in colour to yourself.”

“My robe was like this when I put it on.”

“Yes, because you are the Queen, but it to will change if you change. As all light kingdom witch’s and warlock’s robes do. When it was open and full of our kind, everyone wore imbued robes, to indicate what you were, it saved everyone having to ask the same question’s a million times.

“Also helps detect darkness.” Aalyiah stated, “Very useful.”

Addi looked at Jo-anne, shed already accepted her into the light kingdom, “Hendrick?” she asked now. “Do you think he will be there?”

“He could be, don’t concern yourself with that warlock, he’ll not take me on. Can’t, he once tried to claim I was his Goddess Gifted, which I wasn’t. Decades before that, he had the old king and queen try to convince my mother, Belinda, the youngest daughter of the wolfen royal family, she was his Goddess Gifted. He did not get either of us if he shows up.” She smiled right at Addi. “I’ll play with him myself, you nor Luci need to get involved. I don’t think that he will though. I claimed Luci before his own eyes, he’ll think it through, likely not as stupid as he looks.”

“Addison, are you ready? Is Fallon ready?” Hannah asked

“Yes.” She nodded simply.

“I have only one question before we go.”

“Ask then.”

“How do you want to handle Victor? Wolfen or with both your sides, wolf and witch together?”

She didn’t know, stood and thought about that question.

She was a good strong wolf, and a good fighter, but did she also want to risk everything, she also knew that he was a good fighter as well. Moved her eyes to Luci, shed just gotten her daughter back and had three sirens to replace and reunite with “Both sides, I won’t risk losing today.”

“Alright.” Hannah nodded simply.

She was handed a bracelet along with everyone else: “Six witches to go and get rid of one evil savage it is. Come with me.” Hannah indicated to everyone.

Addison fell into step like all the others did, looked down at the bracelet tied to her wrist. It was made of small beadlike stones, but she knew they were all real gemstones, ran her hand over and along it, some of the stones where warm and some cold. In order, Amethyst, Black Obsidian, Citrine, Snowflake Obsidian, Amethyst all lined up one after the other and then the rest of the bracelet’s beads were made from Snow Quartz.

She realised this particular bracelet was all about protection and amplifying ones power. The minute it was on her she could feel her witch powers awaken and when she focused upon herself, on that particular side, she realised she could feel it flowing through her veins

“Where are we going?” She asked after some walking

“To the closest Ley Line point in the pack.”

They walked for a further fifteen minutes more heading north east before they stopped in a small clearing in the forest. And there stood a large stone pedestal with runes carved into it. Hannah stood and motioned for everyone to spread out around it, held her hands out and murmured “Be prepared, its not a small blip.”

She then connected herself to everyone, touched each of their foreheads and then had each of them do the same, touch the connection point on the person to the left of them. Addison watched as the small white magical tether between all of them not only connected everyone to Hannah but now to each other. Saw a white magical mist drop from the tether to the ground between each of them.

“No, we’ll all connect to you Addison, it will feel a little strange.”

Addi nodded and everyone reached out and touched her, they were all connected to her now, she could feel all of them, alopg with the power each of them held. It was strange and she got the distinct feeling she could use their power if she wanted to. Pull on it at will and use it herself.

Not that she would. Knew that Hannah and her sisters would, they always pushed and pulled their power between them for whatever they needed it for.

“Ready” Hannah stated and even before anyone could answer her they were all gone, just blipped away from the darkness of the Black Forest and landed right out the front of Victor’s packhouse within the Bloodless Moon. There was one hell of c***k ripping like thunder through the air, wolves that had been walking by bolted away from them and then were just standing staring at the six of them.

She watched Hannah let go of her sisters and turn to those now rushing towards them, to defend their pack against unannounced intruders. “Stay out of this or die.” She stated loudly and clearly for all to hear.

Addison pushed her hood back, as did Luci. Some of these pack members would know who they were. She herself had destroyed many only a few days ago.

“Incoming.” She heard Giannah say, and then there were wolves racing towards them from where Victor housed his guest packs.

“Split up.” Hannah stated “Circle the packhouse, Luci take position out front, behind your mother. Victor is inside.”

She felt Luci’s hand on her and she was blipped right to the front steps of the packhouse, could feel that Luci was behind her but still where they had landed. “I’ll be right here mother.” She stated, “Call him out.”

Addison looked about her, could see that the white tethers were indeed spread out around the packhouse, and that white mist was now like a wall of magic around the packhouse itself. She had the feeling it was going to keep everyone not involved out of the area, saving the innocents that Victor might put between her and him she realised. To fight for him and wear her down.

Looked back to the packhouse and felt her anger rise, then she and Fallon just roared his name “Victor.” With all they had, others came out of the packhouse before him, sending his warriors to fight her instead of doing it himself.

Just like Hannah had stated he would

“I’m here for Victor and no one else.” She told them as they ran at her to defend their own Alpha. Stood and watch them as they stumbled and then fell down one by one, all were just unconscious on the ground before her. Then they were just blipped away, she didn’t know where

Roared his name again and issued a full Alpha to Alpha Duel loud and clear for all inside this pack to hear. Finally, watching him stroll out the front door of his packhouse, he looked right at her, smiled as he slipped a ring onto his little finger. He already had several on his other hand ‘Iron.’ She heard Giannah inside her mind ‘He’s going to try and nullify your witchcraft:

Addi saw his eyes move to Luci and narrow right on her, she was here but not in her Triune state at this time. With her hood down he would see the filigree that adorned her neck, it was large and for all to see. No one could miss it.

She heard him snarl and smiled nastily up at him “Yes, Marked and Mated by both Rafe and Jack.” Addison happily informed him, “You have lost yet again Victor, you’ll never get what you want.”

His eyes moved back to her as he walked down the steps towards her.

“I can take what I want, Addison, cause those two pricks great amounts of pain. Just like I did you once.”

She felt Fallon snarl inside of her “I’m going to kill you today Victor.” She grated out.

“Really?” He smiled “Do you know Addison…” he paused briefly “Who killed Lucian?”

“YOU” both she and Fallon roared at him and shot off the mark to get him, didn’t use her witchcraft, pulled on that Siren venom in her and cut off all her emotions to become cold and heartless.

He thought it was just her and Luci, would not be able to see the others or that magical tether between them all either, not the wall that would stop him from receiving help if he decided to call for it.

He thought she and Luci had come on their own, so that they could extract revenge upon him, how wrong he was.

He shot off towards her understood how an Alpha duel went, had likely done it many times himself in order to kill an Alpha and take over smaller packs.

Addi was well trained, as was he only she was small and agile. He might have a longer reach but he was also not pure-blooded like she was. Her hits would hurt more than his own only he didn’t know it.

She ducked down under his arm and spun around and connected her fist with his side, had been aiming for his kidney, but the man was fast and turned as she did, but she got to hear him gasp as he quickly stepped out of the way, smiled up at him.

He may have seen her fight before, but he didn’t actually know just how strong she was, and she had just hit him with everything she and Fallon had. She really wanted to set that man on fire with her witchcraft but didn’t. Would leave the witchcraft out of this fight. Those iron rings he was wearing to protect himself were not going to stop her today.

90% of her life she’d not used her magic, never had fought with it before, so wouldn’t use it now, was not really an issue for her. Looked right at him “Don’t like it.” She shot at him “Shift and let Fallon take to your wolf. He won’t like it either.” She taunted him. If he did shift those iron rings he was wearing would all be ripped apart and then he wouldn’t be able to defend himself against her magic

He came at her again, and they traded blow for blow and she heard Luci, Kali and Alari all snarl as she went sprawling on the ground after he got two hits into her, a quick jab into her side and then one to her solar plexus.

Winding her.

She looked to Luci and found her not as she normally would be, was in her true Triune form, a full blend of the three species on the surface, shed not seen it yet, was magnificent to look at; an opalescent scaled human with wickedly long claws protruding from her finger tips, and those eyes of hers, only made Addi smile. Her daughter truly was special as Lucian had predicted. They were also not liking her being struck by Victor.

“Let me mother.” They stated out loud.

“NO.” Addison yelled “He’s mine.” And she picked herself up off the ground and shot at Victor, his attention was on Luci, he was getting his first real look at her as well, in her true shifted form. Clearly, he had not known about that. He looked more than shocked

Her claws were out and she dug them right into his abdomen, and tore a chunk right out of him, while he was distracted, heard him roar in pain and was backhanded by him. She rolled away from him and then Fallon was out of her, snarled and then roared right at him, before her wolf was off to have a piece of him herself. Fallon was exceptionally fast and agile, getting a solid hit on her was no easy feat

He was on the defensive in a second. He could not beat Fallon while he was still in human form. She was too fast even for him, and when he tried to hit or kick her, she spun on a dime and bit him, tore a chunk right out of his lower leg, and spat it to the ground and circled him as he snarled right at her in pain.

She saw those ear buds in his ears and with those rings as well, realised that he couldn’t shift, it would make him completely vulnerable, to not only her, but Luci’s siren as well. He was going to die a painful death today, long and drawn out because he couldn’t shift and fight with his wolf.

Those ear buds would not sit in his wolfs ears, and those rings would all break. He could she realised, only fight as Victor, not his beast.

Fallon though had, had enough. She didn’t want a long drawn out fight, she wanted him dead for the pain he had caused her, felt her wolf pull all she had and then roar at him all her pure-blooded alpha aura rolling out of her at the man, to see just what he did, would those ear buds somehow protect him from her as well.

Watched as he stumbled backwards and Addi laughed inside of Fallons mind ‘Do it again Fallon, push him back to Luci. And they did, roared at him and rolled all they had at him and saw him start to bow down under the full weight of her aura. Watched on as his eyes glazed over.

Was cheating it seemed, this was an Alpha to Alpha Duel where no one else got involved. He couldn’t win and he knew it now.

They waited for him to realise there was no help coming for him. Not once during this battle had a single wolf come to his aid, wondered if he’d not realised it, only to now understand he was on his own and likely for the first time ever. No units to fight for him and decimate the incoming for him so he could just stroll in afterwards and take what he wanted.

“Hannah?’ she questioned via the Mind-Link.

“I slept the entirety of the pack, and all his allied. This is just as you wanted and Alpha Duel.’
