MIRA POV

I let out a sigh of relief the moment I stepped out of the hospital. Finally I can leave this place. Although it was very comfy and big, I was feeling so eager to leave. I wanted to go home and at least have the freedom to go out and move around than stay on the

hospital bed for hours. Well that's not the only reason I'm excited to leave.

I was happy to leave so I can begin to pack my stuff. I have been smiling ever since I heard that Landon was allowed to go with me. Yes I'm so happy although I feel sad a little bit.

I'm feeling sad because I will miss Mum, Dad, Luca, Layla, Grey and co company. I will miss being with them but that won't be a problem at all. If I miss them I can call them on the phone and if I want to see their faces, there is video call. At least for theirs it won't be so painful like how I had to only talk to Landon on the phone. Now that's real pain and pure suffering.

"Buttercup you have been lost in your thoughts since we left the ward. Are you okay?"

I turned to look at my very handsome mate looking at me with a worried look on his face.

"Landon you shouldn't be worried about me. I'm totally fine. I'm just so happy and I can't stop thinking about when I will be leaving here with you." I said to him still smiling.

"You really look so happy just as I am happy. Let's hurry up then and pack your things because we have to leave fast without wasting any time. I can't spend any more day here or else I will be punished in school for that." he said to me.

"Who ever tries to punish you will be dealt with by me. How dare they?" I said as my smile fell fast and I frown.

"Hahahahaha calm down buttercup. You don't have to be so hyped about it. Don't worry they won't do anything to me. Besides am sure when they see you, they will be scared to touch me." he said with a smirk on his face.

I knew he was just pulling my legs but I couldn't help but raise my shoulders up in pride.

We arrived the house and was welcomed by Mum, Dad, Luca, Grey and surprisingly Layla.

"Layla what are you doing here? I thought you are supposed to be in your mate's house?" Landon asked looking at her.

"Yes I am supposed to be in my mate's house which is my house also but I decided to come see my brother who has been gone for days and this is the only opportunity I can get to see you because I'm sure that now that Mira is leaving with you, you will definitely not come back until you graduate because the only thing you will come back to is also leaving with you. So yes I'm here because I missed you and I wanted to see you before you both leave." Layla answered.

"Awwn I didn't know you had a little sweetness in you. I think they were right, people do change when they get their mates. Come and hug me my dearest baby sister." Landon said smiling.

"Excuse me, do not insult me. I have always been sweet right daddy?" Layla turned to dad who nodded in agreement immediately.

"See I told you. And second of all don't call me your baby sister. You only senior we with just minutes and not months or years so I'm not a bad." she said when she turned to Landon rolling her eyes at him. "What ever you say I don't care. But tell me does Calvin takes care of you? I will like to know now so I will get ready to either break his head before I leave or not." Landon said looking so serious.

"For goodness sake yes he is taking so much care of me. I mean do I look like someone who is suffering lately? No. I have actually added some weight because of how I am at peace with my mate." Layla said. "Good that's all that matters. And you Grey hope you aren't doing anything to my younger brother?" Landon said turning to look at Grey who was standing right next to Luca.

"He doesn't need to answer that. I will answer that instead Don. He has been taking care of him. Showing me love and all but the problem is your mate. Now that your here I think it's the perfect time to tell you everything that has been happening in the house in your absence. Your mate has been nothing but a pest and a thorn to my skin. She doesn't like it when I'm in peace with my life. She always replaces a way to bother me." Luca said actually reporting me to Landon.

"Lucaaaaaa...... when did I do such a thing???? You know I can never do such a thing. Never." I said acting surprised and innocent.

"See what am saying, she is playing an innocent card so that it will look like I'm the bad one here whereas I'm the victim here. But it's a good thing there is a witness here amongst us. Grey tell them the truth. Clear my name." Luca said.

My eyes went to Mum and Dad. They were watching us without even interrupting us at all.

"Enough already. You don't need to ask for a witness when I know the truth already." Landon said making me smile. He actually stood up for me. That's what you call an amazing mate. I raised my shoulders and pushed my chest out in pride.

"I trust my mate and I know that whatever it is you said is true because she sure is a trouble maker. I'm not surprised at all."

My shoulders dropped when I heard the last part. I turned to look at him.

"LANDON." I called out in disappointed as others laughed at me. I can't believe he actually did that to me. Here I thought he had my back not knowing it was the opposite.

"I feel pity for you my dearest brother. I'm happy you are leaving with her. At least I'm going to rest for a while. But my concern is you. You are going to stay with her. How are you going to cope with her? Anyways if you get tired of her, you can just send her back to us so you can rest." Luca said.

I walked to him and pulled out his ear.

"Shut up your mouth. I will never leave Landon so don't ever say that." I said to him angrily.

"You see what I just said right now. See how she treats me. Ouch Mira my ear is hurting me. Please let it go. Someone take this crazy woman off me. Alright fine you won't be sent back. Now leave my ear you violent woman." Luca shouted. Landon was the one who pulled me away from him.

"Buttercup calm down. Don't worry I won't send you back myself. I don't mind if you frustrate me. I will still stay with you like that. Don't mind him. He doesn't know what his saying. I'm sure he is the one who is going to miss you the most. Calm down okay." he whispered in my ears.

I quickly calmed down when I heard his words. At least I knew he won't listen to Luca stupid advice.

"Alright you both go up and start packing your things. You don't have any time to waste. About the apartment, I have taken care of everything. The driver will take you there. And yes the driver will take you back to the academy. He has been waiting for you for up to thirty minutes. So go and pack now." Dad said.

Landon and I quickly went up so I can pack my things. He helped me put my clothes into the box while I packed my makeup stuff, shoes and everything that I know is mine and will be important for me to us when I get there.

After we have zipped my box and bag, Landon carried the both of them not allowing me carry a single thing because according to him, he should be the one carrying the heavy stuff and not me for I'm fragile. I let him carry them because there was no way I will argue with him to carry something that's so heavy.

We went downstairs and joined the others. Luca helped Landon carry the bag and we all walked outside to see the driver was waiting for us as Dad had said earlier.

"Mira come give me a hug. I'm happy that you will finally be with your mate and be happy with him. It's a good thing. Please take care of yourself over there okay and don't forget to chat me up once in a while." Layla said as she hugged me. She released me and went to Landon as they both began to talk. I couldn't hear what they were saying because I was distracted by Luca who stood in front of me. He pulled me to his chest hugging me.

"Ahhh I can't believe I'm saying this to you but I will miss you so much my dearest best friend. Do take care of yourself and if you need anything don't hesitate to call me okay?" he said.

I walked to mum and Dad and hugged each of them. They both wished me luck and Mum started crying. I was also holding my tears in as I watched her crying. I will miss them the most. I will never forget how they gave me nothing but parental love. I will be forever grateful to them for everything they have done for me.

It was finally time for Landon and I to leave. We both entered the car. I began to wave them as the driver turned on the car. Even as the car began to move I continued waving them.

I can't wait to see them after Landon has graduated.
