Chapter 56

"Oh no!" Sara shivered as she heard the rustling sounds of leaves being stepped on. Someone was making his way to her, and the person is most likely Leon.

He had left a threat earlier that day, he said he was coming back for her, and Sara knew he would definitely come.

Sara grabbed a rusty metal and wrapped her hand around it, her heart raced, filling the whole room with a rhythmic sound. She held on tightly to the metal as the door

handle moved, followed by a ticking sound and the sudden push of the door, causing Sara's heart to skip a beat.

It was raining violently outside, the wind screamed harshly, and the sounds of the raindrops touching the ground filled Sara's ears.

A streak of lightning flashed across the door, revealing a handsome muscular man standing in front of the door, dripping wet even though he had an umbrella in his hands.

The man wore a smirk, and slowly approached Sara. She also moved backwards slowly, before stumbling on something and falling to the floor.

The man walked towards her and knelt before her, he held her hand and sniffed at her scent.

"Fantastic!" He said with a broad smile on his lips.

"If you really love me, Leon, you won't do this to me. You won't take my pride from me as a woman." Sara begged, but Leon's expression Suddenly turned sour.

"Your pride? You nearly gave it to me the second time we met. Or have you forgotten? That day in the bathroom, I saw it all. Just give me this chance and let me in your paradise so I too can have a taste of it." Leon uttered. Sara knew she had made a terrible mistake. She shouldn't have allowed Leon that last time, now, he wants to use that incident to blackmail her.

"I was only muddle-headed back then, but it's different now. I am Killian's mate, and I am pregnant with his child. For the sake of this little child, please spare me, okay?" Sara begged him, but her pleas had no effect on him as he was determined to have his way through her.

He swallowed hungrily, grabbed Sara's hand and pushed her to the bed. Sara's endless cries did not trigger him a bit, as he carried on with his actions.

Even though Sara tried resisting him, she was still weak enough to fight against him. Even for some reasons which she couldn't understand, she couldn't tap into her Luna powers and fight Leon.

Leon unbuckled his shirt, revealing a muscular and athletic body, before slowly pulling down his pants. He still had his underwear on, but he reached out to Sara and tried pulling down her dress. Sara fought him with all of her strength, but it was too little to fend Leon off.

In the midst of the struggle, Leon tore Sara's dress, revealing the upper part of her body. Leon smiled as he stared at Sara's body. He bit his lips and swallowed hard.

With tears streaming down her cheeks, Sara moved her hand around the bed, and held on to something. Leon protruded his lips forward and wanted to forcibly kiss her, when Sara made a bold move.

"Ahhhhh!" Leon's voice echoed as blood gushed down his left eye.

"Pervert!" She screamed as she tore into the huge rain, running barefooted on the slippery grounds.

Following her father's orders, Lydia took the longer route to the pack house since it was rarely used by people. That way, no one would see her and spoil their plan.

"Clara, I am kind of nervous." Lydia said as she tried to catch a breath. She sat under a tree and gulped down the water in her pouch.

"It's getting dark, and it doesn't seem like the rain will stop anytime soon. We have to hurry. It won't be easy to enter if the gate to the pack house is locked." Clara advised her. Lydia looked at Clara and nodded.

"You are right, this is my only opportunity, and I have to make good use of it." She said, and sprang on her feet.

She fetched her umbrella and used it as a shield against the heavy rain.

After about thirty minutes of walking, they finally arrived in front of the pack house' gate.

"I am afraid I can't enter with you, you have to be careful and avoid those guards as much as you can." Clara warned. Lydia nodded her head and braced her mind. It was

now or never.

She turned to Clara and smiled.

"Thank you. I will definitely make it to his side." She said to her. They hugged each other for some moments, while Clara patted her back.

"You should get going before it's too late." Clara said to her. Lydia turned, waved Clara goodbye and walked into the huge pack house.

Meanwhile, Clara watched her walk inside and wore a mischievous smirk on his face.

"Let's see how you survive this." Clara muttered and smiled to herself.

Lydia walked briskly into the pack house, and to her surprise, no one asked for her identity or the reason why she was visiting the pack house at such a late hour. Only then did she remember what her father had told her. He had changed the guards to his men, and Lydia was grateful for that, thinking Jared did it for her sake, unaware that there was a greater conspiracy behind Jared's motives.

After some minutes of walking, Lydia entered into the inner chamber of the pack house where the maids mostly lived, all of the chores in the pack house were handled in the inner chamber including the general cooking.

Lydia passed the inner chamber and soon got to a golden gate. Three hefty guards stood in front of the gate, guarding it fiercely.

Lydia knew it would be so difficult to bypass the guards as it is the place where all Alpha's lived, including Killian.

Suddenly, one of the guards noticed her, causing her feet to be glued to the floor. But to her utmost surprise, the guards beckoned to the rest and they all left the gate. Once again, she realized it was her father's influence.

She hurried into the building and went straight to Killian's room. The door to his room wasn't locked, she gently opened the door and tiptoed inside. Luckily, Killian was sleeping soundly after some shots of alcohol.

She pulled down her clothes, leaving her upper part completely naked while she had an underwear on to cover her pubic areas.

She then slowly slid into the bed, and shared his blanket. She smiled to herself and praised herself for a job well done, waiting for the great show that will unfold the following morning.
